THE G (1/5): I booked on booking.com and he had cancelled on the time I landed. I had booked for 8th-18TH for £319 then he cancelled - Nothing it was not good he is a scammer do not book this he will try every way to make money out of you I booked on booking.com and he had cancelled on the time I landed. I had booked for 8th-18TH for £319 then he cancelled and said I cancelled it just book it again but the catch was he said pay £479 for the same room same amount of days from booking.com I went to his hotel said I booked on booking .com and he made 100 excuses why he couldn’t take the payment the demanded cash and we said give us the room till tomorrow and I’ll pay u tomorrow then he was like okay next day we booked a different hotel because his room sizes were small for 3 people so I said look ama pay £50 for the night I stayed he made excuses on that I can’t do that then he said u need to pay now in cash I said naw I left £50 note and left then when I had left he initiated the payment from booking.com witch he had said I can’t take it coz the name on the booking is separate from the person coming in so very very bad experience the room is talking about is the triple room with sea view it’s completely different than online pictures don’t be fooled

Fuimos caminando a los principales sitios turisticos como santa sofia y mezquita y tardamos 30 minutos. la limpieza fue muy buena, nos quedamos tres dias y siempre limpiaron nuestra habitacion. la habitacion estaba cerca a la recepcion y cuando llegaban los huespedes a hacer el chec in habia mucho ruido pero entendemos que fue ( falta de respeto de algunos huespedes que hablaban muy fuerte) y no es culpa del hotel

The hotel was spotless, very neat and tidy, and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our room was beautiful, especially the balcony with its stunning views—it made the experience even more special. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and very close to Sultanahmet, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Honestly, there was nothing at all to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return. Highly recommended! There was nothing to dislike

Expierienta degustato - Horor Proprietarul nu este un om serios am plătit camera Queen tripla și o dublă cu vedere la mare și ne-a cazat într-o cameră la subsol cu 3 paturi, mirosea groaznic de la toaletă. Cum a început totul. Am făcut rezervare pe booking la un preț ok , cu 3 zile înainte de plecare proprietarul ne-a anulat rezervarea pe motiv ca nu funcționează cardul. Am făcut o altă rezervare la un preț mai mare , același lucru s-a întâmplat ne-a anulat iar rezervarea pe același motiv ca nu funcționează cardul. Am făcut și a 3 rezervare la un preț și mai mare dublu . Am avut rezervare pt 2 cam Queen tripla , 1 cam cvatrupla și 1 dubla. Proprietarul ne-a încasat banii cash , mi-a cerut telefonul ca să vadă rezervarea și repede mi-a anulat rezervarea din telefonul meu. După un drum lung cu mașina am realizat târziu ce făcuse el. Când sa ne predea camerele a zis ca nu mai are libere și ca poate sa ne ofere 2 Queen și 1 cvatrupla la subsol , am stat 5 pers îngrămădiți, fără căldură , miros neplăcut și plin de furnici. Bani de 200euro pt camera dublă nu a mai dorit să-i înapoieze efectiv i-a furat a mers pe premiza ca dacă mai comentam ne dă afara din hotel. Proprietarul nu dorește să meargă pe rezervarea booking ca să nu plătească comisioane și nu eliberează factura sub nici un fel, de aceea în permanență are camere liberă pe booking. Pentru parcarea ne-a perceput 15 euro pe zii deși mașina era parcată pe stradă iarăși o excrocherie de-a proprietarului. Nu voi reveni și nici nu recomand această locație . Pozele spun adevarul despre cine minte si cine spune adevarul , am facut poze la camera in care am fost cazati inclusiv cand v-am platit banii cash , avem filmare cu escrocheria si cu masinile parcate in fata hotelului. Eu nu am avut cum sa anulez rezervarile pt ca scrie clar este nerambursabila. Dumneavoastra le-ati anulat. NU RECOMAND!!!

