Guest Reviews
- Bruce (5/5): Would stay again if rate low and facilities fixed. Walmart close. - Friendly staff. Good location for my needs Toilet seat so loose as to be dangerous. Trim near shower coming free. Hall carpet looking dingy. No cookwear or eating utensils // exorbitant charges if bought in house.
- Calista (1/5): Terrible - Not a thing That I couldn’t check into my already paid for hotel room at 3am
- Taran (6/5): Will not stay in this hotel again - were good the water pressure in the shower was so weak, that we cannot use the shower.
Staff was not very friendly, except one lady, that welcome us.
- Borthwick (6/5): - It was nice and clean, spacious. Love that it's so close to Walmart and dollar tree cause that's where we had to get stuff for our stay. When I arrived the room I reserved was unavailable. The bed frame made it very squeaky, noisy, uneven. Every time I went to front desk staff was not there. No answer when calling from room. When my husband asked for an iron and iron board the employee said she would get it for him and a half hour later, nothing. He went to ask about it and they said they were all out. The next morning my husband asked to purchase the cookware set and the front desk lady told him no and to go to Walmart..

- kevin e. (7/5): Good hotel but noisy. - I didn't see a breakfast.
- Wilson (10/5): - Everything I don’t have any complaints

- Tamara (8/5): Cozy Stay - My room was cozy and clean... No comment...

- Chatman (10/5): - The desk clerk was very helpful so I will say great customer service and the room was nice and clean. What I liked most was the customer service and I will recommend anyone to come and enjoy. Thank you
- TARA (4/5): - nothing there was no continental breakfast and they charge you for everything you want to use. I killed a roach in my room and a spider in the shower. We were on the 1st floor, I heard ppl walking upstairs, toilets flushing and showers running. I asked to move to a different floor and they accompanied my request, but I still was disappointed overrall.

- Cynthia (10/5): -
- Kristy (8/5): - Wasn't over crowded.
- Maria (10/5): - The staff was super friendly
- Bev (9/5): - I arrived tired and cranky, there was a snafu with my online booking. The front desk handled it well and the manager was very professional and accommodating

- Keiyana (10/5): - I love the cleanliness and how welcoming the receptionist are. N/A
- Lori (10/5): Pleasant evening and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed! - Very clean and well maintained. Nice refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. We only used the fridge and it was nice to have it. Didn’t realize this property is more for a long term rental but it was very nice for the one night we stayed. Everything was good.

- Sharon (6/5): Not for me - What breakfast. Location was great . Room was spacious and staff was accommodating when asked. No amenities. When we Ladies travel we are use to ironing boards, coffee makers and other amenities. We only had the shell of a great room. No simple amenities that should be standard in a room. When we got in the room it was not totally clean. Several French fries on the floor which gave you the impression it was not clean. Bath cloths not clean and not supplied adequately for us in the room. I can say the room was cleaned and we got new linen. For my Ladies trips this is not the best accomodations. This is more for a home away from home working crew or possibly people who need a place to stay that bring or have their own amenities.
- Adiin (8/5): Good choice to save money and still be nice and clean. - The property was clean and the staff especially Zalieah was amazing! The elevator broke as I was leaving.
- Transito (8/5): Muy bien - Muy amplio elegante y muy espacioso y el aseo muy bueno
- Daniel (8/5): - It was very clean and updated The only real bad thing was that it would take roughly 5 minutes or more to get hot water.
When you did get it, it wasn't very hot even though I didn't add any cold water to it.
- John (9/5): -
- Jeffrey (1/5): Not good - Nothing Place is clean but beds are uncomfortable. Staff is not very friendly. Was told coffee pots cost extra and we could get extra towels at additional cost. No breakfast or anything. I will be staying in petersburg alot but will never return here.

