- Natalie (9/5): Amazing few days in Murcia, fantastic apartment with great facilities in the best location so enjoy. - Excellent location, very clean, rooftop terrace and pool fantastic, balcony and jacuzzi bath were amazing. Mixed feelings on the bed, I didn’t mind but my husband struggled with how hard the mattress was. TV didn’t work but didn’t bother us as only used for music which we didn’t need the screen for. Lift was out of order for part of 1 of the days, 8 floors felt like a tough climb! Luckily fixed same day so only had to do it once.

- Catherine (9/5): Keurig appartementje vlak bij centrum - De locatie is prima. Vlak bij het centrum maar net niet het lawaai ervan. Het is een modern en efficiënt ingericht. De bedden waren prima. Douche ook goed. Het piepkleine zwembadje op het dakterras hebben we niet gebruikt maar zag er goed uit. Parkeren in de omgeving is niet gemakkelijk en niet goedkoop, maar uiteindelijk openbare parking Excelsior gevonden op 10 minuten lopen voor €25 per etmaal.

- Irene (8/5): Apartamento muy agradable peeero... - La cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento muy agradable. En sí, la ubicación es perfecta. Asimismo, el apartamento es bastante completo, tiene una cocina pequeña pero que te permite desayunar sin mayor problema. La insonorización es nula, escuchábamos prácticamente todo, viniera del propio edificio o desde la calle, hasta el punto de vernos cohibidos y no hablar por no molestar, dado que suponíamos que desde la habitación de al lado se nos escucharía tal y como nosotros lo escuchábamos. Calidad/precio algo descompensada, aunque entendemos que se hace pensando en que en el apartamento hay capacidad para cuatro personas.

Café et thé disponible pour dépanner, très apprécié. Tarifs négociés pour profiter du parking en centre ville. Petite piscine/terrasse au dernier étage avec belle vue. Un peu de bruit le soir si on veut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes.

The communication was really helpful and no issues locating or accessing the property on arrival (in the dark). A few minutes walk to the central cathedral area and plenty of facilities nearby. El problema de estar céntrico como en toda ciudad es el estacionamiento, hay parking de pago relativamente cerca, aunque es un paseo andando. Realmente son mini pisos, con una barra que hace de cocina, un sofá cama y una cama de matrimonio todo en el mismo espacio. Suficiente si solo se utiliza para dormir

Location is very central and easy to walk to everywhere from. Nice, small pool area. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. Everything was good, no complaints.

- John (7/5): Great location but perhaps better suited to a short, rather than a 10 day stay. - The location of the flat was superb. Close to places of interest bars and restaurants. The flat was generally smaller than we had anticipated. There was a large very comfortable bed but there was very little space around it to gain access. There was also a very good oven/microwave but it would have been very helpful if some directions had been left with it. After some research we were able to locate a user manual online but this was quite time consuming. The rooftop pool area was very attractive but when we went to swim on it the day before we were leaving, it had been emptied. Insufficient coat hangers were provided.
