Jan (7/5): Disappointed despite great location could not use all facilities which attracted us to this apartment. Lack of communica - Location. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and sun deck Unable to access gym entire stay despite escalating. Told needed induction which were twice week however the next one was not until three weeks after stay. Despite messages etc no one resolved and being one reason booked this apartment unfortunately could not use the entire stay. Laundry door was not connected and carpet from hall into apartment not finished and had loose tacks which went through one of our shoes. Again logged but no response.
Aimee (4/5): Dirty and not worth the price. We were disappointed. - Access to the pool and sauna was a highlight. Our room was dirty and in need of a serious deep clean. As we approached the door we saw ripped/unfinished carpet at the door to our apartment. We then found dirty cups and glasses in the cupboard, thick dust on the TV cabinet, a broken laundry door and very thick dirt on the balcony and outdoor furniture. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. Check in and check out instructions were hard to follow and made the process very stressful. The host was slow to respond to our concerns despite us reaching out after our first night of stay. Overall, very disappointed after paying $900 to stay here. Cleanliness is a bare minimum expectation. We have since reached out to the made comfy team to express our concerns as we would hate for others to share our experiences.
