- Helen (3/5): DONT DO IT - filthy room and the service is deplorable - never again! NO MORE AIR BnBs for me - Whilst the room is in a key location it is not what it seems, the room was very dirty and the external balcony had never been cleaned, there was mud built up in the tracks of the sliding doors, I tried to clean the outside table to sit at it but it was like mud. Stains on the lounge, nowhere to sit in side other than the lounge so you cant work there which is why I was in Canberra. The key was on an app which meant that you had to ensure you had your phone with you 100%. No service provided in a three week stay and only 2 towels provided - i was told to use the pay washing machine and wash my towels and bed linen myself. I also asked for a vacume or at least a proper broom I was directed to a tiny dustpan and brush. One chux, 1 small bar of soap and 3 toilet rolls for 21 days. ABSURD!
