• Nayoung (4/5): - 인테리어는 사진에서 본 그대로였습니다. 다른 리뷰에도 있듯이 청결하지 않습니다. 블라인더 내렸을때 작은 벌레들이 위쪽에 빼곡하게 붙어있다던지 수건이 안 빨린 상태라던지 조금더 신경쓸수 있는 부분이었다고 생각합니다. 3월초에 1주일정도 이용했습니다. 숙박하는동안 생각보다 날씨가 습하고 더워서 에어컨이 절실했는데 에어컨이 없습니다. 작은 선풍기 2대가 전부였습니다. 샤워하고 나면 습기가 차고 에어컨은 없어서 덥고 창문을 열자니 벌레 들어오고. 건물자체가 오래된 건물인듯해서 어쩔수 없는듯합니다. 아 그리고 이 숙소는 makecomfy라는 호주의 에어엔비 같은 회사에서 운영하는 숙소에요. 참고하세용
• Ann-Christina (2/5): Unacceptable hygiene conditions, no proper customer service follow-up - Easy to collect the keys and check in was smoothly Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned. We encountered cockroaches, mould on the curtains, heavy dust on the fan and throughout the apartment, and hair in the bed that did not belong to us. The overall condition was unhygienic. Despite reporting these issues, no cleaning service was provided during our stay. As a result, we had to clean the apartment ourselves and deal with the cockroaches on our own, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for paid accommodation. In addition, the customer service did not properly follow up on our case, which resulted in us spending a significant amount of time calling and chasing support without any effective action being taken during our stay. This stay did not meet basic hygiene expectations, and we would not recommend this property based on our experience.
• Florian (8/5): Good place to stay for a young couple when exploring Sydney for the first time! - Great location near the vibrant Kings Cross and good connection by bus to the city centre. Nice place to relax after a long day in the city. Spacious for two people. Should be more hygenic, as the showerdrain was partly clogged and had some dust on the floor.

• Jiweon (7/5): I would go somewhere else next time - The property is in safe and beautiful neighborhood. Woolworth and some restaurants are nearby. The bus to the downtown is just in front of the building so it’s easy to hop on the bus. The cleanliness was not so great. When I entered the property, I saw a piece of garbage and some hair on the floor. I can bear with this fact but I don’t understand why only one set of towel for each is provided when I booked for 5 nights for 2 people. When I asked for some more towels, they said they can only provide whole package of linens and towels and it will be 70 dollars which was ridiculous. The other option they provided was to buy some new towels from a nearby CV. (Who would want to buy towels when you are just traveling and your luggage should be filled with souvenirs, not the towels). I asked them where the washing machine is and they didn’t reply. They just sent me an instruction how to check out from the building with message saying that if I didn’t tidy up and wash things, they would charge me extra cleaning fee. (I understand this part though because I would have done it anyway) They sent me a message asking for 10/10 review but if I were them, I would have paid more attention to what the guest wanted and asked for. Next time I go back to Sydney, I will choose a proper AirBnB or hotel so that I can communicate better when I need something.
