• Yu (7/5): それなりに良かった。 - ロケーションが地下鉄から近く、目の前モールがあるので便利。 ムスタファもすぐ近くで、お土産を買うのにも良かった。 シャワーが少しぬるめ。 暑い国なので、それぐらいが丁度良いのかもしれない。 個人的にはもう少しあったかいお湯がでたら嬉しかった。
• Vamsee Krishna (1/5): Disgusting and worst hotel with Cheap working force - better pay 40-50 for branded hotels next door - It is located close the City Mall and Mustafa. Wall painting and few interiors are good. Renovation is partially good. House keeping team is good. To start with, I had taken my family (we are couple with 2 kids). I had requested for early checkin and they said subject to availability, it will be provided with some additional charge (Email confirmation was there). Once we went there, there was a display (got a pic of it) says early check in from 6-12pm would cost 60 SGD. We went around 930 and we were told it would cost 20 SGD per hour. They only gave room at 245 pm saying if they need to get room ready it would cost 20 SGD/hour. They treat us like ATM machines. With beginning being so bad, the room we got was worst. It had stinky smell and room keeping did mop and sprayed room freshener to make it good. Room had 2 bunk beds with no more space. The beds were also planks and mattresses not proper beds. Biggest surprise came when we started to take shower to go out for cruise. Hot water is electric instant geyser (not even stored tank) so you hardly get warm water forget about hot water. The tiles under the shower were not even and water stopped around floor near commord. Had to rush back to house keeping, they said they can mop after every shower and do a room spray as it had stinky smell. Went to reception and they gave the same advice. After staying at reception for one hour or so, they got their plumber to look at it and he said it is not a quick fix and need the flooring to be removed. All the while the receptionists were saying we cannot give you another as it is full. They gave another room for us to take shower that evening and next morning. We were not allowed to sleep in that room. We slept in same stinky room, closing the bathroom door. When asked why do not you change the room, the answer was no quadraple room is available. When asked to provide 2 rooms, they said it would cost 120 SGD / day more. When we said it is your fault, then they started saying rooms are full and there is no availability. No refund We stayed in 3 different rooms for 3 nights.

Bed was next to window even paid extra for a windowed room. Not suitable for older people. At 4 am a loud truck gave a huge horn. Room was too near the busy road.

TV has Netflix, prime, disney, apple tv.. the stay there was a really pleasant one.. will definitely come again Not that dislike, but when i checked in, the staff gave me a room that is totally nothing compared to the room that i booked.. so went down to clarify the issue and the staff was very efficient in changing to our correct room.

Even so we would not recommend this place or choose to book it again. - We had a 13 hour transit in Singapore with two kids and were simply looking for a place to sleep, shower and rest. The room met those basic needs however it didn’t feel like good value for money. The location was extremely poor with constant noise throughout the night. The rooms had no soundproofing whatsoever you could easily hear people in the next room talking or even breathing. The space itself was very cramped and felt quite claustrophobic. On top of that the staff were unhelpful and came across as quite rude. The property also looks nothing like the photos advertised so I would strongly advise others not to be misled.

• Malraj (8/5): Good location - The location of this hotel is its strongest asset; being within walking distance of the MRT makes it incredibly easy to get around. There are also plenty of great dining options nearby, so you’ll never go hungry. While the hotel is well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean with all the necessary amenities provided, I found the rooms to be quite small. There aren't many additional facilities or features within the hotel itself, which made me feel that the stay wasn't quite value for money given the price point. It is a solid choice if you just need a clean place to sleep in a strategic area, but it feels a bit overpriced for the limited space.

Equipements conformes à la description, hôtel rénové, propre. Chambre lumineuse (la quadruple utilisée était à l'angle de l'immeuble). Bon rapport qualité/prix. La quadruple avec ses lits superposés apparaît plus grande sur la photo, la chambre est exiguë, difficile d'y circuler et d'y poser des bagages mais espace assez fonctionnel. Pas de salle commune, pas de petits-déjeuners possible, petite réception.
• Lisda (10/5): Awesome Stay At A Hotel Farrer Park 165 - I was given the higher floor and my room was fantastic. As I entered, I feel as if I am in a luxury boutique hotel. All equipmemts in the room are modern. Thank you so much to the front desk staff such as Vinithia, Melissa, AB and night shift Khairul. They are polite, humble and always show their sincerely smile look on their faces. For sure I will recommend my friends to booked and stay to experience it. I am looking forward to stay again in coming future. Thank you once again. :) There is only one lift and it takes awhile to go up and come down.

And all guests check out at 12pm for every floor - Khairul, the night shift guy who was on duty, with a friendly, smiley face helps me to check in. He was very helpful eventhough he was actually bz doing his things. Overall, all is okay. What i dont like is upon checking out at 12pm, alot of the guests is checking out and the lift is only 1 which need to wait for the lift at least for 5-10mins waiting time our turn to take. Den using the staircase, i was stop by a china man looks like a construction guy who was resting in the staircase and instructed me to take e lift instead wen i was already at level 2 to go down to level 1.