- Patrice (8/5): It was ok. - Price Bathtub availability
- Sheri (1/5): Mean and unprofessional front staff - Nothing the staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional. The manager at night hung up on after the charged me non refundable deposits that were not told to me. And was very rude and unprofessional about it. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at guests and acted like she didn’t want to be there. They treat the customers poorly like they hate their jobs. - Joseph (8/5): Woodspring Suites provided an affordable and clean room along I 95 in Petersburg, VA. - The facility is clean, inclusing the room rented. Registration at the front desk was made easy by the gentleman who was there to greet me. The bed was comfortable and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Even though the facility represents itself as "suites" no cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. were provided. They are all available for purchase as is stipulated on the welcome letter you receive upon arrival. I found that to be odd. And, oh year, the hood of my vehicle was keyed over night while parked in the parking lot. This is not a reflection on the facility or its staff but it is a negative reflection on one or two of their customers.
- ellen (7/5): Good value for the money. - Clean. Good location. Reeked of pot.
- Christina (6/5): - It was a last minute booking close to Fort Lee so my son could get his family pass. I liked the type of room I got for the price. Feont desk staff was great Upon check in the beds were pulled out from the wall not pushed back in all cabinet doors and drawers were left open. Trash left in trash can as well as food left in the refrigerator. Notified staff was told they are short staffed and cleaning crew was in a rush to leave.
- Mary (8/5): Great stay for the price!!! - The location was great. I didn't like that there was no iron/ironing board in the room.
- Bradford (5/5): Our room looked more like a prison cell than a hotel room. No carpet, cold, and cheaply decorated. - Nothing They overcharged me versus what the rate was on my confirmation.
- Jose (9/5): -
- Carlos (1/5): -
- Brittany (10/5): The stay was perfect I would definitely recommend it. - The cleanliness and plus it was so many restaurants close by,Walmart and a shopping center directly across the street.
- Renan Joseph (2/5): -
- Mary (8/5): Pleasant with some minors noises - The room was spacious and clean. I could hear everyone walking above me and it was loud. I could hear toilets flushing loudly as well.
- Kwame (3/5): -
- Maryann (7/5): Was OK for a night or 2. - The room was large, comfortable and clean. There was no ice. There was 1 empty ice cube tray in the freezer. There was no drinking water. There was a kitchen area but no utilities. If you wanted anything more than was in the room you had to pay. To stay an additional hour in the morning costs $15, even though the hotel was pretty empty and the maid was no where near the room I was in.
- patricia (8/5): Would stay again but would appreciate that the kitchen is better equipped - Nice, clean well renovated Although it was represented as short term stay but did not have any dishes or cutlery in the kitchen. Not one glass!
- Leneika (1/5): It was horrible - Nothing Everything
- Grace (1/5): Disappointed - The first and second floors were immaculate but when you were on the third floor, it smelled so badly of pot / marijuana that it was seeping through my door and I have allergies and I had to spray in my room. The staff are very nice. No monitoring of the third floor marijuana smoking as soon as you get off the elevator, you could smell it. I called the hotel and they said they can’t pinpoint who it was. They knew that there was a party going on up there and they had to scrub the floors the next day.
- Daniel (10/5): If what you want is a budget friendly room with a kitchenette, this is a great choice. - Very clean, good bed, new facility, everything worked. Shower curtain is positioned so that some water drains to the floor instead of the shower pan. Lobby is not welcoming. Decor is institutional by design.
- Phyllis (10/5): I enjoyed stay there, as I stated the staff was very professional and nice. I have booked for April. See you in April - Nice and clean; staff was very friendly and professional Need hangers for clothes; need instructions to tell guest to put key in slot when in the room because the key controls the lights
- Peter (8/5): Beautiful, clean facility, but lacking fundamental necessities. To utilize the kitchenette, you must go to the desk and - New, ultra clean facility. So new, it seems unfinished. No hand towels, only one face cloth. ( stained ) No blanket ( inexcusable ) No in-room hair drier, or coffee maker.
- Anita (5/5): Just ok. - Had to switch rooms, 1st one floor wasnt even mopped and fridge had obvious spill. 2nd room shower wasn't well cleaned. No rugs or carpet. Bed too loud. Bed moves around on vinyl floor. Lighting controlled by room key. 👎 No enclosed storage. Room phone rang several times pm and am. It was ok. Just not keen on returning.
- Suzanne (10/5): It was perfect for our overnight. - It was conveniently located. The room was very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast would have added to the experience.
- Jamarcus (10/5): -
- Alicia (9/5): -
- robert (10/5): Very comfortable and great size room with full kitchen - Liked the coffee Disability shower base seemed above the surrounding floor. Made is hard to keep water in shower area.
