• Deborah (3/5): Disappointed in the standards of cleanlines and some aspects of the facilities . - The location was just where we wanted to be. Nice views from the balcony it was a good size. The washing machine seemed relatively new and was useful to have. It was dirty. The pans were unclean . The lounge area was very dusty, the sofa looked dirty and we felt uncomfortable sitting on it because of this.The lights in the kitchen and bathroom were full of bugs and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for several years. The fan in the main bedroom was covered in a thick layer of dust. Several aspects seemed unsafe for a rental property, no anti slip bath mat and as the shower was over the bath it was tricky to climb out and not fall. There was a mat in the kitchen in front of the cooker which was a dangerous slip risk it was sliding all about when you stood on it. Several mugs were chipped and one soup type bowl had broken handle. Brushes , mops and cleaning equipment were just shoved in the corner of the lounge. The patio furniture had seen better days and the wire/ string of the chairs were becoming unravelled. The coffee table was so rickety it was unsafe to support a hot drink and the bottom platform was broken. The small table top ironing board was not fit for purpose and the cover kept flying off when trying to use it . We were given the previous guests key code and were unable to enter the property without calling the agent. Annoying after a long flight and lugging our luggage up the 5 flights of stairs .When we were about to check out we were not able to access the guest portal to find instructions and when I asked for it we were sent a welcome message.
• Susan (8/5): comfortable - good location. familiar, we’ve stayed 3 times already. the bathroom is very dated could do with an upgrade
• Rhonda (5/5): If we would have had internet and communication with manager we would have had a very nice stay - The location was peaceful and quiet. the internet did not work and it was impossible to contact the managing company--I left messages which were ignored and we had to use our own money to access internet. Although we were promised compensation for not having internet within 5 days of checking out, we never received what the managing company promised. It was very frustrating not having anyone to talk to or reply to our emails.
• Jacky (5/5): Comfortable but not ideal for young families. - Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. All the facilities were as advertised. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. There was ample bedding for the cold nights and the beds were comfortable enough. The property was listed as family-friendly yet there were 5 flights of narrow stairs for my very pregnant daughter to climb with a 17-month-old and myself with 3 x 20+kg of luggage to haul up the stairs with no lift. This was not mentioned in the blurb. If this was mentioned we would not have rented this property. The property was filled with beautiful artwork and sculptures that would have been destroyed by my grandson if we had not taken him out as often as we did. (Again not suitable for infants and toddlers). The property reeked of fresh paint and this gave us all sinusitis and headaches. I included this in the message and it was not even acknowledged. There was no wifi and for tourists from other countries depending on wifi - this was not acceptable. They sent me a property manual via email and I couldn't open it because I did not have enough wifi. I sent a message to the property managers and they only replied a day and a half later with a way to access it but what they suggested did not work either. I messaged again but the only message I received was one giving me instructions on how to leave the apartment. I received another to leave them a 10/10 review or send them suggestions or recommendations before submitting the review but then I don't see the point of leaving a review if it is not honest.
• Paul (4/5): Amazing location, fabulous coffee shops and great beach. - location Cockroaches. The couch in lounge needs to be dry cleaned very dirty. The fly screen on entry door needs to be replaced. The fans need to be looked at not working. De cluttering would be good.

• Jessica (9/5): Great stay at a lovely location - View of the ocean, good location, washing machine, comfortable internet went off on last night so couldn’t log out of streaming services . only one set of keys
• Susie (6/5): Beautiful location, but could be better cared for. - Perfect location, amazing view. It was dusty and really needed a good clean. Despite my emails flagging this up w the management no one got back to me.
