Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged to the card registered for your booking. This helps secure your reservation.
Card Surcharge: A 3% card surcharge will apply. Please note that this surcharge is nonrefundable if the booking is canceled after confirmation.
Pre-aithorization hold: For security purposes, a pre-authorization hold maybe placed on your card 24 hours before your check in date. This will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Guest and Cardholder Name match: The guest name must match the cardholders name. If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card.

For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process.
