L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas des commerces et restaurants. Mention spéciale pour la piscine et surtout pour la gentillesse du personnel. Nuisances sonores : Nos chambres étaient situées à côté de l'office, occasionnant beaucoup de bruit dès le réveil. Entretien : Le ménage n'avait pas été effectué dans nos chambres. Restaurant : il y a un décalage entre la carte affichée et la disponibilité effective des plats en cuisine.

• Robin (7/5): Okay place, there may be better in the price range. - I chose this hotel because it was the last stop on pick-ups for South Seas Adventures and I needed time to get from the airport to my pick-up time. It was noisy at times from airplanes (airport). The bar was noisy until 10 pm. Food was mediocre, although the outside setting by the pool was nice. They put a blanket between the top and bottom sheet in my bed. The hotel said they offered shuttle service from the airport. I called from the airport and the woman said it would come. There was no shuttle. The helpful woman at airport information called twice for me and they agreed to pay for a taxi ($15FJ).

• PALAOU (7/5): - Le cadre était jolie, les femmes de ménages vraiment sympa 😊😊 le 2eme appartement était un peu plus spacieux. Nous avions une piscine assez privative 😁Équipe assez réactive. Le premier appartement proposé n'était pas fidèle à la photo de présentation sur booking que j'ai réservé. Le salon ressemblait à une buanderie (2,5×2m), pour regarder la télé il fallait lever les yeux au plafond. Les chambres, la cuisine et les sanitaires étaient relié entre eux par un couloir. Suite a une petite réclamation nous avons retrouvé l'appartement proposé sur booking (photo de cuisine spacieuse, salon...) et nous avions eu droit à une réduction du prix de cette chambre car elle était plus cher. Par contre le changement d'appartement c'est fait sous un petit râle du personnel qui s'occupait de nos valise.

Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, clean bathroom facilities, and well-equipped kitchen accessories. Everything we needed was provided, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

The 3 bedroom we stayed in was not up to the standard .They need to fix the bathroom they need more cultleries and coffee cups and even the sugar,coffee and tea sachets were stuck together.And they need to put a gate on top of the stairs.Because young kids can easily fall from the top of the stairs to the bottom.And under the bed needs to be clean .If you are charging $585 it should be emacculate and even the aircondition does'nt cover the whole room.On the hot weather the kitchen was very hot. So overall not happy at all.

• Maureen (7/5): Walking distance to a lot of shops, food places, restaurants/ bar, malls etc. The staff are an absolute gem and so l - The pools, although they did need to be cleaned regularly To order food I house you have to keep going into reception to order and pay. They continuously had run out of specific items (chicken, hot chips etc) The rooms weren’t house kept daily and you had to keep asking for towels, toilet paper etc. However when you did ask, they were always accommodating and very kind / apologetic.

I was told so many times when I called the hotel that the bus was on the way to pick me up. It will be 5 minutes away. When I got to the hotel, the kitchen was closed. It's almost 10 pm. I ended up cam. by taxi. I got reimbursement d 2. My brand new suitcase was dragged on the uneven footbath, and so dirty. 3. No hot water. NO INTERNET 4. There's no sink in the kitchen. 5. The coffee and creamer were hard and smelled off. There are no expired dates on coffee, sugar, and creamer 6. The receptionist has no information about the bus going to suva.Poor services.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Lighting in the apartment could be improved. We also had plumbing issues, but the staff were very attentive and accommodating.

Aircon unit dripped a lot inside the balcony door, this could cause a serious accident if not aware.

My kids loved it and we will be back in 2026. - Clean, great staff, able to order food and then put it on and rooms account and pay it before you leave the facility makes it so much easy. Needs more towels as you are not able to hang towels up to dry you end up with damp towels and there is no rotation of towels. I can understand it’s under construction a new management so budget could be a factor but in future rooms need at least two sets of towels so that room services can rotate or if you could place towel rails for customers to be able to dry towels.

• François (4/5): A éviter, si possible... - Logement propre et bien équipé L'hôtel est introuvable sur Google, qui propose le Grand melanesian hotel qui n'est pas du tout au même endroit... L'hôtel est en travaux et vu le chantier, il y en a encore pour quelques temps.... Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et la personne à l'accueil ne m'a proposé aucune solution, juste attendre le lendemain pour peut-être appeler un technicien... L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport mais à l'autre bout de la piste donc on a juste l'impression que les avions vont se poser dans la salle de bain mais il faut quand même 15 minutes de taxi pour rejoindre l'aérogare... Et en plus des avions, les couloirs sont extrêmement bruyants avec du passage incessant... Nous avons été tranquilles de minuit à 5h du matin... Tout ces inconvénients sont vraiment fâcheux car la chambre était très spacieuse (2 lits doubles et un lit simple avec en plus un coin cuisine et table à manger) et très propre.

I CALLED FOR A COUPLE CHANGES IN OUR BOOKING AND STRAIGHT AWAY THE RECEPTIONIST ANSWER AND SAID ALL GOOD ..We booked into a 4 family room and one standard we were meant to stay for 2 nights but end stay for the whole time of our entire trip to the west. Location easy access to everything shops restaurants markets and cheap bus ride or taxi to the town of nadi and Denarau. Walking distance wailoloa beach .loved my morning and afternoon walk enjoy the sunrise 🌅 and sunset 🌇 .Well for me I love to be out during the day doing what I have to do no matter how long my day is I will always look forward to be back to a nice comfortable bed fresh linen and towels with good hot shower 🛀 🚿 I got it all in here in this resort luxury and affordable. Yes it's close to the airport and they have their on airport shuttle for free drop off anytime required . We were in a Group of 20 people and different time of departure early or late flight ✈️ we booked and they will be there to serve. I get a chance to be in their apartments and dorms it's pretty good much better for hosting family and groups .Apartment fully furnished and comfortable lots of space amazing comfortable bed 🛌 and .Pool is clean and the kids to adults all enjoyed some out during the day and some stay back chilling at the pool . All in all the resort is totally a top notch .immaculate Thank you Grand Melanesian Resort and staffs for making our trip memorable and enjoyable .I would recommended this to anyone it's affordable and comfortable good value for the money. It's a 5 🌟 for all of us in our group and we feel it's like home away from home. What's not to like about It's immaculate

I forgot what's the white stuff call ... also for the gate i was wondering why didn't we have a Card for the gate.. and also the phone wasn't working
