• Sylvia (9/5): Excellent location - very lively and central for shopping and sight seeing. - The location was excellent for walking to major sites. The living room was basic & sofa was not comfy - but the location far makes up for it (we spent very little time sitting in the apartment).
• Maya (7/5): A convenient location - Location access to English language TV comfortable bed Kitchen equipment lacked essentials - no dishwasher instead there should have been a did rack and tea towel. No small knives for cutting fruit etc only a bread knife . No hooks anywhere in bathroom to hang towels - no iron or ironing board - small expensive items important for comfort and convenience .

• Perry (9/5): Thank you for the lovely clean apartment - Lots of room in the apartment. Easy entry (no key needed). Very good location. The kitchen needed more cooking equipment. The living room needed a tall floor lamp. Bedroom needed a mirror to fix hair, not over the bed.

• Loredana (9/5): Top! Würde das Appartement jedem empfehlen, ob mit Familie oder mit 3 Paaren ist es sehr ideal. - Der grösste Pluspunkt des Appartements war die Lage. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten an der Seine, am Louvre, bei Restaurants oder an der Metrostation. Mit den 3 Schlafzimmern hatte es die Ideale Grösse für unsere 5- köpfige Familie. Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet mit Handtüchern, Pflegeprodukten, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle etc. Unsere Kids haben das W-Lan sehr geschätzt :). Der Zugang erfolgt personenfrei. Wir hatten Mühe mit dem Zugangscode und es hat uns sofort jemand zurückgerufen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Etwas negatives zu finden wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Badezimmer sind eher klein, aber für ein paar Tage kein Problem. Das Appartement selbst bietet sehr viel Platz.

• Michele (6/5): Not what we expected for price , didn’t live up to description - Location and separate bedrooms Kitchen not supplied, toilet tissue ran out after 3 days had to buy our own , mgmt communication very late to resolve issues, no instructions for garbage , heaters, no recommendations for the neighborhood. Pictures of the apt were very deceiving not at all as pictured. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable though .

• Claire (10/5): Fantastic! Highly recommend - The Location is excellent.. felt very safe. Shops and restaurants near by. Close to Metro for ease or easy to walk around to lots of attractions to explore. Fab views and very comfortable beds. Clean and nice.. would recommend. We travelled to Euro Disney from here for 2 days of our stay and it's around 1hour on the metro very easy. The toilet could do with a spruce up but not terrible at all

• Velyana (7/5): Great location! - The apartment is centrally located and close to everything. Very close to the metro and all transportation. It was cute and had enough rooms for everyone. Beds are very comfortable. Love the wallpaper - great choice ! The apartment didn’t not have hand soap and any of the hygiene products usually provided. We did ask and was told this wasn’t the type of the apartment that provides it? Not sure why, as the price wasn’t cheap! After long overseas flight we didn’t want to walk around looking for soap and shampoo around town. Huge miss! Also no AC! We wanted to keep windows open but street was so loud we couldn’t sleep. There were fans provided.

• Beth (6/5): Great location and comfortable stay. - The apartment is in a fantastic location, front bedrooms have view over main shopping street. Bus stop outside and short walk to river and Louvre. Great eating opportunities surround the apartment, lovely bakery a few minutes away to buy breakfast. Shopping opportunities over the road and feels very central. Recommend the Batobus 2 day pass to get around main sights via the river boat. The third bedroom at the back has no view and feels dark, window opens only over the centre of the building, pipes and concrete, no ventilation, therefore we kept the window closed.

Plenty of linen and towels provided. Great area. Keeping in touch with staff was easy and they were very helpful. All in all a good experience.

• Marion (10/5): Excellent location - The apartment is located in an ideal location near shops restaurants and most importantly metro and rail. You can get the train from the airport to a stop in West Fields shopping center which is just around the corner. Also within walking distance of lots of the sights. Very comfortable apartment and very good communication with the owners. Just a small thing could have done with a few bowls for cereal or soup otherwise very well equipped.

