- Kerrie (1/5): - The location was great - close to lots of amenities and food. The use of the mobile phone code app was a nightmare. Every time you wanted to enter the lift, the room, the garage going in or out; you would take several attempts to get the phone key to work. I'm currently on crutches and trying to navigate this plus using a ridiculous phone key was painful.
When booking the place, I was not aware this was an Air BNB - I would never book an Air BNB!
The apartment was infested with cockroaches - they were everywhere: the bathroom, coming out of the drains, in the toilet including silverfish, running over the kitchen bench, in the dishwasher, in the oven, going along floors, up walls, in/out of the kitchen sink, running around our food while trying to cook.
The apartment was not clean - it was dusty, spiderwebs on the corners and walls, the shower was grose with buildup, ceiling had mould on it, cockroaches, the aircon unit smelt and the filters were blocked with atleast 1/2 cm of dust and dirt.
Insufficient supply toilet paper, kitchen items, towels, tea towels sufficient for 3-4 people for 7 days.
No extra blankets, no broom or vaccum.
I contacted MadeComfy as the AirBNB management group and complained on the 19/1/26 providing 5 emails with photos and videos. I had to call again on the 23/1/26 and told it was still being reviewed. I have emailed again yesterday 27/1/26 and still no contact from them. When I spoke to them on the 19/1/26 I was advised the place had pest control two months earlier and was given the impression that the issue was a known problem. Why are the allowing this to be booked with such a significant pest issue. I am also horrified that they charge a $166 cleaning fee - the place was filthy.

- Alexandra (5/5): Terrible key system causes great stress, lovely apartment let down by this fact. - Apartment was modern, well-located and well-appointed. Good value for money. I HATED the key system with the app that didn’t work properly for basically anyone and nearly had my friend in tears with the stress. Made Comfy failed to record her as staying there despite 3 separate phone calls and an email. I couldn’t recommend this place even though the apartment itself was great because the key was such an awful inconvenience. Technology at its worst and also repeated human error by MadeComfy. Do better.

Getting into the place, the lifts the rooms was frustrating. Bumped into other guests during our stay that we’re experiencing the same problems, seems this is a common issue with the property.
