• Kaidi-Liis (6/5): Great location but very noisy - Location is amazing. It’s located in the busyness of Bastille and it’s so easy to walk to anywhere or catch metro. The apartment is spacious. Rooms are big and the kitchen, lounge area is decent size too. I loved that they have changed the key system, with 9 people it’s hard to keep on tab who is coming and going so a keypad system with a code works so much better than a physical key. The noise! Apartment is located next to the big road and that itself is mostly fine but there is a nightclub not far away on the road and there are massive queues of young ppl to get in during the night. From midnight to 5am the noise is incredibly loud. Whoever has the first 2 bedrooms, will struggle to sleep. You either need earplugs or to be a very heavy sleeper. Apartment looks a bit worn down. Broken tiles in bathroom, shower cabinets don’t close (half fabric, half door) and the doors are wonky. Paint on the wall worn off in the lounge area.

• Lily (7/5): Great location for exploring bastille and right near the metro - The location is great, the size is good for a base. Take earplugs with you if you have to use every room, the front bedroom is incredibly loud from 1am-5am because of the clubs across the road. With earplugs it’s fine, the back rooms don’t hear it at all!

• Charles (7/5): Lovely place but noisy at night and kitchen not designed for anything more than a cup of tea - The location is very central and full of life Really noisy at night, surrounded by night clubs. The kitchen is not set up to be used for lots of people. It was hard even having breakfast for 10 people. Washing up well drying was a joke, the biggest saucepan might be suitable for an egg.

• Tobias (7/5): Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, aber leider einige Mängel bei der Ausstattung. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten und die Bushaltestelle und die Metro sind schnell erreichbar. Der Perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Paris zu erkunden. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht optimal. Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Geschirrspüler. In der Spüle fehlt der Ablaufstöpsel. Geschirrtücher werden vom Vermieter nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer also ohne Stöpsel und Geschirrtüchern im Gepäck hier ankommt, muss zuerst einkaufen gehen, damit das Geschirr händisch gespült werden kann. Die Möbel und der Boden in den Badezimmern sind sehr abgenutzt. Eine der Duschwände war so defekt, dass ein Glasteil aus der Halterung kippte. Wir konnten dieses wieder selbst einsetzen. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel. Bis man in der Wohnung ist, benötigt man 2 Codes und 2 Schlüssel. Das ist sehr kompliziert, vor allem, wenn man mit älteren Personen verreist.

• FRANCISCO JAVIER (8/5): Bien comunicado y céntrico, buena opción. - Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, con dormitorios más que suficientes para todos. Parada de metro muy cercana, zona tranquila. En líneas generales, bastante limpio y todo correcto. En las comunicaciones estuvieron rápidos en la respuesta. Repetiría La lavadora no funcionaba, parecía estar desenchufada. Se solicitó solución pero no pudieron proporcionárnosla. Es un segundo piso y las escaleras un poco incómodas, pero en general bastante bien.

• Hazim (6/5): Good location & size, questionable value for money.. - Location, size and layout.. We stayed as a group with kids and really enjoyed the location. Noisy: there many bars and clubs around and it is difficult to sleep esp. In the weekends. Unsafe: the door cannot be closed without the key, it feels unsafe if some of the guests want to stay later and I use the key to enter the flat Support: for such a high price point you would expect better flexibility and customer support. It is not acceptable taht the property cannot handle luggage drop for instance Too many registration steps: you receive too many emails, messagges and steps to handle to finish the registration.

• Rachel (6/5): With a few tweaks this apartment would be a perfect base from which to explore. - Excellent location, easy access to public transport and walkable to bars, restaurants, shops and landmarks. The apartment is in a beautiful old building and is very nicely decorated and presented. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well equipped. There were only 7 forks in an apartment for up to 12 (we bought some more and left them for future guests). There was nothing to wash up or dry dishes with. We had booked for 11 people but there was initially no linen for the pullout couch. We were lucky the cleaner was still there when we arrived. He collected some for us.

• Russell (10/5): Absolutely amazing, we all wish we could have stayed longer. - The location was perfect. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all. It was clean and secure. Plenty of places to eat and shop around the apartment. Access to the metro was a 1min walk. There was nothing that we didn’t like. The only thing that should be kept in mind is the this property accessible by stairs only. I have old man knees so I felt it after a day of exploring the city. But that would not stop me from staying there again the if I come back to the city.
• Diane (7/5): Good floor plan and comfortable for a family of six. - Proximity to supermarkets, shops, hotels, restaurants and the Metro. Comfortable and good floor plan for a family of six. Although I was required to pay a fee to cover insurance in case my family caused any damage to the property, the property was in a fairly poor state of repair. Walls were damaged and marked, floor tiles loose, lounge stained and rug stained, sink plugs were broken, and it was difficult traversing the stairwell as it was a current renovation site.
