• Shivesh (10/5): - Everything was great from the moment we entered into the hotel. The staff, especially Phung Nhi went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable during our stay. The cafe right in side the hotel was the cherry on top, served one of the best coffee I had. Rooms were spacious and luxurious with hot water coming in showers. Over all a wholesome experience. Nothing was there to dislike

• Ang (1/5): Absolute worst hotel i’ve ever been to. Booked a 3D2N stay and left within the first night. Extremely dirty and poorly m - Absolute worst hotel i’ve been to. Very dirty, grimey, dusty, bed was sunken in, room smelled of sewage, everything in the room was not properly cleaned and smelled really bad, SEVERAL hair strands on bed and pillow (of all lengths & def not mine). All these after the room was cleared for us to stay in, unbelievable.
• Chi Quang (2/5): - So gut wie Nichts. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Schon bei der Fahrt zum Hotel hatten wir die ersten Irritation, uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie aufgrund der defekten Klimaanlage die Reservierung nun kurzfristig stornieren müssen. Bei Ankunft hatte man uns dennoch ein Zimmer zugewiesen. Das Bett war zwar gemacht, allerdings befanden sich noch Haare darauf. Das hatten wir hingenommen. Zunächst roch alles normal. Wir sind nach der Zimmerübergabe in die Stadt und kamen spät zurück. Nun "stank" das Zimmer stark nach Abfluß aus dem Bad. Wir haben die Tür zugemacht und hofften, dass dieser penetranter Geruch verschwindet. Doch alles irrtum! Die erste Nacht konnten wir kein Auge zumachen, da zuviel Lärm, trotzt Lage nach hinten. Das stinkende Badzimmer haben wir am nächsten Tag reklamiert, man hat sofort mit Duftsprühen und Massnahmen dagegen unternommen. Es war nun etwas besser, doch kurze Zeit danach stank es fürchterlich, so dass wir uns an der Rezeption um die Verlegung in ein anderes Zimmer baten. Doch unserem Wunsche konnte nicht entsprochen werden, da laut dem Personal keine Zimmer mehr frei waren. Zähneknirschend haben wir das zur Kenntnis genommen. Man hatte jedoch versprochen wieder den Reinigungstrupp hinauf zu schicken. Wir hatten entschieden das Zimmer nun zu verlassen und so spät wie möglich wieder zurückzukommen, da es die letzte Nacht ist. Nach langer Überlegung kam mir die Ursache für den üblen Geruch in den Sinn. Solange man nicht das Licht im Bad anmacht (denn die elektrich zugeschaltete Abluftanlage führt zu einem Nachzug der Luft aus dem Abfluß herbei), stinkt es nicht. Auch wurde das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt. Bei aller Zugeständnisse, ein solches Zimmer kann man keinem Gast zumuten! Das Hotel ist in der 4-Sterne Kategorie bei booking, mehr wie 1 ist est nicht wert!

The location was a bit farther from the main tourist spots, but it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the crowds.
