• Shaik (4/5): Cozumel 308 - The view was excellent Poor maintenance in the flat. toilet is ridiculous the main bedroom blind was broken and the fridge does not work properly and this flat is in desperate need of an aircon
• Juanlee (9/5): Supurb and great value for money - Location is great and very clean The security kept on locking the gate to go out and was hardly at the gate.
• Lukas (5/5): - The view and location is spectacular. The free wifi and smart tv box. Parking was good and secure. There was no aircon in anyroom and air circulation is an issue you cannot leave any door open becuase of the monkeys. The windows is very small and barely lets in any air in. The shower didn't work the basin in the toilet was spraying everywhere. You pay 550 for cleaning and no one ever cleaned the unit.

• Ndlovu-Wudebwe (10/5): Between JUNGLE and OCEAN!!!- nature's best. Beach front living at its best. - I appreciate the quick response from Rodney and prompt follow-ups. Always on call to assist. Special requests delivered- beach umbrella. the proximity to the beach is awesome. The place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The whole block of flats is clean and well maintained. Fans in every room worked, do invest in AC. This will be a game changer for this unit. Be one with the monkeys, they will visit
• melissa (1/5): Very stressful and disappointing and not worth it. - Everything,as this was advertised incorrectly and they did not cater for the needs of the place. Manager was useless and the agent very unprofessional and uncooperative, complained and still no response. Showers didnt work,fans were miniature and were useless. Blinds were broken so you could not dress or sleep. Security gate was an issue to lock. Agent claimed they deep cleaned apartment, I moved the mobile aircon to my room but then got sick as the filters were so dirty that I picked up dust allergies, so I attended the doctors and moved out the next morning. I will pay for the one night,but i want to be refunded for the two nights.

Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and catching glimpses of dolphins along the shore was an unforgettable experience. The place was spotless, beautifully positioned, and felt safe at all times thanks to top-notch security. I truly loved everything about the apartment — it was peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. Thank you, Rodney, for your kindness and professionalism. Wished I could cancel the reservat - The fact that the property is sea facing and right infront of the beach The property itself inside the unit. The pictures show a total difference to what the actual place is. The unit living area mat is filthy, the couches have a horrible smell and the overall unit is far from what we expected. The spare blankets also had a horrible smell