Horel renovation was done in a rush, unsafe and very improperly. Electrical wire exposed, buzzing electric sounded intermittently. Bathrooom smell so bad, they use cheap open drainage, smell of sewage in the bathroom. Room is very small with AC blowing on your head.
• Tian (1/5): - NOTHING! The reality is not accurate to the pictures shown. This place is definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The condition was very disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. It did not feel clean, and overall the experience was far from acceptable. I feel misled by the listing — it honestly feels like a scam. I would not recommend staying here. I did not have a good experience staying here. The room had an unpleasant odour, the floor was not clean, and the bathroom sink was not draining properly. There was also no hot water in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing.

Можно за пол-часа пешком до центра не спеша.Цена соответствует качеству и местоположнию отеля.В самом отеле чисто,тихо и спокойно.Комнаты небольшие,но всего хватает для отдыха Да за эти деньги не хочется придираться к мелочам.Если снова будем в Сингапуре,возможно вернёмся снова сюда.

We waited for more than 17 mins to check in just because the senior staff was "teaching"the newbie how to input the guests information and how to scan guests' passports and registration cards. The guest info could have been input after we checked in since they had scanned our passports. After we made a complaint regarding what made "check-in" so difficult and took such a long time, the staff finally gave us room keys. (They stopped inputting our personal information.) The staff did not even make an apology. Instead, they said they are newbie ……Well, "Very persuasive." They deserve more training before they serve the guests. All their responses did not sound like people in hospitality industry. Another ridiculous thing was that the senior staff asked us to leave our passports at the front desk after they gave us the room keys. We rejected to do it and told them -- you have scanned all our passports, how come you need to keep our passports ? Their answer is that they need to input our personal information. Things they have done were weird and did not make any sense. Also, though rooms were renovated, the floor drain was not right and every time after we took a shower, it was flooding. Better "prepared" before checking in this hotel.

• Jushean (7/5): - Comfortable bed, location near MRT station The smell from the toilet, most probably from the drainage system. Also noted few cockroaches.
• SANJANA RAJEEV (7/5): - Overall, the stay was good. The Indian staff members (a male and a female) were the best — honest, kind, and genuinely helpful. They assisted me when I sprained my ankle in Sentosa and returned to the hotel barely able to walk. The male staff member kindly pushed the wheelchair to my room while my husband was panicking and carrying our bags. The male staff also ensuring that I was safely settled. He also guided us on how to travel back to JB at 4:00 AM, which was very helpful. Both of their support and kindness during that time were truly appreciated. The hotel’s exterior appearance cannot be found on Booking.com or even on Google. Due to the lack of proper and clear location details, it took us more than two hours to find the hotel, despite it being only a 5-minute walk from Farrer Park MRT Station. However, the location is very convenient. It is exactly opposite of the main entrance of City Square Mall and on the left side of Novotel Hotel. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room, but the staff initially gave me Room 203, which was only 130 sq ft. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around or even change clothes comfortably. After I questioned why the room was so small and did not match my booking, another colleague checked the system and reassigned us to Room 414, which was approximately 150 sq ft and matched the room type I had originally booked. I am very disappointed that the staff were unaware of the correct room type assigned to my booking. This caused us to carry all our luggage upstairs and then come back down again to change rooms, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, carpets were laid along the walkways, making it extremely difficult to push our 360° rotating luggage. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of our time. Overall, these are basic service standards that the hotel staff should be aware of and manage properly!

• Kashi123 (9/5): Great value, friendly and comfortable hotel in good location - Hotels in SIN are expensive for at times limited value - I have tried a few 'under SG$100' p/n hotels over the years - A Hotel Farrer easily comes out on top. Staff is very friendly, competent and helpful (they accommodated some changes and extra booking I had , allowed upgrades and provided extra items as requested....). Beds are really comfy and large, bedding is great, rooms are clean and feel reasonably modern (given the recent reno they must have undertaken), AC is quiet and cold. The window-less rooms are compact but fine - low noise (due to no window) too. I later switched to a deluxe/windowed room - same comment applies (but less quiet due to street exposure). I felt it worth paying an extra $20 for the window as it's less claustrophobic and you get a nice view if on the top levels (the non-window room is fine though if you're not worried re same). I'll stay there again when visiting SIN in the future. (Note - same text in my 2nd r/v). Nothing at that price point - good value.

I had booked the single non-window room for my last night (as a very late check-out due to midnight flight) - the hotel allowed me to stay in the previous room for the extra night (saving them an additional room-clean and providing me with a much more convenient solution - many thanks! ) Nothing - great place to stay
