- Darren (8/5): Modern, comfortable, tidy duplex. Good location. - Location was great close to MCG, Rod Laver tennis centre. Modern and very tidy unit has all the modcons. Top floor nice outlook. Close to all services. No ceiling fans or A/C in other bedrooms or lounge, couch lowset and uncomfortable, need blinds on windows in lounge, No lift.

- BRONWYN (8/5): Great location, beautiful property, construction in next building not great. - The location, bed comfort and size of the property. Only 1 tea towel, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 spare toilet roll per room for a four day stay with a group of six. Probably needs to have more of these little things because we ended up having to buy more. There is a major construction underway in the next building and heavy work commenced at 6am (deliveries, reverse beeping, banging, drilling etc) all right outside our bedroom windows), which we probably should have been informed about.

- Barillas (6/5): Nice location, comfy beds, a few issues to sort out. - The accommodation is in a nice location in Fitzroy. Close to bars and restaurants but on a quiet street. Beds are clean and comfortable. The apartment was very dusty when we arrived. I had to clean all the closets. There was no remote control to the TV and despite raising this, they could not sort it out during our stay. One of the extractor fans in the toilets would take hours to turn off and was very loud, disturbing sleep. Finally, the apartment was so cold when we arrived. Took a couple of days to heat up. If guests are coming, I suggest they pre-heat the apartment.

- Sara (9/5): Brilliant space could do with one or two improvements - We loved this spacious apartment with its large rooms and high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the dining table and large terrace were great bonus spaces for the family to enjoy time together. The location was perfect for our needs and we would happily stay there again. Only one key and two fobs is not convenient for three couples. One bath towel each is a bit mean. We struggled getting the bags in and out of the apartment as there are several flights of steep stairs up to the apartment and no lift. They apartment is listed as air-conditioned but there's only one unit in the living/open bedroom area and the upstairs bedroom and small bedroom were both hot and stuffy. There are no fans supplied, I did ask for some but they couldn't deliver them to us in time. It made getting ready for a wedding very hot and sweaty.
- Vikki (5/5): Great location and apartment if only had more cool ventilation options and better customer service. - The location was fantastic. The loving area was large with lots of space. There is only air conditioning in the top bedroom. There is none in the main living area even though advertised as if there was. We were lucky it wasn’t too hot but would be an issue on hot days. No fans or air conditioning in downstairs bedrooms. We had issues with a delayed checkin. Eventually was worked out but responses on the live chat were very slow or non existent. Also suggest having more than one set of keys. Very difficult to manage when apartment can have six guests. Ironing board needs replacing as does iron.

- Karen (9/5): We had a lovely family birthday weekend with our grown up chikdren and the apartment gave us space and indicidual privac - Very comfortable beds - generous kitchen; great neighbourhood. Very spacious and wonderful bathrooms and showers. Only access 2 flights of stairs. Small bath towel each - girls tend to need a bit more. Also just one key presented problems as we had to organise 5 people around that.
- Gabrielle (9/5): Superb - It was in a great location and great size. You have to go and get the keys from a pharmacy- not very close by at least a 10 min walk or 3 min taxi - and then return them to the same location.
There are 2 flights of stairs with no lift before you get to the front door.
