• Patricia (4/5): - location good Our 2 showers leaked to the floor below. Shower doors were broken. Not enough towels to keep the water from leaking. Also shower upstairs was leaking on the wall & bed in the king room. That took more towels. They were suppose to come the second day to fix, but never came. Also the people upstairs were very noisy most nights very late. The two shower doors need to be completely replaced.
• Holly (9/5): Would book again! - Beautiful place, great spacious bedrooms, liked how the toilet was separate to the shower! Lovely lounge/dining area. The person I spoke to at check in saved our on the day cancellation for 10 people and was so helpful!!! The building is really secure and multiple codes/doors to get inside which was good. The area for us was a little far out.

• Dianne (10/5): Great apartment for a family when touring Paris. - Property was well thought out to provide maximum bedrooms in a small space. Living room/kitchen area was small but very functional. Staff was excellent in communication and providing exactly what we needed. I did not have a complaint.

• Hallie (10/5): Wonderful apartment for a family or group in the center of Paris. - Bedrooms were all very comfortable. The soaking tub in one room was great. The kids loved having a tv in one room. The apartment was a pretty as the photos. The Merveil staff are very responsive. The apartment is in a convenient location right next to the République metro station. The square tends to be crowded and noisy. However the apartment windows are double paned and keep the apartment very quiet.

• Stavroula (5/5): This apartment definitely isn't value for money. - The location was very comfortable. The house is appropriate for young people. They send two men in our house to fix the drainage in the bathtub without any previous notification, although we have exchanged some messages 3 hours ago. So when we return home we found two men inside the house. The noise at night from the people living upstairs is unbearable. Lastly, we had some issues with the communication with the company running the apartment and at the end they just stop replying.
