Jei reikės vietos automobiliui, paprašykite registratūroje, kad aktyvuotų kambario kortelę, nes ne visos iškart orientuojasi, kodėl neatsidaro vartai 😄

• Katia Berenice (9/5): Genial! - Buena distribución de los espacios, lugar muy cómodo. Ricas almohadas, buena iluminación. En la cocina tenían casi todo para preparar la comida, la lavadora y secadora bien, bueno.. a la secadora había que darle un golpecito para que funcionara en el sello de la puerta, pero funciona bien. La sala muy cómoda aunque los cojines fríos por el material si me los ponía en la espalda, pero dejaron muchas sábanas, mantas, cobijas y toallas para usar que fue agradable. El balcón tiene buena vista, incluso un día desayunamos afuera en el balcón y linda experiencia, la calefacción funciona bien y calienta rápido, además dejaron calentadores móviles por si uno los quiere usar para calentar los pies o un lugar mas específico. También dejaron insumos básicos para no ir a comprar recién llegando. Estuvimos 10 días. La entrega de llaves no fue personal, estaban a una cuadra de distancia en una reja muy difícil de acceder, llegamos de otro país y no teníamos sim para hacer llamadas en Australia, nos tuvo que ayudar una persona de la ciudad y se tardó como 25 min, en encontrar las llaves aún con las indicaciones del anfitrión en el teléfono en mano, es importarte que el anfitrión considere que cuando venimos directo del aeropuerto uno viene cansado y con ganas de orinar, en un país extraño, y tardar tanto en obtener las llaves es muy incómodo. Cuando fui a dejar las llaves no pude cerrar es estuche de seguridad y me lastimé un poco la mano. Agregaría una licuadora en la cocina para que hubiera sido perfectos los utensilios, tuve que usar el rallador para moler mi jitomate, cebolla, chile y ajo para hacer una sopita.

• Bronwyn (7/5): Apartment felt spacious and was in a great location with free parking - Spacious apartment with full kitchen. Comfortable for our family of 3. Convenient location with free parking. I appreciated the laundry powder and coffee pods that were provided. We booked for 2 adults 1 child but there wasn’t any pillows or towels provided for 3rd person. Wasn’t a big deal. Main issue was master king bed wasn’t made up properly. Bed is two twins but didn’t have a mattress cover or fitted sheet. There was just a flat sheet laid over the mattress not tucked in so it just slid off and you were half sleeping on a bare mattress. Very odd. Also a little noisy as windows are not double glazed which seems unusual for hotel or apartment building.
• Chris (5/5): Adequate but not what I was expecting. - It was well located for my purposes I had no idea when I booked that it was an air B&B property. It took a lot of time in the middle of the night to find the key in a locked box as the instructions were incorrect. The property had an unpleasant musty smell and the crockery was greasy.

• Warda (10/5): Thank you for your wonderful dealings and service. - I loved everything, the treatment, the location, the cleanliness, the services. It was really wonderful, comfortable, and everything was available in the apartment.
• John (7/5): I liked the accommodation, but will not stay in the apartment again because of my privacy concerns. - The apartment was very clean, spacious and in a very good location, so I can certainly recommend it from a quality point of view. There were only 2 things that I did not like - first, there was only one key card, and this was not enough when you have 3 adults who want to do different things at different times. I have to concede though that we did not request an additional key, so I cannot complain too much about that. The other thing that I did not like, was having to send a photograph of myself, holding my license. The booking agent (and most probably the owner) already has the details of a tenants credit card and is also able to take further money if there is any damage or missing items etc - so why take the extra information of someone booking? This, I did try to address, but after some time on the phone I was not able to come to an arrangement to avoid passing these details to whoever it was that reveived them - hopefully they will not be used to my detriment, or someone else's gain. Why do companies pointlessly request this information? Are they not aware of the multitude of data breaches that seem to happen daily???? The 'requirement' to provide this information over a network should be illegal. I was not made aware of this until after I had already booked the room - if I was aware of this at that time, I would have booked elsewhere.

• Cindy (3/5): Disappointing stay (dirty apartment) - The only like here was location of the apartment , very near to train station, loads of shops & food nearby which was very convenient if you didn't have a car. We also has a car & had free parking throughout our stay which was the only good points. Apartment is spacious. Upon arrival of apartment we noticed it was not cleaned to hotel standards or professionally cleaned. The kitchen countertop still had crumbs left behind, inside cutlery drawer was also not cleaned left with food crumbs. The sofa smelt like food & worst yet toilet bowl was stained & filthy, stains left under toilet lid, mould/mildew left on bathroom tiles. It took 3 days of continuous chasers to get a cleaner to come back, which I find so ridiculous. The heating & aircon was temperamental & did not work most days. Also finding the lockbox was also a mission, its located all the way down the street on some random fence, not even on same side of the road to get your key, which we would have to place the access card back for the cleaner to come back, with the 1st time being a no show. Also the windows in bedroom are non double glazing & can hear trains, cars, pedestrians all night, so light sleepers bring earplugs. Absolute disappointment especially regarding cleanliness upon arrival. Be careful with old hairdyer as mine caught fire during multiple use. I wrote a note to say dispose please, so check before using. Unfortunately as this overshadowed our 19 day stay with MadeComfy in Sydney, which was my partners 1st time visit here.
