• Nadine (10/5): Schönes Apartment im Herzen von La Spezia - Eins der besten Apartments in ganz Italien! Das Apartment ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Alles war blitzsauber und nach Wunsch kann das Apartment zusätzlich jeden Tag gereinigt werden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls zentral, viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zu Fuß sind es auch nur knapp 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Daniele war während des ganzen Aufenthaltes immer hilfsbereit, gab viele tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen. Ein idealer Gastgeber! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! Ho riscontrato che la struttura offre un buon compromesso tra prezzo, posizione e design.

• Borbála (10/5): Great location for an overnight stay and visiting Cinque Terre. - We visited the property for New Years Eve, the location is in the centre, meaning many options going out. If you go by car you can stop in front of the pharmacy to unload your luggages for a minute than find a parking slot nearby. Parking is free between 8PM and 8AM, so I assume it is cheaper than going into a garage (considering you will use your car during the day). Pay attention there is a market in the town on Fridays and if you park on the wrong place your car might be pulled away.

Bed firmer than I like but still provided a good night sleep. Great location, secured building, and close to restaurants, shopping, pharmacy. Easy to find, good directions and excellent communications with the host. Approximately 4/10 mile to train station.

• Michael (10/5): Great place to stay in La Spezia - Room was beautiful with some very unusual touches (fish lights that drop down and the layered lighting in the ceiling). Room was a good size and it was the one without the balcony. Plenty of good coffee, charge points, excellent shower & a proper window in the en-suite. Good natural light where you can see the street. Quiet road with no noise. The host was easy to deal with and we were let in early in the day. We left at 10.15am and put us no pressure to leave in the morning as previously experienced in lovely rooms. Nothing we did not like. There was a balcony that could be used separate to the room - we did not use it but if you were there longer - you would.

From the marble tile floor to the elegant decorations, it was clean, comfortable and gorgeous! It was also ideally situated. It was a great place from which to explore Cinque Terre. It is centrally located between the harbor (with the ferry boats) and the train. Both are easy walks from Frem Lord. Lots of restaurants and shops within feet of the place. Excellent all around! Really, nothing.

• James (10/5): Glamorous, clean and the perfect - This property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It felt like a 5 star hotel! Staff were excellent and delivered us an ironing board upon request. Property was easy to access and genuinely a perfect location to be situated. Short walk to the train and bus stations and plenty of supermarkets, restaurant just a stones throw away. It was all excellent.
