Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, Rafika notre responsable de ménage était particulièrement sympathique et respectueuse. L'équipement de la chambre est impeccable. Горничным необходимо проверять уровни гелей, шампуней и тп в дозаторах, в период проживания часто заканчивалось, а мы забывали сказать об этом на рецепции, из-за этого был некоторый дискомфорт.

• Jamil (9/5): - Despite the fact that we were checked in an hour later than the official check-in time because the room was not ready, we still had a very pleasant stay overall. The boutique hotel is new, modern, and very clean. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable and well designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. We chose a room on the upper floor, which we liked, but if you prefer to get up late in the morning , I would not recommend staying on the 8th floor because the restaurant is located on the 9th floor. The constant sound of chairs being moved in the morning can be disturbing for sensitive guests. The breakfast was good — not extremely varied.The view of the Bosphorus and Galata during breakfast was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for every taste. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great choice for exploring the city. We also appreciated that the hotel provided two large bottles of water every day. Another nice detail was that the window could be opened slightly, which allowed fresh air into the room. Check in an hour later than the official check-in time because the room was not ready. Rooms are small. No spa and sauna. Small gym.

Гала порт и Галатская башня в шаговой доступности, при этом не так шумно, а если окна выхолят во внутренний двор, то тишина идеальная. Подходит как для отдыха, так и для бизнес трипа. Ванная комната компактная, кому-то может показаться маловатой, но нам, двум девочкам, было ок. Новая техника (отпариватель, фен, кофемашина). Вежливый и радушный персонал. Супер чисто. Все свежее. Завтраки бесподобные, вид из ресторана, где проходят завтраки фантастический. Все понравилось

• evangeliaph (10/5): Met my expectations - Great stay at Delta Hotel Karaköy. The location is very good. Galata tower is 2-3 mins away (walking distance) which made getting around really easy. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the room was surprisingly spacious for the area. Overall, very comfortable stay and I’d definitely come back.

Почему-то в интернете, в т.ч. на booking, пишут о том, что в отеле нет WiFi - это не так, интернет доступен, он бесплатный и быстрый, работает без ограничений. Хорошая уборка в номере, чистые постельное белье и полотенца, есть все ванные принадлежности. Комфортная кровать, отдельного внимания заслуживает шумоизоляция - я брала номер с видом на Галатскую Башню - окна выходят на город, переживала, что может быть шумно, но с закрытыми окнами никакие звуки нас не тревожили. Завтрак в отеле стандартно турецким обычаям: хлеб, много видов оливок, сыр и колбас, свежие овощи и фрукты. Для европейского/русского туриста может показаться скромным, но голодными мы ни разу не ушли. Все продукты свежие и вкусные! По заказу готовят яйца в любом виде и отдельно заказывается кофе. Нам понравилось. Персонал в отеле приветливый. За время проживания никакого негативного опыта в отеле мы не получили. Для отеля в своей категории оценка 10/10. Спасибо! На данный момент в баре отеля нет алкоголя. Не видела никакой информации об этом, узнала постфактум. Жаль, но предполагаю, что дело в том, что отель совсем новый и еще не получил лицензию.

Белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье, в душе есть халаты, шампунь, кондиционер, крем для тела и гель для душа в большом объеме. Многие пишут про скудные завтраки, но нам хватило всего. Кофе вот варят не вкусный (но это на наш вкус). Расположение отличное, рядом с отелем много кафе, Галапорт, Истякляль. 5 минут до трамвайной остановки, и водного транспорта.

View from the window to Galata tower (but it’s only good from the top floors). Manager that follow you during the breakfast. Fruits and nuts like greeting complement. View from the windows during the breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Firstly we needed to change the room because it was some problem in our (but at the end it was better because we’ve changed 1f to the 8f and problem with noise was solved, because in the 1 floor you are like in the street with tram passing near. HVAC system was not working good, that’s why it was condensation on the window. Planning of the bathroom is not normal, because to go out from the shower through WC is not so easy. Cleaning stuff is not checking amenities like shower gel , conditioner inside and when you are already standing under shower it’s not so pleasant to investigate! In the last day we had a problem with electronic card and needed to call stuff to come inside room. Also it’s strange to have still deposit system when make check in (and it was not written when you are making booking).

