Mais le vrai point fort de cet endroit, c’est sans hésitation le personnel. Le propriétaire est extrêmement accueillant et bienveillant, et ils ont surtout le meilleur gérant qu’on puisse espérer : LAHCEN. D’une gentillesse rare, toujours serviable, attentionné, disponible et profondément humain. Après le périple compliqué que nous avons vécu avant d’arriver, il a été exceptionnel avec nous et a tout fait pour nous aider et nous mettre à l’aise. Un immense merci pour toutes ces attentions et pour avoir été aux petits soins du début à la fin. L’emplacement est top, sur la rue et le taxi peut nous déposer devant la porte , très rare pour un Riad ai centre ville Une adresse où l’on se sent réellement accueillis. • Malcolm (7/5): A small select tasteful bijou Riad strategically situated in magnificent mad Marrakech. - An attractive property in the heart of the Medina inside the old walls of Marrakech yet quiet, relaxing and secluded. Extremely well presented with tasteful decor and very helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to assist and help. The beds were incredibly comfortable with crisp clean bedding and the maids were smiling and very sweet. I would happily recommend this place for a short stay in Marrakech. This is a very bijou Riad..... with a small central area. Perhaps our expectations were too great but we thought the central area would be larger as other Riads are. The bedrooms are also very bijou, so whilst great for a short stay, if you are staying a week and have large cases (as you are travelling onwards), then the rooms were not really adequate. We were moved to a slightly larger room but 4 clothes hangers does not work for me I'm afraid. Having said that, the Riad has just been lovingly renovated and is very stylish, cool and extremely tastefully decorated and well finished so 10 out of 10 for that. Absolutely spotlessly clean is also very nice. The roof terrace area is very pleasant with generous sofa type seating to relax and a good size breakfast area and gives a enviable rooftop view of old town Marrakech. Breakfast was good - basically traditional but it would have been nice to have been offered a choice, (rather than it just being presented), which results sometimes in food just not being eaten. Personally I just like fruit for breakfast and usually this is freely available wherever we stay. Again if you are staying a couple of days then this is probably fine but after a week the same (or very similar breakfasts) became a trifle repetitive. We are international travelers of many years and been to over 80 countries. This is the first hotel we have stayed where the small bottles of water were not replaced each day so we had to ask for them...... we did not realise that this would then be added on to our bill at the end of our stay!
• Sabrina (9/5): This is definitely where I will stay on future trips to Marrakech! - This was a perfect place to stay in Marrakech if you want to be near the Medina! It was within walking distance of several landmarks. My room was very comfortable, the furnishings and layout of the Rihad were very attractive and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant served excellent food with a nice view. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful and made my stay excellent through directions, suggestions on where to eat, visit, and excursions, and even helped me with getting my treasures from the Medina safely packed for travel. Can't think of a thing.

• Bruno (10/5): A-M-A-Z-I-N-G 🙌🏽 - A place I would definitely go back to. I met Lahcen, who works at the riad. he was incredibly polite and attentive. On the first day, I was warmly welcomed by him; he explained everything about the main tourist attractions and even gave me a map, always checking if I needed anything. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave and not staying longer there 🤣

• Frederique (9/5): Excellent - Voici la version précédente avec la modification souhaitée : ⸻ L’emplacement du riad, idéalement situé à l’entrée de la Kasbah, permet de profiter pleinement de Marrakech et de sa Médina. Son accès direct sur rue est un véritable atout, contrairement à de nombreux riads parfois difficiles à trouver. Le lieu est très beau, décoré avec goût et mettant en valeur des matériaux nobles. La terrasse est magnifique. Les petits déjeuners et les repas, faits maison, sont préparés avec passion par une cuisinière qui transmet tout son amour de la cuisine dans chaque plat. Enfin, le séjour est sublimé par la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel, toujours attentionné. Mention spéciale à Lahcen, adorable et toujours à l’écoute de la moindre demande, qui a largement contribué à la qualité de ce séjour. ⸻ Piste d’amélioration, faire un panneau pour demander aux clients qui rentrent tard ou se lèvent tôt, d’être plus discrets sur la coursive du Riad.

