• Luke (9/5): Amazing value and comfortable stay. - Great room with sofa and balcony. Amazing price and good location can’t fault. Beds were really comfy and bathroom was nice. Keycode entry was good as couldn’t lose a key. Bathroom has opaque window in door and wall leading into room so not ideal when sharing with a friend as can see each other’s silhouettes when showering.

Если вы плохо переносите жару, то будет тяжело Полотенца не меняют, жила 1,5 недели, за день до отъезда поменяли. Оставила там вещи, владелица сказала, что нет ничего. Хотя эти вещи из номера не выносились

• Jasmeen (7/5): Decent room in a slightly quieter part of Patong. - The room was clean and had a balcony and a sofa. It was a standard decent room. Good enough to sleep and rest. No lift which was hard as I had lots of luggage. Staff did not clean the room fully or change my sheets despite requesting.

• Makaela (9/5): Amazing find in Phuket - When you first arrive the outside does not look like much but once you get into the room it really is off hotel standard. There is so much space we even had a little couch area in the room. We were provided with water, tea/coffee, hair dryer and even an iron which we have not seen anywhere else. Shower was also really powerful and provided all toiletries. We loved our stay! Nothing we really enjoyed our stay
• Keturah (1/5): Worst place I’ve stayed in Thailand. - The location was pretty good. Room was bright and decent view from the window as long as you didn’t look down. Absolutely awful. Didn’t sleep a single wink & had to leave the next day after booking for 7 nights. When I got there the room looked decent. I sat on the bed and there was a massive dip in one side and I could feel the springs, the sheets were also stained. We turned on the air con and it started dripping with water. A towel was placed underneath it so the staff were definitely aware of this issue yet still renting it out. I told the staff that I could not stay there if it wasn’t fixed as I am a light sleeper and this is clearly a health and safety issue. They fobbed me off and told me that it would stop within an hour as it’s just ‘ice’ melting :L. Of course it continued and then they said that they would send an engineer out that evening. The engineer came and faffed about for an hour whilst we had to sit on the balcony. Came back in, switched on the air con and there was now two leaks. Saw a cockroach running across the wall & then a geko. The walls were super thin so could hear other guests coming in and out. Honestly the worst ‘hotel’ I’ve ever stayed in. Then the responses from the staff when I requested a refund was just a joke. I wasn’t surprised though because when I asked for more toilet roll from the staff earlier that day, the woman was hesitant to give it to me and came into my room too check how much I had left.
• Biak (7/5): Good - We booked for 1 night to stay at daytime due to our flight to bkk at nighttime. I can’t say much about the hotel as we stayed there for a while to keep our luggage. But if was worth it and the couple staffs are nice and friendly. The hotel doesn’t have elevator and luckily it was only four floors and not so difficult to go up to your room. And please note to only follow google maps for their address as the address here is wrong.

Nothing. Great location, 10min walk to the beach, next to a 7/11 and other resturants and shops. The hotel room is all you need for a few days in Phuket

The hotel also offers ped rental which was very handy and very recommended. (Jessys). The air con constantly leaked in our room and caused the floor to be sticky. Ideally it needs fixing…
• Melanie (1/5): STRONG ADVISE AGAINST STAYING HERE! - I had the worst experience at this hotel! The room smelled like something died in there. On top of that, the noise was horrendous! My boyfriend and I couldn't sleep a wink all night; it felt like we were in the middle of a construction site. To add to our misery, the air conditioning didn't work at all. It was a complete nightmare and definitely not worth the money. Not only was our initial experience terrible, but it was so bad that despite planning to stay for five nights, we checked out after just one! Shockingly, the hotel staff didn't even bother to offer us a different room for the remaining days. To make matters worse, they refused to refund us for the other four nights we had already paid for. It's unbelievable how they can disregard their guests' comfort and pocket their money without providing even a basic level of service. I texted them several times with no response. They just don’t care. Without a doubt, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you want to get some sleep at night.
• Rena (8/5): Very good - Friendly guy at the reception who's only responsible for check ins and check outs. If you have any further questions and concerns he has always call someone for asking. Nice clean comfortable room with a small balcony. I did a reservation for another room for the next day because I got one facing the street which is pretty busy and noisy. The next day I've been told that the room was already booked so I left the property for another hotel.

Good AC, comfortable bed, hot water, nice couch, enough space, balcony, kettle, etc. Internet was really slow and erratic, fridge struggling to cool down drinks.
