• SARAH (9/5): - Location was superb The keys had to be picked up from a quickly mart that was over 600 metres away. With luggage and a disability to deal with it was way too far. Especially when I passed so many other options along the way that could have been used.
• Raewyn (10/5): Brilliant. - The space of the apartment, location, balcony, lightness and facilities. TV remote was not working. Had one channel with high volume, were not able to adjust this. We purchased batteries to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't. There was no plug for kitchen sink and dishwasher out of order, which was not a problem as we didn't cook. Lacking light bulbs in bedroom and living room. These a minor and did not interrupt our stay although it would have been nice to have had a working TV.
• Cameron (2/5): Read this before you book. - Location Key Pickup Location: The key pickup and drop-off location was different from the accommodation address and was only disclosed after booking, causing inconvenience with a long walk to pick up and return the keys. Washing Machine Issue: The washing machine was broken and the locking mechanism was stuck, causing an overflow when we tried to use it. This issue was reported but no one was sent to fix it. • Adriana (3/5): Not worth the money I paid, very dirty & not in an acceptable condition to be charging people a large amount to stay - Good location Upon entry I turned the lights on as it was dark, one light didn’t work in the living room, the other was flickering. There were very obvious stains on the rug & carpet. Both were also a tripping hazard as the rug had curled up on all sides & the carpet had rolls in it also. This was not ideal especially with the poor lighting situation. I then proceeded to look at the kitchen area, where I was greeted by a dead cockroach. There were smears all over the glass on the oven door. The dishwasher still had food remaining in it & was disgusting. I later learnt this also did not work. I also learnt the kettle also didn’t work as I tried it in multiple sockets in the apartment and the coffee machine continuously leaked after use. This meant I had to keep putting kitchen roll under it to soak up all of the water that kept leaking out. I then proceeded to the bathroom where the sink was all cracked. There was a yellow drip stain down the back of the sink & the toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. The doorframe leading to the bathroom was all warped at the bottom & looked like something had been chewing on it! There was also a screw missing from the bathroom door which was on the floor stuck in the grove. I reported all of this to the property management company to which I still have not had a reply… I have multiple photos & videos of the condition of this property which I have sent to MadeComfy but still not even an apology has been given for this experience. I stopped here for a week in these conditions.
• Chloe (10/5): Perfect place to stay for long or short trips! - Perfect location to everything. Was spacious and when the balcony doors were closed you couldn’t hear the hustle of the city. Also it had everything we could have needed for 5 nights The main bedroom light was flickering quite badly and for some reason the dishwasher wouldn’t work but these were very minor issues and didn’t affect our stay at all

• Charlotte (5/5): Great location, could use more cleanliness. - The location was great. It was near the tram and train stations as well as local restaurants. The pullout couch bed had a stain on it from someone prior to us, there was cockroaches in the bathroom and it was quite difficult to find the location of the property as well as where to pick up the keys. The keys were nearly a km away from the building which was inconvenient.

Need to have fan turned on in bathroom to get washing machine/dryer to work. No instructions to tell you that. Tv remote has to be direct and close to bottom right work. Very dull light, Only 2 wall sconces for lighting in lounge/dinning room. Reported major problem of cockroaches, sink blocked and dishwasher broken and filthy inside on app. Phone a sydney number mentioned on the app. They advised to take photos and I advised I already had and uploaded. Then requested I email the photos as well, which I did. Said someone would be there 10am next day to fix problems. Surprise. Surprise no one turned up. Rang number back took 6 minutes for the customer service officer to locate my booking and God knows if she found the email. Anyway said it is weekend you have to wait.  Omg Never heard back. The maintenance and bugs in this unit is disgusting

• Sana (5/5): - スーパーも近く、southern cross stに近いのでどこの観光地にも比較的行きやすかった。 リビングのライトが切れていた。初日に連絡したが、返信が遅く、結局9日間ライトがつかない状態だった。 チェックインの時間に、部屋のセッティングが終わっておらず、前の宿泊者が帰ったままの状態だった。

• Karmela (9/5): Superb - Reliable for transport and shopping center and restaurants. Was abit dusty inside, sliding door and window was left opened. Only got an instruction how to get the key, also wasn't told which floor and room where I'll be staying at.
• Fenton (8/5): Overall good place to stay, key pick up and drop off could be improved - Location was great and bed was very comfortable Picking up and dropping off the keys from a seperate location was annoying and difficult to find.

Windows, doors, balcony glass need a good clean. Bedroom and lounge main lights not working. Dishwasher not working resulting in checkout delay.
• Gerard (7/5): Over all happy with the apartment and suited my needs - Close to the facilities that I required for my trip Walking to collect and drop off keys from a second location when there is a maned desk inside that property. Would make sense to be the collection point. No hot water for a shower on day 3. I suspect that there was no issues on day 1&2 due to myself being active at 6am both days and had shower early.
• Dylan (8/5): Great location but needed little more maintenance - Great location for anyone who wants to get in and around, The pool and sauna were very clean and looked after There were a few blown light globes in the property when I had arrived, just need them to be fixed asap

• Wayne (8/5): Great accommodation and location. Collecting the keys was tedious when arriving at night . - The apartment was great to stay in but there are some repairs that need to be done. Nothing major but mainly the kitchen tap and shower rail.
