• Carly (7/5): Would be 9/10 if we had a warm shower. - Check in was easy, good communication from the host. Property was clean but be mindful it’s an old building with some floor Reno’s needed. Loved the location and the space, it had a cozy apartment feel. It’s amazing staying here because you are steps away from many little streets filled with magical finds, cool bars, cafes and china town. The bathroom and the desk/vanity area were chic and convenient. The big problem was that the water was ice cold, could not enjoy a shower. I legitimately sobbed freezing trying to cleanse after my 22 hour journey to get to Bangkok. While it’s a very cute place, the photos online are deceptive in its chicness. I highly suggest upgrading amenities such as, adding a microwave and providing more coffee and water, at least one per guest per day, we stayed three nights and were provided two instant coffees, while there are many delicious coffee shops in the area, it’s nice to start with one waking up at home.

Bons équipements (bouilloire, frigo, produits douches). Hôte réactif ! Prévoir des boules quies pour dormir car l’appartement est situé juste à côté d’un parking donc bruit de voiture toute la nuit.
• Denis (9/5): - Great location, easy code lock access, nice design. I would probably stay again. As expected, the interior has some signs of wear. If the host wants guests to not wear shoes inside the place, consider providing disposable slippers. I am not willing to wear those used by someone before.

• Natalie (6/5): We definitely don’t recommend, especially for the money they charge. - WiFi was good, water pressure was good, pillows were soft. Stairs going up were leaning forward and narrow. You felt like you were falling backwards and vice Vera going down. Difficult to find and grab couldn’t get close. In a parking lot in ally with a water tank as marker. Floors felt like gaps under boards and edges chipped and sharp. Mattress was hard and lumpy. No black out shades so blinds let in a lot of light. Noisy. City view was parking lot and some buildings. Seemed like we were in the warehouse district. No hot water, barely tepid. Old and dated. Definitely needs a facelift and new entryway stairs. Better signage of building. You couldn’t even read the sign unless you were 12 inches away. This was definitely the worst place we’ve stayed in and not cheap. Freezer in fridge was frozen solid with something inside. It took 20 minutes with hair dryer to defrost enough to to get whatever it was out and chunks of ice so we could get a small bag of ice inside.

It was all amazing!

• Benhodgson (9/5): Cool spot in Bangkok Chinatown - Great apartment in a cool spot in Bangkok. Soi Nana is on the adjacent street (hit up Wallflowers for the interior, and Asia Today for the honey cocktails), main Chinatown area is a short walk away, and MRT is nearby. Huge space for the price, and cool style. Hosts were responsive to messages in advance (asked to leave luggage as I was expecting an early arrival, and they were happy to accommodate). Bed is comfortable, bathroom is good. No real issues. Only small thing is there's not a safe in the room - I always like to keep my passport and spare travel money in one - but there's definitely space for one on the big shelving unit, so this would be an easy improvement. The main front door wasn't locked shut on a couple of occasions so would be good to have this extra security.
• Michele (9/5): Superb - We liked the location and facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and with a good shower. Strong wifi signal. The room was spacious. It is easy to get around China Town and other parts of Bangkok from there. In the suite room on the 2nd floor, the windows are not soundproofed, so you can hear the noise coming from the street below.

• Cassidy (9/5): Exceptional stay steps away from Chinatown - The accommodation is a great choice if you are traveling as a family or in a group as you can rent one, two, or three different bedrooms, all in the same space, with each of their own bathrooms. This means you can all be "together" but have your own space too. Each of the rooms are lovely, clean, and so comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind to our small requests during our stay (extra towels and water and to look at one of the door lock systems as the battery kept saying it was getting low. One member of our party accidentally left a scarf at the local post office around the corner from the accommodation on our last day in Bangkok and we only realized that evening and didn't have time to go get it ourselves. The host was so incredibly kind to go and collect it for us and mailed it to us at our next destination. Honestly one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for us! The accommodation is centrally located and easy to get around the city from, and just a block or two from the main Chinatown road. Really a lovely place with exceptional hosts! Some steep stairs so if you have trouble with stairs or have a lot of luggage, it may not be the best; but it's only one or two flights of stairs depending on where your room is located. The accommodation is right next to a big block of apartments and a parking garage so the light filtered into one of the rooms windows very easily. The other two rooms had light blocking curtains so there was no issue there in these rooms. Due to being near the parking garage some members of our party had some trouble sleeping some nights due to noise filtering in. Despite all that, it's a great place!
