- Yue (5/5): 这次住宿是我这次整个澳洲游中最令人沮丧的经历 - 地理位置优越,所入住的单元有露天大阳台。 入住时在便利店给我们大楼及停车场感应器时没有把公寓房门钥匙或密码交给我们,我们在公寓门口发信息给打电话才发来公寓房门密码。进入后发现浴巾毛巾等都比较脏,我们发了邮件及自行清洗了一遍。退房结束行程后,过了六天,管理团队发信息来,说卧室的床头柜旁边的地毯上有液体污迹,需要我们另外转250澳币到一个账户上。我再三强调,我们卧室里不可能饮饮料或水,而且这个应该是他们之前就有的污迹,过了六天后,凌晨发来信息要求转钱,这样非常不合理!我们入住的时候不可能进行全屋检查,那就相当于,只要我们没有发现的问题,都归咎于我们了。而且,最不可思议的是,怎么过了六天后才要求转钱,而且不是通过平台。之后还不断发信息来要求转钱。我向平台反映了两次,平台通知不用理会。

- Dimitrios (10/5): Superb location. Walking distance to DFO, eateries, Crown casino, South bank and trams right outside - Loved the outdoor grass area overlooking the river and Southbank.
- Troy (9/5): very nice - only had one key fob, as two would have been handy, as I had to go up and down the elevator to let my wife and daughter into the property, and the elevator all the time

Only 1 key so had to keep buzzing in.
- Ben (8/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - The location is excellent and the place is easy to access with very comfortable beds. The unit has free parking which is very handy. The kitchen was minimally provided with utensils. The aircon was set on an uncomfortably low temperature for winter and could not be change.

- Michael (8/5): Nice apartment, excellent location - Location is excellent and views are great. Apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. Aircon worked ok once we figured out how to get it going. Kitchen has all the essential implements. Check in and check out process is a pain but not much you can do about that. We reported a maintenance issue but no one ever contacted us about it, even though we were there 4 more days. Shower is awful and bathroom basin also poor. Needs a better shower head at least. As a side comment, I received an email from the management company begging for a 10-star review. I should have (but didn't) deducted a point for that alone.

When I returned them the shop was closed for fifteen minutes. This was half past nine.in morning. I rang a number and got an answer machine!
The cold water tap handle kept falling off. It was not secure. Obviously fallen off a few times cause sink was marked.
Instructions for air con would have been useful.

It’s a shame the spa wasn’t working but we utilised everything else. We loved everything but just a few suggestions:
- It’s a self contained apartment, supply a whole bottle of dish liquid in the kitchen not sachets.
- Supply pool towels so we don’t have to use the bath towels and rewash them before showering.
- Don’t charge so much for a later checkout
- Drawers of some sort in the wardrobes would be beneficial for socks & jocks etc
- Change the kitchen sink plug as it doesn’t hold water in the sink.