The room was incredibly comfortable and every person working there was serviceable and really accommodating to our needs, taking care of absolutely every detail. We especially appreciated our hosts’ kindness and attentiveness. They gave us information about what to do in the city and really went out of their way to get us to do the best activities around, even driving us to different locations and back. We can’t thank them enough for taking care of us and for their hospitality. We definitely recommend this riyad and will make sure to come back if we ever find ourselves back in Morocco! Nothing! No complaints
• Andreas (6/5): - We returned for a second stay as we genuinely liked the room for the price. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this riad. Upon arrival with a confirmed booking, the check-in process was deliberately delayed. The owner became visibly aggressive towards us in front of other guests and staff. His wife later joined in trying to confront my girlfriend as well. Rather than processing our check-in, the owner was more focused on confronting us about our previous review and pressuring us into making a statement about it and to explain ourselves. The hostility towards us was unmistakable and clearly driven by our review (a 7.0 score) and the mild comment we made towards the owner itself. (odd & awkward) It became clear that honest guest feedback is not welcome here and even mild critic is rather returned with deflection and retaliation as other more negative reviews are already showcasing. The rooms remain nice and the rooftop is great. But a good room does not outweigh an owner who retaliates against guests for leaving honest feedback upon return. We unfortunately can not recommend this riad.

• Katrin (8/5): Wonderful stay! - The Riad is really really beautiful. A lot of love was put in and that you can feel. Beautiful Moroccan style. Lovely ownership takes good care of you. Really recommend to go there! The room I stayed in was a tiny bit small. Hard to manage your luggage. But doable.
• Andreas (7/5): We wouldn’t return - Rooms were nice and had a modern touch. The rooftop was also quite nice and cozy. Breakfast was very meagre. We got each one microwaved flat bread. One cooked egg. One cocktail tomato and two slices of cucumber. In addition you also get some nut butter for the microwaved flat bread and some chopped apple. The biggest issue for us was the overall vibe we got. Especially from the owner(odd and awkward)

Al llegar ,se paga todo en el hotel, y te cobran un 3% adicional por pagarlo con tarjeta. Pero al pagar, encima lo haces en moneda local por lo que dependes del cambio que te hagan en el riad . A mí entre lo de pagar con tarjeta y ese cambio al final pague 14 euros más, por un alojamiento de tres días. Si repites cafe o zumo en el desayuno te lo cobran.

The food was great. The room was very comfortable, hot shower, with bathroom amenities. Design of the room was great. Appointments were made on my behalf. Enjoyed the rooftop tremendously. Be aware that the authentic structure is very noisy when used, e.g. the doors. You can easily hear activities on site but not from outside of the riad. Everyone was quiet by 11. Great night sleep.

El Riad es nuevo y muy agradable. Todo muy cuidado. El personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Se encargaron de buscarnos un coche de alquiler. El desayuno se toma arriba en la terraza, con buenas vistas a la ciudad. Riad muy recomendable.
• jade (10/5): Séjour absolument parfait : riad magnifique, accueil exceptionnel et service irréprochable du début à la fin. - Incroyable séjour au-delà de toutes nos attentes. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent immédiatement les bienvenus, avec un accueil d’une gentillesse rare. Tout est fait avec sincérité et attention, ça se ressent dans chaque détail. Le riad est absolument magnifique. Tout est parfaitement propre, soigné, décoré avec énormément de goût, on s’y sent hyper bien. Les chambres sont super confortables, très belles, et rien n’est laissé au hasard. On dort extrêmement bien, c’est vraiment reposant. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel, toujours souriant, attentionné, disponible… un vrai plaisir. C’est clairement ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, copieux, avec des produits frais. C’est une adresse exceptionnelle que je recommande à 1000 %. On repart déjà avec l’envie de revenir très vite.
• Azélie (4/5): Ce riad peut convenir si vous cherchez simplement un endroit où dormir et passer la majorité de votre temps à l’extérieu - Points positifs : Les chambres sont joliment décorées et l’emplacement est globalement pratique pour visiter la ville. Le dîner proposé au riad est correct. En revanche, nous recommandons vivement le restaurant Dar Naji (à 150 m), qui offre une bien meilleure qualité, des prix plus abordables et une ambiance très agréable. Nous déconseillons fortement la chambre du rez-de-chaussée : elle est très petite et extrêmement bruyante, car située juste à côté de la réception. Les chambres à l’étage restent également assez bruyantes. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos présentées sur Booking, ce qui est décevant. La “piscine” annoncée est en réalité une fontaine : il est impossible de s’y baigner. L’eau n’est pas chauffée et ne paraît pas propre. Le paiement du séjour est exigé immédiatement à l’arrivée, avec un supplément de 3 % pour les paiements par carte qui est non notifié. Enfin, l’emplacement indiqué sur Booking ne correspond pas exactement à la réalité, ce qui est dommage car c’était un critère important pour nous. Nous déconseillons la chambre au Rdc qui est collé à la réception et ne soyez pas des couche tôt (bruit).
• Marek (10/5): - Great Riad in Marrakech with an excellent location – very close to the main attractions, very near a main road, which makes walking with luggage much easier. The Riad itself is beautiful and atmospheric. The rooms are small but stylish and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of extra hangers or storage space. The staff and owner are very kind and helpful – we were welcomed with mint tea and cookies. The breakfasts were tasty, and a big plus for preparing an early breakfast on our departure day. Highly recommended! Not enough storage space