• Sita (9/5): Amazing apartment and super clean. - Everything about this apartment is great. Clean apartment, complete amenities and facilities, and great view too from my room. I could go anywhere without a struggle since it was very close to metro, bus, supermarket, and restaurant. Only the elevator. It worked perfectly fine, but it was too small so I had to go back and forth since I went with 6 people in my family and we brought too many luggages.

• Stephanie (8/5): Very clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris. - We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean (I had to mop up a water spill at some point in our stay and the paper towel I used had ZERO dirt from wiping up a high traffic area - pristine!). The apartment had many comforts and was in a good location - walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre, a shopping mall and other things. The beds were some kind of hybrid memory foam/coil mattress that were extremely comfortable, and we are fairly picky about beds. We had no trouble being comfortable on these beds. We would definitely stay at this apartment again if we come back to Paris. A few things that might make things better for those who stay at this property: A printed information sheet/manual at the unit that includes: - printed instructions for use of the heaters (also posted instructions near one or more of the heaters) - information about the stairwell light switch (we did not realize that we could turn on a light in the stairwell until halfway through our stay; we just thought the light was out. FYI: renters of apartments in the United States do not have access to control lights in the hallways of their buildings. This is controlled and maintained by the landlord.) - instructions for how to use the washer/dryer in multiple languages - a list of recommended places to get groceries, toiletries or medicine as well as a list of restaurants that have good reviews or takeout options - the location of where to take out full trash bags Additional things that might make things more comfortable accessible: - a drying rack for dishes - a NEW sponge for each guest/family for dishes (a previously used sponge is unsanitary) - racks for suitcases in all the rooms - basic toiletries in the shower - many properties, both in the US and in Europe, stock units with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and/or body wash; we brought ours but my husband did not think to bring his bar soap - washcloths - we realize these don't seem to be standard in Europe but many US customers would appreciate this consideration; washcloths are standard in the United States in every facility - hotel, properties for rent, etc...

• Luthfa (8/5): Clean and Modern - The apartment was easy to locate as the host gave clear instructions. The place itself was very clean and modern. The location was great as well. The bathroom was a bit small but not a major issue.

The apartment was clean, but in poor condition. In need of some work. Entrance was under work. The apartment kitchen was functional but tired. Bathroom very small, shower has mould and toilet also needs updating. Mould on pipe work in toilet. Bathroom and toilet facilities not big enough for capacity. Bedroom off living room is damp and mould on wall of the windows. It’s a shame, as it has massive potential, it just needs to time and money spent on it to update the facilities.

• Jodie (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect apartment for a small group of friends or family to enjoy the Marais and all that Paris has to offer. It has a modern bright interior with a lovely open plan living and kitchen space, good shower and separate toilet, comfortable beds and all the extra household elements you need for a holiday stay. The location is perfect, set in a buzzing young neighborhood with lots of great cafes and restaurants within a few steps, a small supermarket across the street and a choice of metro stops within walking distance. The meet up for the keys was an easy and pleasant exchange. Overall one of the best apartments I have stayed in Paris. Thank you.

