- Tammy (8/5): - Great breakfast! Lighting in the bathroom is hard to put on makeup. The shower doesn't get hot, it's more like lukewarm. The pool was way too cold.
- Pierce (3/5): Dirty outside furniture gas stove that was promised to be working wasn’t working, not a heated pool it was “freezing” th - Everything seems brand new Everything was dirty dusty and the bathroom handle fell off the door and “maintenance “ told me to put it back on myself because they were too lazy to come do it for me ended up hurting my hand trying to fix it myself like he told me to do, we had just returned from Carson Tahoe medical from a surgery and needed a little help trying to check out and the lady treated me like crap for asking for someone to go help my wife because she’s stuck on the 4th floor with no room key because staff messed up the booking we ended up locked out of our room after surgery given only minutes to clean out our room

- Charles (3/5): Horrible and never will be returning - The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was empty my wife is allergic to brown feather pillows. Nowhere wasn’t mentioned that that’s all they had. probably tried to charge me more money when I got there after I had sent a message to them several days before my day asking if there was any additional fees. They served Us called frozen chicken and potatoes for breakfast. All around is a very uncomfortable time.
