• Futers (7/5): - Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location, parking, excellent kitchen facilities, friendly owners. Cons: TV, phone and hairdryer noise from the room directly above us at 3am. Had to call the owners to deal with this, which they did promptly. We experienced further noise on our last night, also from the room above us, just from people moving about on the laminate flooring. Such a shame as we otherwise enjoyed a comfortable stay.
• Leslie (8/5): Super accommodation, excellent facilities, clean and quiet, but please erect a sign so you can be located. - The property and room were spotless throughout and the proprietor and staff were very pleasant and supportive. The area in which the property was located is in a quiet side street and while parking was limited the proprietor quickly found a solution. Clearing the driveway to the property (eventually) would help. All facilities in the room were perfect. The property was quite difficult to locate, there is no signage and there was no house number nor phone number in Booking.com’s guide. I had to rely on passers by. sat nav wasn’t helpful since “you’ve arrived at your destination” was the corner several properties away. Walking down the street was no good since all the properties look very similar and without a house number it could have been anywhere!
• Mike (5/5): Nice room - noisy flooring - The location is fine - there are not many places to stay this side of Sheffield. The check in instructions were clear, directing to a lock box - no staff on site. The floors creak. We heard every footstep from the room above. Our first night was impacted by a noisy party above between 2am - 4am. The second night was peaceful.

• Robert (9/5): Very pleasant, I’d stay there again. - Very good location, quiet road. Room was clean, spacious and warm and shared areas were very clean and tidy. Staff were clear with instructions and very helpful. If I had to find a fault, it would have to be that the house is a bit creaky when other guests move around. Not much can be done about that though.

• Rosie (9/5): Comfortable and good value for money, great communication with hosts - Very clean and well equipped in a quiet area Shower was over the bath and not much head room for a tall person as in a sloping loft conversion but was adequate and warm
