Paatzsch (4/5): Not again - It was not really Like on the pictures. Everything seems a bit old and used. The Floors were not very clean and the spa area is very Small abd loveless. It is Self Check in and there are no people who can help at the Location It wasnt too clean . No Personal contact
Daria (9/5): - We checked into the hotel in the evening and stayed for one night. The location was very convenient, close to the airport, which made it perfect after a long flight. The check-in process was quick and easy — a staff member assisted us via a special intercom system, and we were able to receive our key without any issues. The interior was beautiful, and everything felt comfortable and well-designed. The overall atmosphere was excellent — stylish, cozy, and very pleasant. We also visited the ryokan, which was a fantastic experience. It was exactly what we needed to relax, warm up, and recover after our long flight. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues. While the room itself appeared to be generally tidy, there was quite a lot of dust on the stairs, floor, and shelves. We also found a few hairs in the room, which slightly affected our overall impression.

Jasmyn (10/5): Amazing location. Very clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Family friendly. Self serve amenities. - Location was amazing, walking distance from many restaurants, the underground mall and convenience stores. The room was very clean, and the self-serve amenities were fantastic. Checking in was easy; our passports did not scan but we called for assistance and the staff were lovely and helpful and spoke English very well. The spa was the highlight, although it takes a while to fill up. The floors are heated and the room is spacious. Family friendly. Would stay here again. Staff couldn't call a maxi taxi for us as K.ride was not able to find one for us as we had 4 luggages. We were able to call an XL uber. As check in time is also a bit late, we weren't able to leave our luggages as the hotel is unmanned, and we had to stay at the location of our previous hotel a bit longer.
Guustaaf (8/5): - De locatie: een paar honderd meter naar het metrostation. 1 Straat verder begint een levendig (vooral 's avonds) uitgaansgebied met veel horeca. Na de sauna kun je een ijsje pakken. Vloerverwarming in de kamer. En een grote (stenen) badkuip. (Eventueel geschikt voor 2 personen).. De sauna is anders dan andere sauna's Je ligt op een stenen vloer (maximaal 7 plekken). (Dit is wel een harde ondergrond). In het rustgedeelte staan maar 2 stoelen. De Onsen is niet zoiets als in Japan Daarmee is de stenen badkuip in de badkamer bedoeld.
Ana (9/5): Once past the check‑in confusion, everything about the stay was amazing - I stayed here for one night and overall had a fantastic experience, despite a few hiccups at the beginning. I arrived late at night by taxi, so I can’t comment too much on the location, but it felt safe. The area is a bit lively at night, with lots of hotels and motels around and people staying out late. There’s no reception, so you enter using a door code. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive mine in advance, so I had to call. The good news is that they answer quickly and are genuinely helpful. You also need to show ID to get the room key, and I had a bit of trouble with that too. On top of that, my room door wouldn’t open at first—the key just wouldn’t work—but again, a quick call sorted it out. Once inside, everything changed. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed in the Onami (signature) room, and it was amazing. The beds were great, they even provide comfortable pyjamas, and the spa bath—although it takes a while to fill—is absolutely worth it. There’s also a nice little perk: you can grab a free ice cream from the lounge. Despite the check-in challenges, my stay ended up being wonderful. The room itself made it all worthwhile. I definitely recommend it. The only downside for me was the communication. I never received the door code before arrival, so I had to call them late at night to get in. I also received a checkout message before I had even checked in, which added to the confusion. The check‑in process overall felt a bit disorganized, and I had to call a couple of times to sort things out.
