• Hayley (7/5): Overall a good apartment, I would stay again - The location was fantastic. The fact that there were 7 rooms was ideal for our group The communication was good with the team even though they didn’t always give us what we wanted effortlessly was made and communication was swift. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (apart from draining board) Table was a good size for our group of 9 would have struggled for 16 The cleaning was not great. The dust on the floor was terrible . To the point that if you sat on the bed and let your slippers touch the sheets there were marks left. The hot water was temperamental we were a group of 9 and struggled. I can’t imagine what it would be like with 16 guests! The number of toilets/bathrooms is too few for full capacity No draining board in kitchen Only 1 key which meant we couldn’t lock the door unless everyone was back of an evening (there was a lock box but as there was only one key you couldn’t put the key in it once the door was locked from inside meaning the door was unlocked with us sleeping whilst we waited for the final ppl to come home

• Cristóbal (6/5): Bien pero no apropiado si tienes aracnofobia - Apartamento amplio para toda la familia Había muchas arañas que se colaban desde el techo y a algunos niños les daba miedo. A mi me picó una y llevo más de una semana de médicos , con la pierna inchada. Espero no mutar como spiderman. Espero que tomen medidas para acabar con esa plaga.
• Simone (7/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, Vicinissima a Place de Vosges e a piazza della Bastiglia È alla zona residenziale con locali e servizi L'appartamento èspazioso. per 12 persone ma gli spazi comuni sono un pò più sacrificati L'appartamento ha solo 2 bagni e con 14 posti letto sono troppo pochi La cucina è assolutamente insufficiente per cenare in casa.

It is quiet area. - The living area connected with the kitchen was convenient, the apartment is interestingly half underground, I get to say hello with dogs passing by which is cute. There were only few stairs to the apartment which is easy access for my mom with bad knees. Many bathrooms also nice. Closed walk to baetille for nice bars and restaurants. One of the room has molds, we didn’t use that room, there was no kitchen towels for the dishes.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Great place, we had a very happy visit! - It was ideal for our family party celebrating my husband’s 70th Birthday. I booked it simply because it was the right size for my family at a sensible price, but it was beautifully situated with lots of fun stuff locally and easy to get to all the tourist sites either on foot or by the Metro. I took the description of 3 bathrooms to mean 3 toilets, but there were only 2 and it took us a while to find the second wc. And I’d have liked a conventional oven to reheat croissants etc

• Gokce (7/5): Great place to stay in the city, it just needs some maintenance and cleaning. - The location of the apartment is just great. The rooms and the beds in the apartments are really really comfortable and nice. The location is very close (800-900m) to the nice restaurants, cafes and all the place to be in Le Marais and it is easily accessible everywhere with metro line. The communication from the team to access to the key was very good and direct. The rooms were quite large and there were way more enough spaces for a big group of friends. The equipment in the bathrooms ( towels, hairdryer etc) and in the kitchen (Coffee maschine, kettle etc) were good and there was also a very big dinner table in the living room which is great to chat with friends while eating or drinking at the apartment. Unfortunately the internet and the wifi never worked during our 3 days stay. It is said that the apartment will be cleaned before our stay therefore we could not entre before 4 pm however when we entered to the apartment, it was too dusty and there were bugs and spiders everywhere. The shower which is the one on the right hand side of the corridor doesn't have hot water, we tried several times and it did not work. Some of the heating system in the rooms did not work properly. The couch in the living room was terribly dirty with so many stains that we could not sit on it. The drapes in some rooms ( specially on the little room just right of the door) dont cover the windows properly. As the apartment is on the ground floor and has a facade on the street that lead too many light inside the room at night.

• Mita (9/5): Overall the property is worth it for group staycation. - The property is good, neat and clean. The owner was fast response and helpful. The location is near the station. Unfortunately there are 2 bathrooms without closet. Maybe some heater need little maintenance.

• Martin (8/5): Excellent location, suitable for a larger group, which is rare in central Paris, spacious appartment - The location is very good. Parts of the city center are in walking distance. The apartment is also spacious and good for a big group like ours. One of the two toilets broke and would only be fixed after our stay, not the fault of the host since handymen are not available during the weekend, but it was an annoyance. Just one toilet for a large groups of more than 10 people is a bit limiting. The registration process was quite cumbersome, at the end it all worked out but required a lot of communication.
• Martin (8/5): We enjoyed the stay - The location is very good, easy to reach shops and the city center by foot. The host responded quickly to emails about issues. One of the two toilets leaked and we had to stop using it. One toilet for 12 people is a bit difficult. Also fulfilling all the requirements to get everybody registered is a bit cumbersome.

Not the apartment that matches the pics Missing curtains in 3 x rooms means no sleep No air con... can't call it luxury like the company does.... Pics make it look bigger. Small living area for 7 bedrooms of people No dishwasher and tiny kitchen Don't stay here. Bad company using booking.com. When contacting them to fix curtains....said they didn't believe us despite sending them pictures etc. Then never got back to us. Booking.com was better to deal with bit this group is not.
