• Laura-Maria (10/5): Amazing staff! - Frederica was amazing! She was so understanding and caring, thank you so much for your hospitality and your kindness. We loved the room, very modern with huge ceilings and a modern touch with A/C. The breakfast was also really nice and delicious!
• nath (9/5): Bienveillance - L' accueil de Frederica qui est très souriante et avenante ainsi que le personnel surtout celle qui est dans la salle du petit déjeuner qui vous prépare des jus maison et des smoothies 🤩🤩. La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre nous étions a côté de la réception avec un petite terrasse personnelle et 2 endroits Pour vous détendre si vous le souhaitez il y a même un sauna et hammam en plus. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce b&b. Je recommande a 10 min de la place de la liberté pour prendre le tramway pour la Gare ensuite. Il y a un jardin a côté Aussi tres agréable pour flâner 30 min a pied du centre historique

• Juliana (10/5): A place where you can truly relax - Federica, the administrator, is an incredibly kind, helpful, and caring person. She truly went above and beyond for us during our stay and honestly felt like she was saving our lives at some moments. We are forever grateful for her support, kindness, and humanity. What I really loved about this place is that you stay very close to Florence downtown and all the main attractions, yet at the same time you are in a quiet, cozy residential area that once used to be home to wealthy Florentine families. The views are beautiful, there are no city noises, and the atmosphere feels peaceful and private. After the crowds and busy streets of Florence, coming back here felt like a little heaven — a place where you can truly relax, hide away, and recharge. The place is only about 25 minutes walking distance from the old town and not far from the central station, which is very convenient. Walking to downtown is easy and pleasant without luggage. However, an important thing to know before booking: the property is located on a hill, and there are literally no proper sidewalks in the area. Because of that, travelling with heavy suitcases, a baby stroller, or a wheelchair can be very difficult. With luggage, I would strongly recommend using a taxi instead of walking. One thing I personally did not like was the smell in the area/apartment, but as we were told, this is part of the typical “Florence charm” and has nothing to do with the hosts or cleanliness of the place itself.

You can easily walk to the city center, and a public parking is available at the end of the road. A special thank you to Federica, we really apreciated her kindness and welcoming way. Wybraliśmy go ze względu na ciszę, spokój i niewielką odległość od centralnej części miasta, 30 minut spacerem do dworca, czy do katedry. Śniadania są przepyszne, a soki świeżo wyciskane stanowią ich najmocniejszy punkt. Śniadania można by było uzupełnić o warzywa (pomidor, ogórek)

The private bookable sauna and steam shower was a big added bonus . We Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting florence and wants some calm to relax in.

• Achim (10/5): Alles perfekt, alles super🙂 - Also, die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und sehr freundlich und der Checkin war unkompliziert. Auch wenn niemand vor Ort war, ging der Checkin sehr gut von statten. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm sauber und mit Liebe gestaltet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Es war mit geschlossenen Fenstern auch dementsprechend ruhig in der Nacht. Alles ist mit Liebe im Detail gemacht und vor allem ist es ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Florenz. Das Frühstück ist eher klein und bescheiden aber trotzdem ist alles da was man braucht und auch hiermit Liebe gestaltet und auch der frisch gepresste Saft, und Eier hat man uns auch zubereitet. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen, und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Nun, die Parksituation vor Ort ist nicht so ganz einfach. Wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man vor dem Haus ein Parkplatz, dass man mindestens die Koffer ausladen kann. Ich weiß nicht, was der Parkplatz im Hotel kostet. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich hier 40 € gelesen habe, was natürlich sehr hoch wäre. Es gibt nur wenige blaue Flächen, an denen man parken kann, die meistens aber abends hin ausgebucht sind. Ansonsten sind wir mit dem Auto zum Dom in Florenz gefahren und haben dort in einer Garage geparkt. Ist nicht ganz billig, ist aber sicher sicherer und preisgünstiger. Wie die öffentliche Anbindung ist an das Hotel kann ich leider nicht wiedergeben. Aber für die Parksituation kann sicher die Gastgeberin nichts, denn wir sind eben in Florenz und wie in jeder Großstadt gibt es eben wenig Parkplätze. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.❤️

• Nina (10/5): Traumhaft renovierte Villa oberhalb Florenz - Sehr schön gestaltete neue Zimmer in traumhafter alter Villa Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön, das Frühstück an sich sehr schön angerichtet und lecker Ein kleiner Garten läd zum Verweilen ein Die Eigentümerin Francesco ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person Der Weg in die Stadt ist zu Fuß in ca 25/30 min machbar und wunderschön durch den Park ( hier gibt es auch ein Hundefreilauf-Areal) Die Straße die an der Unterkunft vorbeiführt ist eine kleine Rennstrecke, der Bürgersteig sehr schmal. Aber man muss nur ein kurzes Stück an dieser Straße laufen, dann kommt man zu dem Park Richtung Innenstadt

La cortesia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff sono state davvero impeccabili: ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta immediatamente, sempre con il sorriso e grande professionalità. Un grazie particolare a Federica per la sua straordinaria cortesia e attenzione verso gli ospiti. La struttura è nuovissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, con camere spaziose, moderne e pulitissime. Anche il bagno, altrettanto nuovo, era perfettamente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stata l’accoglienza riservata al nostro barboncino: tutto lo staff si è dimostrato felice di ospitarlo e in camera erano presenti anche delle ciotole a nostra disposizione, un’attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. Ci terremo a ringraziare, inoltre, la ragazza della colazione per la sua straordinaria gentilezza, disponibilità e la sua capacità di creare un’atmosfera piacevole, riuscendo a socializzare con noi ospiti in modo naturale e cordiale. Soggiorno perfetto, torneremo sicuramente!

