• MARIA FERNANDA (1/5): Cobros abusivos! - N/A Es un fraude! Reservé por Booking y al llegar la habitación tenía olor a cañerías, me intenté comunicar en repetidas ocasiones con el hotel para que me reubicarán, pero no recibí respuesta (no hay personal 24hs, el ingreso es con claves). Se escuchan ruidos entre las habitaciones ...Tuvimos que reservar esa noche en otro hotel a través de la misma plataforma de Booking y el hotel se negó a hacer devolución del dinero de las noches reservadas, indicando que nunca me presenté; mostré video, fotos de la habitación y chats con el hotel y aún así se mantuvieron en su mentira, prefieren hacer cobros abusivos que hacer inside para mejorar sus debilidades, además de faltar a los mínimos principios de atención al cliente. Después de "perder" el dinero, leí comentarios negativos en esta plataforma, donde las personas han tenido situaciones similares y la atención siempre ha sido la misma, no solucionan y se quedan con el $. Booking debería tener más selectividad en sus hoteles porque los únicos perjudicados son los huéspedes.

• Karina Andrea (1/5): - Lamentable falta de empatía ante una emergencia médica. Estuve hospitalizada de urgencia y notifiqué al hotel oportunamente a través de un familiar. En ningún momento se me ofreció una solución razonable: la primera noche simplemente se perdió sin alternativa, y cuando al día siguiente informé que seguía hospitalizada, me ofrecieron cambiar la fecha, pero con multa. Ese mismo día me dieron el alta médica y aún así el hotel aplicó la multa de todas formas, sin excepción. Entiendo que mi tarifa era no reembolsable y no pedí reembolso. Solo esperaba la mínima consideración humana que implica una hospitalización de emergencia. Aerolíneas y otros servicios turísticos han sabido manejar mis casos de fuerza mayor con mucha más profesionalidad y criterio. Este hotel, no. La situación ameritaba una solución de buena voluntad, no una penalización. No recomiendo este hotel a quienes viajan solos o puedan enfrentar imprevistos de salud.
• Rossana (1/5): - Abbiamo avuto tantissimi problemi durante la prenotazione, hanno richiesto più soldi rispetto al prezzo proposto su Booking e hanno provato a prelevarmi più volte i soldi dopo l’annullamento.
• Espinosa (10/5): comodidad - Era un lugar muy acogedor, se puede decir que con un ambiente familiar, esto lo digo porque al desayuno coincidimos todos los huespedes y se sentia esa atmosfera, es como si estuvieras de visita en la casa de un familiar cercano.

Todo se escucha, de la otra habitación había una huesded hablaba por teléfono temprano en la madrugada y todo se le escuchó. Deben tener cada habitación espacios cerrados, no contiguas y paredes antiruidos.

Pésima atención al cliente Viajaba por una urgencia médica con mis dos hijos menores de 5 años y necesitaba dejar a mi bebé en el cuarto con otra persona diferente a la que había reservado para que lo cuidara por unas horas mientras yo estaba en la clínica y me cobraron costos adicional porque otro adulto ENTRARA AL CUARTO ni siquiera iba a dormir , iba a estar en el cuarto cuidando a mi bebé. No me abrieron la puerta cuando llegué en la emergencia y me tocó irme a la clínica con mis dos hijos. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. No es humano alguien que tiene un hotel y no empatiza con situaciones de emergencia de sus “huéspedes” Sobre la limpieza: El baño estaba sucio, las sábanas manchadas. Y había polvo en todas las superficies.

• Felipe Frazao (7/5): - Camas bastante confortáveis, banho bom, bastante espaço nos quartos e boa atenção no café da manhã. Estrutura boa, em geral. Café da manhã bastante bom. Há café durante todo o dia solúvel e chás. O acesso funciona bem com fechaduras digitais, embora não tenha atenção na recepção presencial. Há um inconveniente grande que é o ruído dos quartos. Não havia uma vedação acústica mínima, e tivemos problemas sérios, apenas com barulhos normais vindos do quarto ao lado. Não se tratou de mal comportamento do hóspede vizinho. Há brechas nas portas e, sobretudo, falta de vedação no teto. Por isso, qualquer ruído normal passa completamente para seu quarto. Até mesmo abrir uma mala se escuta, além de roncos e assistir à TV num volume normal, no quarto ao lado, pode se tornar um transtorno, porque dá a sensação de que é dentro do seu quarto. Tivemos que pedir para trocar o quarto para outro mais isolado, a fim de minimizar o inconveniente que nos custou uma noite de sono.

La atención del administrador fue fenomenal, siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. La relación calidad-precio es excelente: obtienes mucho más de lo que pagas. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el ambiente: no estás en un hotel cualquiera, estás en una casa, la casa de Pepe's House. Y eso se nota en cada detalle. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!

• Ana (1/5): Worst place and customer service. - When we arrived, the bed was not clean, the sheets were with stains and hairs, the bathroom was not clean, a lot of hairs too. We communicated with the owner and we moved to a different room. SAME THING! Bathroom not clean, soap from previous people in the bathroom and the shower was so dirty. The bed and sheets, same as the other one, there was nothing to put our clothes and we wee staying for almost a week. We decided to leave and communicate with booking to report the service. The owner got upset because we reported the situation from booking.com, she mentioned she will give 50% reimbursement but that never happened. Worst customer service.

• Wendy (7/5): Good location for this price - The location is great. Yes, it is next to a petrol station and busy road, but we new that in advance and it did not bother us. Walking distance to nice restaurants in the evening was a plus. We stayed for a week here. It seemed that the cleaning lady did not have a key for the room. I do not might that my bed is not made or changed for a week, but clean towels a couple of times and collecting garbage should have been the minimum. We did asked the lady for clean towels, but that should have been provided without asking. The breakfast was minimal and not of our tast. What was offered daily was very fat. But there are enough nice places around, so for us it was not a problem.