À notre arrivée, le chauffeur de taxi a voulu nous faire payer un supplément, mais grâce à l'intervention rapide de la réception, nous n'avons pas eu à le payer. Un grand merci à M. Erkan pour cela. Notre chambre était impeccable, avec eau chaude et une vue fantastique. La réception nous offrait du café gratuitement tous les matins, merci encore pour cette attention. La basilique Sainte-Sophie et la mosquée Sultanahmet sont accessibles à pied ; nous y sommes allés en 6 minutes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal. Nous avons été très satisfaits du service. Mes amis souhaitent venir à Istanbul et je leur recommanderai votre établissement. Je vous remercie tous chaleureusement pour votre excellent service.
Ferhan (10/5): Mister Erkan wonderful person - Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel half uns der Page mit dem Gepäck, und der Check-in verlief schnell, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Unser Zimmer war sauber und bot eine wunderbare Aussicht; der Blick auf die Stadt war atemberaubend. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Hotelaufzug; er war mit seiner geschmackvollen Gestaltung ein echter Hingucker. Ich hatte einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Mr. Hasan at the reception was a very friendly person; he provided tea and coffee service every morning and told us about Istanbul, guiding us to the places we would visit. The hotel staff were amazing, and there was a terrace on the top floor with a sea view, overlooking the Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Sultanahmet Mosque, giving you the feeling that the city was at your feet. We really liked the hotel and its staff. Our room was cleaned every day, and best of all, the hotel is within a maximum 7-minute walk of tourist areas. Thank you for everything. If I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
Hendrik Gerardus (1/5): Teleurstellende ervaring, jammer dat booking ons zo op het laatste.moment in de steek liet. - Niks, slechte ervaring met booking en het hotel De dag voor vertrek (27 april) heb ik via mail de melding gekregen dat het bedrag niet per creditcard afgeschreven kon worden. Vanwege koningsdag heb ik deze mail pas laat gezien. Aanpassingen doen met de huidige card kon niet, ik moest een nieuwe creditcard invoeren. Die heb ik niet. Eenmaal in Istanbul bleek de kamer niet meer beschikbaar. Na veel gedoe is laat in de avond ons een alternatief aangeboden: appartement vol schimmel, gebreken, slaapkamer zonder gordijnen. Teveel betaald voor een zeer.slexhte accommodatie

Stefania (10/5): Je recommande vivement - L'hôtel est idéalement situé, c'est calme et poutant près de tout à pied. Il y a des petits restaurants autours et des épiceries. Je pouvais voir la basilique St Sophie de ma chambre et il y a une terrasse avec une très belle vue. La chambre est assez petite mais bien disposée, la literie est confortable, la douche bien chaude avec un bon débit. Il y a un petit dressing permettant de disposer nos affaires. Je tiens à souligner tout particulièrement l'accueil qui nous a été réservé, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des employés ainsi que le délicieux thé qui nous a été offert à plusieurs reprises. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement. Il faisait encore un peu froid dans la chambre. J'ai choisit de ne pas mettre le chauffage par respect pour l'environnement.

Room was not cleaned throughout my 5-day stay. Had to ask reception for more toilet roll. Noise echoes through the hotel, and walls are thin, which is annoying at 1am when trying to sleep. Hotel only takes cash. 15 min uphill walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia.

Mónica (1/5): - Realicé una reserva a través de Booking sin que se indicara claramente el horario de check-in. Tras reservar, contacté varias veces con el hotel para preguntar por la hora de entrada y avisar de que nuestro vuelo llegaba a Estambul a la 1:00 de la madrugada, pero no recibí respuesta hasta el día antes del viaje. Fue entonces cuando me informaron de que el check-in no era posible después de las 23:00 h y que, si no llegábamos antes, la reserva se cancelaría automáticamente. Intenté buscar soluciones, incluso propuse pagar otra noche en otro hotel y acceder al alojamiento al día siguiente (ya que la estancia estaba pagada hasta el martes), pero no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. Finalmente, el mismo día del viaje tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento. La reserva fue cancelada y el dinero no fue devuelto. Considero que el horario límite de check-in debería indicarse claramente antes de realizar el pago y que la comunicación por parte del hotel fue inexistente y nada resolutiva.
Tapu (10/5): O locație perfectă pentru cei care apreciază curățenia - Gazdele ne-au primit foarte bine .Hotelul este situat în centrul istoric al Istanbulului .Un hotel foarte curat.Am fost încântați să petrecem 5 nopți în acest hotel .Baia foarte curată apa caldă la discreție .Toaleta curată .Locatia dispune și de ascensor,facilitând astfel accesul la etajele superioare persoanelor cu mobilitate redusă.Exista o linie de tramvai în apropiere care vă oferă posibilitatea de deplasare spre diferite obiective turistice dorite ,linie care se intersectează cu alte linii care vă oferă posibilitatea de a utiliza chiar și metroul ca să vă deplasați și în partea asiatică (Anatolia).