Śniadania smaczne , dość skromne i typowo włoskie raczej słodkie , brak warzyw jednak świeżo wyciskane soki, koktajle oraz pyszna kawa wynagradza wszystko . W pobliżu obiektu znajduje się piękny punkt widokowy na miasto. Cały obiekt nowy oraz elegancki. Do małej poprawy jedynie kwestia świeżych warzyw przy śniadaniu.

• Herbert (10/5): Die Tage in Florenz wurde durch dieses Hotel zu einem unvergesslichen Kurzurlaub - Wir wurden von Frau Frederica herzlichst empfangen. Da kein Lift im Haus, hat sie unser Reisegepäck auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer wunderschön mit großem gemütlichen Bett, Kasten und Ablage perfekt, Kühlschrank zum Kaltstellen 👏👏👏und das Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne ein Ort zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Säften für alle Geschmacksrichtungen, der wunderbare Caffe und die Süßigkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Kurz und bündig-das Ambiente von diesem kleinen charmanten Hotel verzaubert die Besucher. Wir haben uns als Hundebesitzer sehr wohlgefühlt, da das Hotel auf Vierbeiner bestens vorbereitet ist.😀😀😀😀

Lugar muy tranquilo y con un excelente jardin.. Se podría colocar algun estante en la ducha para poner el jabón durante la ducha. El tamaño de la habitación no permitía que hubiese alguna silla, además del "sillón".

• Karlijn (10/5): Fantastisch - Heel erg fijn verblijf, hotel is vrij nieuw, alles mooi gerenoveerd, kamer zeer ruim en fijn ingericht. Ik ben altijd fan van een waterkoker en theezakjes op de kamer. Dat is echt een plus! Hartelijk welkom door gastvrouw Federica, fijne en duidelijke uitleg met filmpjes voor late check-in via de app. Ontbijt wordt met liefde verzorgd door Ertilla, zij zorgt voor zeer persoonlijke service. Er is vers geperst sap en enkele vegan opties zoals sojamelk. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de tram (P.za della Libertà) en verschillende buslijnen, zodat je makkelijk in het centrum kan komen. Het centrum is ook aan te lopen (ca 3 km). In de directe omgeving zijn op loopafstand verschillende goede restaurants en bars. Verbeterpunten zijn vooral kleine details, er was op ons verblijf eigenlijk niks aan te merken. Extra haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen in de badkamer . We hadden het idee dat ondanks dat we de verwarming uit hadden staan de radiator toch warmte bleef afgeven. Iets meer aandacht voor duurzaamheid zou geen kwaad kunnen (denk aan handdoeken kunnen hergebruiken en afval scheiden), maarja, dat is makkelijk gezegd voor iemand die met het vliegtuig naar Florence is gegaan ;-).

• Brackmann (9/5): - Der Aufenthalt in Florenz war sehr angenehm und schon vor Reiseantritt, fühlte man sich willkommen. Alles Wichtige zum Check-In wurde völlig unkompliziert zuvor mitgeteilt, sodass man am besagten Tag zügig und auch ganz selbstständig einchecken konnte. Das Frühstück am Morgen hat sich jeden Tag aufs Neue gelohnt und bestach mit einigen Leckereien - süß wie salzig - und leckeren frisch zubereiteten Säften/Smoothies. Das Zimmer war von der Größe definitiv ausreichend, sauber und gepflegt. Der Service war sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück immer höchst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der spontane Saunabesuch, der v.a. bei nicht ganz so gutem Wetter eine schöne Alternativbeschäftigung darstellt. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ziemlich gut gefallen, daher auch die gute Bewertung Somit beläuft sich unsere Kritik auf Kleinigkeiten, wie ein Insektenschutz für das Fenster oder ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten bzw. Haken im Bad für Handtücher oder private Sachen. Des Weiteren stelle ich die Konstruktion/Aufteilung des Badezimmers ein wenig in Frage, da bsw. während der Dusche das Wasser aufgrund fehlender Abschirmung in der Hälfte des Raumes verteilt wird und der Abstand auf dem Klo zur Wand ziemlich gering ist, weshalb man nicht allzu angenehm dort Zeit verbringt. Doch das ist Alles Meckern auf hohem Niveau und Ansichtssache!

• Natalia (10/5): A very cozy and good surprise in Firenze - I loved my staying there - everything was super new, my room was excellent (bonus for the bathtub) and I couldn't forget to mention the staff, they were great - all the communication with Federica and her willingness to help with any issue made me feeling at home. Its not super close to the city center - I chose this way - in a super chill area. And there's a train close to the hotel (10 min walking) that can take you everywhere. N/A

• Adrien (10/5): - Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par le personnel de l'hôtel. Federica était toujours agréable, disponible et souriante. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité dans une belle salle indépendante donnant sur le jardin. Le vrai plus était le spa qui nous a permis de nous relaxer au milieu de toutes ces visites. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, très bon rapport qualité prix ! La rue est assez passante.