Die Kombination aus traditionellem, orientalischem Stil und modernen Elementen ist wunderschön umgesetzt und schafft eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Alles ist makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Lage ist hervorragend – eine der besten in der Umgebung. Besonders angenehm ist, dass das Riad nicht in den engen, verwinkelten Gassen der Medina liegt und dadurch sehr leicht zu erreichen ist. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight: ein traumhafter Blick auf die Moschee, kombiniert mit sehr leckerem Essen, machen den Aufenthalt dort unvergesslich. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Besitzer ist ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher Mensch, der sich mit großer Hingabe um seine Gäste kümmert – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und fast wie zu Hause. 😊

• Carine (9/5): - Très bon emplacement, proche des taxis. Un Riad neuf, très agréable et joli. Une chambre (rdc proche réception) trop petite pour 2 personnes. De petites choses à caler (le Riad vient d’ouvrir !) : salle de bain dans laquelle nous ne pouvons strictement rien poser ; un peignoir à disposition mais pas de serviettes de bain (pour s’essuyer cheveux, pieds, …) ; une serrure d’entrée du Riad peu fonctionnelle et un système d’interphone bruyant ; le lit n’a pas été refait et tapis de bain non changé, sur notre séjour (2 nuits)
• Leonarda (10/5): Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Wir waren eine Gruppe von vier Personen und hatten aufgrund von starkem Schneefall in Deutschland erhebliche Probleme und Verspätung bei der Anreise. Umso dankbarer waren wir für den herzlichen Empfang und die große Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich unterstützend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Riad selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Atmosphäre ist authentisch und herzlich. Danke für alles !

• Benedetta Soledad (10/5): - The Riad is really nice and well located. Rooms include all comforts. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. It felt like home, definitely recommended.
• Paolo (8/5): - Struttura appena ristrutturata, molto pulita e con una bellissima terrazza in cui fare colazione. Posizione perfetta per spostarsi a piedi per Marrakech.
• CARMEN (9/5): Fantástico - Todo. El personal es muy amable. El riad es muy bonito. El desayuno está increíble. Es la razón por la que no le hemos dado el 10: la habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña y pegada a la recepcion..
• Julinda (10/5): Warmth, elegant style, and a perfect location. A place we would happily return to. - A friend and I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we absolutely loved our stay in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the owner and his wife made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly kind and always ready to share helpful tips about the city — their recommendations made a real difference to our experience. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the old city, which made exploring so easy, while still enjoying a peaceful place to go back and relax. The hotel itself is beautiful. The elegant Moroccan design reflects the refined taste of the owner, who is an architect. Every detail - from the choice of the tiles and cushion fabrics to the perfume you sense when entering the hotel - feels carefully chosen, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. We also very much loved having dinner or tea on the terrace with a lovely view. We ate there two nights and enjoyed delicious local dishes prepared by the chef — each meal was special. A truly memorable stay, and a place we would/will happily return to.

• Bouke (10/5): - Very friendly staff and beautiful new Riad. Comfortable beds and also breakfast was amazing with Chef Jawad serving us amazing.
• Annika (9/5): - Lovely breakfast with attention to detail, such as excellent coffee and fruit salad. Really kind staff who made everything to give me a nice stay. Lovely terrass. Beautiful design and comfortable bed. Extra plus that slippers and bath robe was in the room. Overall a beautiful little riad in good condition, good location and fabulous staff and owners. I was unfortunate to have the room just by the reception. There was quite a bit of noise from other guests ringing the door bell very late and also speaking loudly and the neighbor riad also hd a lot of construction work, but fortunately the owner took action to stop it late in the evening. I hope to come back myself or with my family and hope to have a better room next time so i have improved sleep. But I liked the riad so much and wish to come back.

• Zsuzsa (10/5): - A riád teljesen új, minden részlete gondosan megtervezett és egyedi kialakítású. Közel a legfőbb látvanyosságokhoz. A személyzet extrém figyelmes, segitőkész és udvarias. A tisztaság és reggeli kifogástalan.
• Michael (10/5): Wunderschönes Riad - absolute Empfehlung - Wunderschönes neues Riad in der Medina von Marrakech mit toller Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf eine bekannte Moschee. Das Riad und besonders das Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und helfen in allen Fragestellungen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und einfach nur perfekt. So beginnt ein toller Tag in Marrakech. Wir hatten in ein größeres Zimmer gewechselt, das war wunderbar unkompliziert und dann sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Nichts zu beanstanden.
