• Wendy (3/5): Overall very disappointing and not worth the money. - If you were wanting an overnight for 2 to go to a game at the Gabba it might be ok if you were not looking for comfort. Everything about this property is difficult. The process for confirming the property is ridiculous. Having to upload a selfie and picture ID is not required elsewhere and the staff from Made Comfy were rude and unhelpful. Do not pay before you check the confirmation conditions - they won’t reimburse you. Made Comfy blamed Bookings.com for the lack of links to their email instructions. Who ever was at fault the information for accessing the property was poor requiring several phone calls making it stressful to get in to. There were no instructions at the property for anything. The outlook on the balcony is awful - a large electrical bundle and pole. The balcony was filthy - my feet were black just from walking out there. The lounge was the most uncomfortable lounge I have ever experienced. Towels were rough and needed replacing. Flooring of the property was in need of replacement. The whole property was very small and pokey. The second bedroom was a little dark box without windows or a cupboard. It was not really a bedroom. Overall decor was obviously someone’s seconds from their house.

Poor information given on how to enter the property, slow to fix issue of key fob not working. Dishwasher not working. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. No windows to the outside in bedrooms,

• Cheryl (8/5): - only minimal towels we stayed for 3 nights only 1 towel per person could of had an extra towel just in case of anything, 1x queen bed and 1x singe bed, the unit is looking a bit tired.
• Rodney (9/5): A very comfortable 4 night stay at a lovely apartment that was very conveniently located to motorway, public transport a - Easy to access motorway from the property. Undercover secure parking. Apartment was very comfortable with well equipped kitchen & spacious balcony. Close by were some lovely cafes, patisserie, German Club as well as The Gabba. It was all good.
• Jenni (8/5): Great spot,clean and comfortable - Convenient location well equipped outdoor space car park was an added bonus Bathroom lighting terrible for doing makeup (first works problem ;)
• Breeanna (9/5): Good location, easy, comfortable - Very easy to get to and good property which was clean and the double glaze glass works so great! Couch was a little uncomfortable as pillows kept sliding off. Was there for surgery and couldn’t utilise the couch because of this. Apart from this everything was great

• Tracey (8/5): Very good - The proximity to areas we attended. The number of times I had to submit ID. It was a very stressful experience, and one I have never experienced previously. Surely it is not necessary to submit three selfies and a driver's licence in order to stay at the venue. In addition to this, being informed that we will lose our accommodation and money if the ID doesn't go through. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary .

• Prue (7/5): Needs another air con - The complimentary soft drink cans and generous coffee capsules were much appreciated! The one air conditioner did not cool the whole apartment. Floors left our feet black with dirt. Could have been from the balcony but floors really need a good clean!
