• world⭐︎traveller (6/5): 立地はよし - 旧市街にあって、観光に最適です。ハノイ駅から徒歩で15分。 全体的に綺麗。ロッカーは大きい荷物が入るのはいい。(鍵必要) ネットも早くて快適です。 ベットはカプセルタイプで防音もされてて、遮光カーテンで光が入らず、快適に寝れます。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。 ベットがやや硬い。排水溝からの小さい虫が多いので、下水道の掃除やメンテナンスが必要だと思う。 宿泊案内で「洗濯機」とだけ記載があったので無料かと思ったら、有料とフロントで言われた。 しかし、宿側の掲載のミスであって、今回はホテル側が洗濯をしてくれました。 洗剤を100円で販売して、洗濯機をフリーにしたら、客が増えると思う。

• Barry (10/5): A Gem In The Middle Of Hanoi. - When I read the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to book the place, but trying the place for myself is such a right decision. I feel like the hostel actually had listened, from beds being less comfy, to the bugs around the place, none of that happened for my spot, so I would assume that they had listened to most of the reviews, and I would book this place again and I would recommend this place. Nothing that I dislike about them.
• Maureen (10/5): Nice place with very nice people! - The place is nice, and I feel treated like I was at home, but in a different country. Shout out to the staffs there, they really were supportive, and the cleaning lady as well, she was very nice and helpful. I would though, want the shower to be a bit bigger, it was a bit small for me, but I don't think I have anymore to complain about mostly.

• Jutta (10/5): Fancy, Accurate - Read about the hostel via blog, and I must say it is very fancy and accurate from the blog, towards the pictures and detailed review on both the website and the blog. My experience here is beyond my expectations: staff were nice, facilities looks good, and overall pretty well I don't have anything to say about this
• Darya (5/5): Rude cleaning ladies and the place remains not clean and smelly. - The pods themselves were comfortable. It was also nice that there was a working conditioner there. It was dirty. The floor, the dead bugs all around. There was often a very unpleasant smell coming from the sewage system in the bathrooms, I tried to close the doors to the bathroom cabinet, but the cleaning ladies would come and open them so the smell filled the room. The two cleaning ladies would also come into the room early in the mornings, turn on all the lights, turn up the AC to their comfort level instead of the guests and begin talking loudly. It was extremely irritating and rude. I stayed an additional night because I didn't feel like moving and it they did the same thing even though I asked them to turn off the lights and keep it down because there were multiple people sleeping. I was planning to stay a third night as I returned to pick up my luggage late at night, but I walked in and there was the very unpleasant odour and all the flies everywhere so I turned around, called a Grab and rode out of the old quarter where I got a very nice private place by the lake for a little more than what I paid here.

It was a pleasant surprise to have a reception desk at all times; everything was very clean, and someone was available to clean your room immediately upon request. Nope
• FemaleSoloTraveller (5/5): Good for an overnight stay - not more than that - Location- walking distance from Hanoi Opera house and all shops and restaurants The cabin is located in the basement and it's not clean. there's a lot of flying insects. The small Electric fan is not working so it's really hot. There's some hostel I stayed in in Hanoi and it was clean.
• William (10/5): Enjoyed the stay, Cool concept, Super close to places to visit - This place gives me so much emotions, it has the concept of making it like the US in the 2000's, which gives me flashback to when I went and stayed at my granddad's home. The dorm it self is alright, very fresh experience where you get your own dorm. It is spacious given the fact that it looks so small in the picture. Position of the place was nice too, went out for the Night Market, and it was surprisingly close to the spot. Staffs were a bit slow but they are friendly asl, and helped me quite a lot, they understood the assignment when I gave the request. Bed was a bit rough, and there is no other big deal imo. Enjoyed the stay!
• Darlene (10/5): Perfect, Friendly & Helpful Staffs, Would Stay Here Again! - This hostel was just the right thing for introverts like I am, you would have your own dorm, and it is very quiet inside the dorm as well! Staffs were also friendly and helpful, Wi-fi was very nice, and the place is very much decent, would stay here if I get the chance again! Bed was a bit hard, but I can firm it, 1-2 nights would be the ideal time here, but the decorations and the smell is very very nice, and lots to do around the position of this hostel itself.

• Nathalie (5/5): - La devanture de l’hôstel est très belle mais en revanche la propreté à l’intérieur est passable. Énormément de bête et de moucheron dans la capsule. Et le faite que la lumière soit constamment allumé.. Par contre staff très gentille et merci à la dame qui effectue le ménage elle est d’une gentillesse
• Tanner (8/5): - A nice capsule hostel, it is underneath a hotel which runs it, enough natural light comes through the entrance and a good ratio of toilets/showers per beds. Even though it is below ground it has better ventilation than many hostels i have stayed above ground, especially the toilets and showers which for once didn't have that all familer smell of dampness you get from overuse and poor ventilation. I would, and I am staying again next time i am in Hanoi. On arrival, there were a few little bugs flying about, but the cleaners come around a couple times a day with the tennis racket fly killer and zaps them all, i would however think it would be better to have a fixed/permanent fly zapper installed, especialy in the toilet area. Matress was on the hard side as well. However, i got a good nights sleep.

