- Александр (10/5): - Nothing The apartment is dirty — the walls are stained, the chairs and upholstered furniture are very dirty, and the kitchenware is not suitable for cooking. The apartment feels damp, cold, and uncomfortable.
After checking in, I contacted the property owner and asked them to bring the apartment to a condition suitable for living. I was asked to send an email describing the issues, which I did. However, no one came to fix anything and I did not receive any response.
As a result, my stay was ruined. The apartment does not match the reviews on Booking.com. After check-out, they asked me to leave a positive review, which makes me believe the reviews are not genuine.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

- Elizabeth (2/5): Based on the management alone, avoid at all costs - Great location, no issues with the property. But paid for 3 nights stay and only got to check in late morning of the second day. We really enjoyed our visit as the great location, space and air conditioning was perfect for our three week stay. We would highly recommend it for short or long stays and would definitely come back.

Having 2 bedrooms, perfect for accommodating larger groups of people Was dusty on bed head and side tables.
4 plus Lamps didn’t work in either of the two rooms.

- Lucinda (7/5): - The location was perfect to get around easily. It was nice place to stay for a group of friends to stay for the weekend. There was only 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 3 days. There wasn't any cleaning products to spray down counters after cooking and no spare bin bags. Those small things are handy to have while away for the weekend and not have to buy these products. Other than that overall it was a great spot ro stay.

I had my own car and a parking space was provided, in a garage space.
Instructions for getting to the property were super helpful and easy to follow. For us there were no complaints

No bath.location is on a busy road but was 2 mins to public transport to Melbourne city. And ony a short walk to Ackland Street . .the hosts gives details instruction with photos to access apartment and that was really helpful.
Would recommend if wanting a short stay in Melbourne. On a main road which can be a little loud.