Basmalah (7/5): - Was in the centre close to all requirements. The kitchen was open for use whenever we wanted tea/water. Provided heater on day 1 when we said we needed one as the room was cold. Did the job we only wanted it to sleep and have a shower as we were out all day to explore so overall was good for the price of about £30 per night. I booked a room with view and 3 beds got 2 beds with no view. They did say that was a booking.com error which I guess could happen. WiFi extremely slow. Multiple requests for extra towels/toilet papers. No slippers/iron in the room - so need to come ready.

Ariana (5/5): Enttäuschend - Die Betten waren sehr gut und komfortabel! Die Einrichtung und das Badezimmer sehr schön! Es gab abgepacktes Wasser zur freien Entnahme! Das Hotelzimmer das ich gebucht hatte war mit Balkon und mit Aussicht über die Moschee abgebildet! Aber: wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Keller, das unerträglich aus dem Badezimmer nach Abfluss gestunken hat! Der Gestank war furchtbar! Das Zimmer hatte ein Kellerfenster, in das man von der Straße von oben hinein schauen konnte sobald man den Vorhang wegschob, um Tageslicht zu sehen! Es gab kein Moskitonetz und man konnte nicht lüften, weil sonst nicht nur die Mücken, sondern auch die Strassenkatzen hinein gesprungen wären! Wir hatten es versucht und es kamen Moskitos hinein und mussten die Katzen verscheuchen. Der Mistkübel wurde während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht ausgeleert und das Zimmer auch nicht gereinigt! Das Personal war inkompetent aber freundlich und bemüht.

Rodriguez Pinchete (8/5): Muy buena experiencia - Hotel muy bien ubicado en la zona de Sultanahmet. A 20 minutos andando de la mezquita y también muy cerca de la Mezquita azul. Estaba todo muy limpio y nos trataron de maravilla, incluso nos regalaron unos dulces típicos turcos. Contratamos con ellos un transfer al aeropuerto (SAW). Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el conductor pero los del hotel nos lo arreglaron muy rápido por lo q su asistencia fue excelente.

Първоначално от хотела анулираха престоя ни с мотива, че картата ми не работи, а винаги съм резервирала стаи в букинг с тази карта. Като отидохме на място целия хотел беше празен и ни настаниха, но искаха да платим в брой. Предполагам, че не са искали да платят хонорар на букинг. Това беше изключително притеснително при положение, че пътуваме с деца и не знаем къде и дали ще ни настанят. Хотела беше изключително студен, наложи се всички да спим с дрехи. При поискване на печки и одеала , ни донесоха само някакви подобни на чаршафи. Толкова студено не ми е било никъде. Още на втория ден нямаше и топла вода. За всичко сме алармирали на рецепция, но освен поклащане на глава, че ще оправят проблема, решения не видяхме. Даже нормални одеала не намериха. Не бих повторила този хотел, въпреки местоположението. Отношението е всичко,а там липсва!

Situé dans une rue très calme qui pourtant est à 2 minutes d'une rue animée pleines de bons restaurants et de petites boutiques de souvenirs , mais en étant à l'hôtel nous n'entendions rien de la rue animé ,c'est top. Tous les commerçants y sont très sympa et les prix sont beaucoup moins chers que si on monte plus haut ( à partir de la mosquée bleu les prix montent.) Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment TOP, très souriant et à l'écoute de nos demandes, merci pour tous les CHAY TOOT , c'était une découverte pour nous. Un délice. La chambre était très propre, seul petit bémol, la chambre n'était pas très bien insonorisée mais ça ne nous a pas déranger car après une longue journée d'excursion à pied , au retour on tombe vite KO même en entendant un peu la chambre à côté. Nous avons fait une semaine à pied, tout est fesable à pied pour ceux qui aiment la marche mais attention la ville est en pente très raide avec beaucoup d'escalier. Prévoir une bonne paires de basket. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande. Une grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel.