• Adam (10/5): Beautiful location, Great concept, Unique and Lovely Experience - The location was brilliant, right inside of the Old Quarter, the concept was very unique and I handpicked this capsule hostel since I read a review on this platform, it described just that, and the experience was very much one of it's kind! If I can book this place again the next trip, I would do just that! One downside I would say is that the beds weren't exactly as comfortable, but everything else was exceptional: from the Wi-fi to the staffs, they were brilliant!

• Yuwah (10/5): Worth The Money - Worth the money, really nice concept and the dorm's were really great for such a decent price, I do recommend Staffs were a bit slow, but still very helpful
• Pippa (7/5): Good for short stay, - Great Location in Old quarter, the unique style beds were cool and there was a fan close to the bed which is nice and also charging facilities. Also washing machine in the property. I found a few dead bugs around the sides of the bed and in the bathroom area on sinks and stuff but it was pretty clean other than that. Showers dont drain too well so shower quickly if you don't want your feet to be in a big pool!

Not gonna lie, I really hoped the hostel was going to be nice, and it delivered like it did. Staffs were very kind and nice, the dorm was nice, and overall I am happy with my stay. The location was great also. Don't think I have anything to complain about.
• Cheryl (10/5): Staffs were helpful, Wi-fi was strong, Brilliant place - Place was just brilliant, as described, and the location was very nice, close to many tourist attractions. The thing that exceeded my expectations was the staffs, and how strong the free Wi-fi was, I used it and it never got stuck. Staffs were super super friendly, and they would do my requests as soon as possible, very helpful, and I enjoyed my stay. Not really I could say

• Don (10/5): Nice location, very clean Dorm - I really thought that I would be staying in some kind of normal dorm like it would be, but the dorm here really exceeded my expectations! It has so much space in the dorm for me, and it was clean, the spot here really was special since it had been close to my workplace. I really love it, and I would come again the next time I come to Vietnam! Not really anything, but staff service is sometimes slow, but they are friendly and they were really helpful!
• Brandon (10/5): - A nice hostel with pod beds. Located close to the main city center. The location was wrong on booking.com however that being said I contacted the property and they responded within less than 5 minutes so it wasn’t too big of an issue.
• Luiza (10/5): Excelente - Os funcionários foram ótimos e sempre dispostos a ajudar a todo momento. O colchão é bastante duro, mas no geral as camas são confortáveis, espaçosas com ventilador, cortina para privacidade, tomada e luz independente. Todas as manhãs havia pessoas da faxina lá e os banheiros estavam sempre limpos. Mas achei que o chão da área das camas poderia estar mais limpo. Adorei os banheiro com privada, chuveiro e pia dentro da mesma cabine tornando muito mais prático para o hóspede. É apenas um quarto com as camas que aparecem na foto e a porta dá diretamente para a escada que dá acesso à rua. É uma porta automática que abre com aproximação do cartão e acho que esse sistema falhava às vezes e a porta abria sozinha. Aconteceu de eu ver esta porta aberta muitas vezes sem ninguém por perto, o que me deixou bastante insegura apesar de o Vietnã ser um país muito seguro e de nunca ter acontecido nada comigo no hostel.

• Deborah (10/5): Amazing, Would Recommend - When I first search on the platform, I really wanted to have a one-of-a-kind experience: And Ace Hostel here delivered just that! I really love the concept, how friendly the staffs were, and the location was just on point, really close to many hot spots in Hanoi. The dorm really was cool, bed was comfy, and they had just everything that I needed. Would recommend this and will be staying here again if I have the chance! Sometimes the wi-fi was a bit slow, but overall nothing stands out as bad, everything was perfect.

• David (5/5): - Good location tucked into a quiet alley in the middle of the old town. Lots of toilet/shower cabins so you don't have to wait. Staff is friendly. Free use of washer/drier. Lockers and padlock provided for free if you don't have your own. Hard to find - has no sign of its own but is located in the basement of the upstairs Jade hotel and you check in there. Unlike the hotel it seems not well cared for - dust and toenail clippings in front of my cubicle - it seems they hardly ever sweep the floor and never mop it judging by the stains - I swept it up myself. Outdoor shoes are allowed in making it even dirtier. Trash bins were overflowing and emptied only once in three days. The air had a foul sewagy smell, which was hardly helped by keeping the door open. No common space or kitchen where you can eat/prepare food or even tea. Staff were nice but not very helpful in answering any questions.
