• Theresa (3/5): Roach issues, lack of necessary supplies, loud traffic noise, but comfortable bed. - The beds and pillows were comfortable and the decor was nice. The roach problem not being handled was unacceptable. I reached out to the office and the the property manager and the office said nobody can spray for bugs on the weekend and the office also told me that the property manager was “on vacation and probably won’t respond” (which she did not…and she refuses to call me to discuss this). For a 2 bedroom place with a total of 4 sinks, there was no hand soap to be found anywhere in the apartment. For two bathrooms, there was one tiny sample size body wash which we had to use for hand soap. When I requested hand soap, the office brought me one hand soap…for four sinks. At this point, I also needed more body wash as it had been used for our hand soap. The apartment as a whole was not well stocked and getting the adequate supplies was an irritating process. The traffic noise in this location was quite loud!!!!
• Dean (8/5): Clean, bright, and roomy - but missing some required items. - Bright, open, and new. Wifi worked great and the apartment was very clean. Washer and dryer were nice and lots of extra paper towels and napkins were available. The apartment has easy parking and the instructions to check in were pretty simple. The lock on the front door didn't work properly which allowed anyone to access the apartment. There was only one pan to cook with in the kitchen, no pots, no spices or seasoning, including salt or pepper. There is only one hand towel bar in each bathroom, we had to find other places to hang the bath towels. The master bath shower had no shelf or rack to put soap or shampoo, we had to put everything on the floor. The street noise is pretty loud at times. The blinds are not blackout - although this is nice if you want to wake up in the morning. The coffee pot is a Keurig, not a conventional pot, so you will need to bring pods. Only one key fob to access the front door is provided. If our group split up, we had to make sure we knew who would be first back to the apartment.