Forte inflation, taxis souvent peu fiables, cartes de restaurants qui augmentent fréquemment, et prix des monuments devenus très élevés.

• KHOLOUD (8/5): Great location and helpful staff, but housekeeping needs improvement. - The hotel has an excellent location, very close to major tourist attractions and within walking distance to many key spots. Customer service was friendly and cooperative. Housekeeping was below expectations. The room was cleaned superficially, but essential items such as tissues and bathroom amenities were not replenished regularly.

• Mohamed (7/5): Très belle chambre, petit déjeuner laisse à désirer - La chambre très propre et spacieuse Le petit déjeuner était médiocre, choix très limité Je déconseille de réserver avec le petit déjeuner pour cet établissement. Autre chose, nous avons été débité de 21e pour un paquet de chips pris dans la chambre c’est inadmissible

• Khalid (9/5): فندق رائع في موقع ممتاز - الفندق جديد و نظيف جدا ، موقع ممتاز قريب من الاماكن المهمة والمترو وقريب جدا من قلاطة بورت لايوجد اي ازعاج من الغرفة انصح بأخذ غرفة ديلوكس لأن الستاندر ضيقة نوعا ما ولكن لابأس بها اذا كان السعر مناسب عائلة واحدة مكونة من 4 اشخاص ولكن اعطونا غرفة في الطابق الثالث وغرفة في الطابق السادس بحجة عدم توافر الغرف عادة الفنادق الاخرى اذا لم تتوفر الغرف في طابق واحد يقومون بترقية غرفة واحدة لاعطائنا غرفتين مجاورتين ، ولكن لم يفعلو ذلك ولم يعجبني رد الموظفة عندما طالبنا بذلك

The location is simply perfect, just a short walk from Galataport, close to the iconic Galata Tower, and incredibly convenient for exploring so many of Istanbul’s top attractions. Whether you’re strolling along the waterfront, hopping on public transport, or discovering nearby cafés and sights, everything is right at your doorstep. A very special thank you and heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ali Kerem, whose outstanding hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Thanks to him, everything throughout our stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The dedication of him and the hotel’s staff and their warm attitude really set this hotel apart. The hotel itself was immaculate; cleanliness was exceptional and maintained to the highest standard at all times. From the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh, well cared for, and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul (first visit for us), and would gladly stay here again. A big thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

• khalid (8/5): جيد - الموقع ممتاز .. مقابله غلطة بورت و خلفه منطقه غلطة تاور .. وقريب من مول ترسانه و الفاتح والشلطان احمد والقراند بازار .. الاوتيل هادي وجديد ونظيييف والعزل والخدمة ممتازة السرير للأسف غير مريح .. الماترس لينه والمخدات المستخدمة نحيفه مرره .. الانوار كثيره ومزعجة و خصوصا جهاز التحكم اللي بجانب السرير نوره مزعج وقت النور و مايطفي

• sindi (10/5): جدااا نظيفة وطاقم محترم - الغرفة نظيفة جدااا وجديدة ما شاء الله الموقع حلو، تقدر تمشي لغلطة بورت على البحر، الكافتيريا ومطعم المعجنات اللي قدام الفندق لذيذة، شارع المظلات ورا الفندق برضو، جداا قريب من منطقة سيركجي بالترام، وقريب من تقسيم بالتاكسي
• Zakariya (10/5): - الفندق جديد افتتح من شهرين فقط.. مريح وعصري . الموقع رائع جدا فهو قريب من برج جالاتا وقريب من جالاتا مول مسافه 12 دقيقه مشي وايضا السوق المصري قريب مسافة 10 دقائق مشي تقريبا .. موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا. وكذالك نظافة الفندق .ممتازه. لاشي

• Liridon (10/5): Lovely spot and excellent service. - Staff were super friendly and genuinely welcoming, the vibe was warm from the jump. The room? Clean, comfy, and way better than expected for the price. Easy 10/10, no notes.