• Carey (9/5): It was a lovely apartment close to restaraunts, shopping, very clean, comfortable I would stay again, strongly recommend - Good Location, clean, cozy, roomy, comfortable beds, good shower pressure, good price, great natural light The washing machine was out of commission when we were there
• Davenport (5/5): Spent several hours with a problem they were aware of. Disappointed. - Beds were comfortable. They did replace dirty sofa but we had to miss several hours of our trip dealing with that. The sleeper sofa had a very large urine stain. Obviously they were aware of, since they tried covering it up with a grey, dirty blanket and we spent a lot of time on the phone dealing with this problem. We booked this because we needed to use the sleeper sofa. Dirty towels in storage area, dirty blanket covering up the stain on the sleeper sofa. They did replace sofa next day but we missed our tour. The first evening no one could sleep on that sofa. We had to stay there the next morning till almost 12:30, while they brought in a new sofa that had to be built and the old one taken apart. We have asked for a partial refund. No word yet.
• David (7/5): Solid flat - Great Location. Good sized breakdowns. Washing Machine didn't work. When we asked about it, we were sent a video on how to use the washing machine. Okay, but that didn't solve the problem. Then, we were told that the washing machine wasn't available and this was stated in the listing. I just read the listing again, and it's still there. So, heads up - the washing machine doesn't work.
• Prince (3/5): Good location but had to pay EUR2000 security deposit to stay for one night - Good location Rate advertised was exclusive of city taxes. The taxes had to be paid separately. I had to pay EUR2000 as security deposit to stay for one night. Also the property show up when you filter for parking but the parking is a public car park and it will cost EUR46 to park overnight
• Allyson (10/5): online service, good admin & contact beforehand. Flat & facilities great except washing machine. - Promise of 2 set of keys, hence booking 2 teams doing different things. But didn't materialise. Booked because of continued travel, for washing machine especially, reported it on arrival as not working. & NO offer of help, or repair, or guidance of wer to go for replacement washing. we had no fresh clothing & as runners & continued travel this was our middle accommodation to wash clothes. Now just wasted hrs on planned booked day of activities in laundermat washing clothes. So expense for acc with washing machine was wasted.

• Valentina (7/5): Well located, run down apartment - Perfect location, in very nice part of the city and close to landmarks, public transport etc. It is really good for families given the three bedrooms (but just one bathroom). The apartment feels like it is a bit run down. Given the size of the deposit, I had to spend a good 30 minutes inspecting it for already existing damages (cigarette stain on a curtain, major scratches on the floor, stains on an armchair).
• Herve (8/5): Clean rooms - The apartment was tastefully decorated. The rooms were clean. Small, but enough space for a family of Five. I didn’t like the location of the property. Some of the equipment are run down, the bathroom/shower needs an upgrade for the price that we rented the apartment. Slow response time from the agency.
• Meggan (8/5): Very good - very spacious for families. location is great but on a busy street so it can be loud if you are not used to that. short walk to cafes and Les Halles train station. easy walk to Notre Dame area. it was a bit warm when we were there so not having air conditioning was a minus but I think normally it gets cooler at night so it wouldn’t be a problem

• Beth (7/5): An okay place on the edge of the marais - Fantastic location around many cafes and shops. Would be even better if not on a main road. Spacious also. The proprietor was very "do this or risk losing your deposit" , making us feel unwelcome. Many small things were less than ideal, including a broken toilet seat, a leaky fridge, only one set of keys, but overall it was fine. Not outstanding but fine. Also, saying there are bathrooms (plural) is not quite right. There is one small toilet/sink room, and one small shower room.
• April (9/5): best neighborhood we have stayed in Paris - super clean walk 2 mins to get an array of food walk 5 min to main metro station walk 5 min to jazz clubs, speak easy’s step out of the apartment building and get taxis walk 20 min to notre dame walk 10 mins to BHV beds super comfortable with clean smell WiFi fast kitchen complete small European washer/dryer they changed the building code while we were there and we were not informed so we had to stand outside the building and ask help from one of the neighbors

• Natalie (9/5): Wonderful location in the heart of Le Marais. - The location is wonderful! 3 metro stops nearby, great restaurants all around, great shopping very close and not far from the Seine. The apartment is very comfortable and there was a good amount of space especially compared to a hotel. It was nice to have a little kitchen and the heating was very good. The management company sent a link to a video that made finding the door and the lock box very easy. The management company was difficult to reach, particularly when we had an issue with access during our stay. I tried calling and my number was "restricted" from reaching them. I brought this up via messaging multiple times and it was never addressed. The closet space is good but it would be very helpful if there were some drawers to put things like socks and underwear away.

• Harry (8/5): Clean and comfortable flat in excellent central Paris location - Terrific central location, walking distance from the Pompidou Centre, Louvre, Sainte Chapelle and many other A-list tourist sites. Very clean, pleasant decor, good soundproofing. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. Staff remote but helpful and responsive. No aircon, dishwasher or oven. Shower room small and lacks space to put or hang things.
