Highfield (8/5): Comfortable, great location and enjoyable stay - Digital Key was’t added to to app I had to download causing delayed access to room. I had also messaged over the platform earlier in the day that I didn’t have the key and when I should expect it and didn’t receive a response to that until following day.
Uri (8/5): Good - Great location The hand soap in the bathroom squeeze bottle was nearly empty upon arrival. I messaged managers (using their App) and explained the situation, and was told that we were provided with enough soap for our four-night stay, so we needed to buy our own. Not a very hospitable response. No bedside table on one side of bed.
Penelope (10/5): - The location of this apartment was fantastic. A short walk down Lonsdale street into Civic. Lonsdale Street itself is loaded with places to eat. Add the park across the road where markets are held each Sunday and you have a great experience. For studio apartment, it had plenty of room and was a comfortable space to relax in.
Steve (8/5): Need key - Location Digital key was not available when I arrived, had to phone and took 20 minutes before I had my key. No happy as this was at 11pm after a long day of travel.
Steve (8/5): Convenient - Great location. Good size apartment. Convection microwave should have written instructions available. One chair has a stain. The unit faces West so during summer days keep the curtain closed during the day.
Leigh (8/5): Relaxed, secure, enjoyable time. - Everything we needed. Good location. Secure We are an older couple and the digital card was hard for us to figure out.
