Pascal (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und der eigene Freiluft Onsen im Hintergarten ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr sättigend. Auch das Personal war hilfsbereit und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein. Die Nachtwanderung war sehr schön und kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Der Shuttleservice war gratis. Leider ist die Kommunikation über die Booking App sehr schlecht. Auch wenn an der Rezeption gesagt wurde das wir schreiben sollen wenn sich die Shuttlezeit ändern soll wurde stundenlang darauf nicht reagiert und wir fuhren mit dem Taxi vom Tagesausflug zurück. Auch beim Checkout war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und dieser dadurch chaotisch so das wir über 10 min später losfuhren und Anschlussbus knapp erreichten.

Minsol (10/5): 친절한 직원 분들이 계시고 즐거운 투어를 경험할 수 있어요! - 직원분들이 모두 친절하시고, 한국어가 가능한 직원분도 계셔서 소통이 수월해 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소에서 제공하는 무료 투어 프로그램도 있는데, 시간대가 다양하고 1박당 한 번씩 신청할 수 있어요. 꼭 한 번 경험해보시길 추천드립니다! 특히 11:30 투어 때 함께해주신 직원분께서 한국어를 정말 잘하시고, 궁금한 점을 이것저것 여쭤봤는데도 끝까지 친절하게 답해주셔서 감사했습니다. 조식과 석식도 기대 이상으로 맛있었어요. 2일 동안 숙박했는데 메뉴가 조금씩 달라서 더욱 좋았습니다. 숙소 내부 시설에 대한 정보가 조금 더 자세히 안내되면 좋을 것 같아요. 겨울이라 씻고 나오면 꽤 춥게 느껴졌어요. 다만 객실 내부는 따뜻하게 유지되어 있었습니다. 제가 묵은 객실은 2번 노아 방이었는데, 2층이라 계단이 생각보다 가파른 편이었어요. 젊은 분들은 크게 불편하지 않겠지만, 어르신과 함께하는 여행이라면 1층 객실을 예약하시는 걸 추천드립니다.

Staff were so professional, polite and welcoming. We booked our stay specifically for the private onsen and our stay also included half board. Both meals (breakfast and dinner) were amazing and delicious, we thought the menu seemed quite well-planned. Shuttle service was punctual, often early and the staff picking us up were always helpful and polite. Room was very comfortable. Nothing at all.

Serge (8/5): Un bon séjour, sans plus. - Ryokan traditionnel , belle chambre, belle vue. Onsen privatif magnifique. Personnel très attentif et serviable mais manquant parfois de professionnalisme ( voir ci-dessous). Mauvaise aération des salons à manger qui laisse des odeurs sur les vêtements. Un sukiyaki raté à cause d’un feu trop vif et d’explications expéditives. Nous aurions aimé que le personnel porte des habits traditionnels. Manque la magie du Ryokan.

sunyoung (10/5): 친구들도 모두가 만족했던 료칸 - 이번에 리뉴얼 오픈한 숙소라고 해서 조금 고민했지만 친구들과 협의한 끝에 예약 후 방문했습니다. 방도 넓고 쾌적했고, 무엇보다 방안에 온천이 있어서 그 부분이 이 곳으로 결정하게 되었던 가장 큰 이유였는데, 결론은 정말 잘한 선택이었고 친구들도 모두 만족했고요. 조식도 레스토랑의 개별공간같은 데서 먹었는데 예쁘고 양도 많은데 정말 맛있었어요. 그래서 배불렀는데도 열심히 다 먹었습니다. 그리고 요즘 단풍 때문에 료칸이 너무 예뻐서 여기저기서 사진 많이 찍었는데, 직원분들이 보시더니 저희가 사진찍는거를 도와주시기도 했고 정말 모든 직원분들이 다 친절하셨어요. 무료셔틀도 있어서 불편한건 없었어요. 저희들 정말 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 개선점까지는 아닌 것 같지만 노천온천인데도 뜨끈해서 저한테는 정말 좋았는데 친구는 뜨겁다고 난리여서 직원분이 알려주신대로 옆에 찬물 살짝 틀었더니 물 온도를 조절할 수 있었어요. 기호에 맞게 조절이 된답니다.

sunghun (10/5): Really good stay - We stayed at Yufumomiji with our family and really enjoyed it. The room had both a tatami area and a Western-style space with two beds. The beds were next to each other, so it was big enough for us to sleep together with the kids. The private onsen in the room was amazing so relaxing and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their warm smiles made us feel really welcome. We’d love to stay here again.
