- KEVIN (10/5): A stylish, well‑located hotel with great staff, good breakfast, and plenty of nearby dining options. - Conveniently located with easy train access to all major areas, this brand‑new and elegant hotel offers good breakfast choices, free afternoon soft drinks, and excellent staff. The rooftop bar provides a lovely night view of Tokyo, and both the room and building are very clean. There are also plenty of restaurants in the same building and surrounding area. Nothing in particular.

Surrounding area has lots of interesting restaurants. The room is not very spacious, typical of Tokyo hotels. Reception is on 5 th floor of building. Otherwise it is a great hotel.

- kathryn (9/5): - Wow what a beautiful brand new hotel. Big comfy beds and big windows with sweeping views. Free welcome drinks daily. Such a good location on top of the metro with lines in all directions. It was so easy to get around. Lots of food options nearby as well including some cool little alleyways full of izakayas not to mention the train station shops and supermarkets. And easy connection to Haneda with a bus stop right by the hotel. Perfect for a short or long stay. I would definitely stay here again. It was a bit far to some of the northern parts of the city but that's about it really.

- Hilda Liliana (10/5): Excelente hotel, nuevo y con todo lo necesario, incluyendo la estación del metro a unos pasos. - El hotel es nuevo y bonito, en una zona tranquila. Está adentro de un centro comercial entonces tienes ahí mismo seven eleven, varios lugares de comida e incluso super mercado y lo mejor es que la estación del metro está literal bajando las escaleras eléctricas, entonces es súper cómodo para trasladarte a cualquier lugar, lo súper recomiendo. La habitación es de buen tamaño y tiene todo lo necesario, las camas y piyamas súper cómodas, skin care, cepillo y pasta dental, rastrillos, etc., etc y aunque está arriba de la estación de trenes no se escucha absolutamente nada, es increíble para descansar después de recorrer Tokyo. Lo único que estuvo un poco tardado fue el check in, pero en general todo excelente.

- SHUZHEN (8/5): Clean and modern rooms but terrible customer service that needs to improve on flexibility. Not everything has to run by - It was new and clean and on top of the train station. Staff especially Japanese staff are not flexible and friendly. When asked if I could have a slightly earlier check in as my father is not feeling well and we landed in Japan at 6am, it was a flat out no. Either that or pay extra. On another day, when my dad requested to take a look at the Tailor Yard (main breakfast dining place) even though he was not eating there, he was rejected again- I mean why? He’s a paying guest for 6 nights! Can’t he just have a look at the restaurant? What does it cost the hotel? Quite a terrible turned off experience to be honest. Will not return here

At first the property was a little hard to navigate towards but after the first day I started to understand the layout.

- Evgeny (8/5): - it’s a brand new hotel with an excellent breakfast, possibly the best we had during our trip in Japan. The room is very quiet and comfortable. Great infrastructure around, about 20 minutes to the city center. Overall, a very good hotel. check-in took about an hour (2 adults + 1 child). they tried to charge extra for the child’s breakfast, although it was clearly included in our Booking confirmation. The supervisor on duty had poor English or lacked experience and insisted on the extra charge. We had to contact Booking support to resolve it. Another issue happened at the bar, we were charged for a drink we didn’t order and had to request a refund after paying the bill. it feels like the staff needs better training, even though the hotel itself is excellent.

- HITOMI (5/5): 朝食のオペレーションが残念 - 新しいホテルなのできれいなのはもちろん、内装も洒落ていてよかった。 大井町トラックスや駅に直結なので、雨の日も移動や食事もスムーズなのがいい。 朝食ブッフェについて。 せっかく広い店内なのに、窓側の一角に集中してお客様を誘導していて、両隣に他のお客様がいるのが最悪だった。 朝はゆっくり静かに過ごしたくて6:30に合わせて行っているのに、なぜ広い店内で少ない人数のお客様方を隣に座らせるのか。 なかには、間の席を進められても断って離れた席を選ぶお客様もちらほら見かけて、そりゃそうだろと感じた。 オペレーションのしやすさを重視しているのであれば、もう少しお客様目線で考えた方がいい。 朝はブッフェなのにテーブルが狭いのも微妙。朝の時間帯なら2名席を繋げて4名席にしてもいい気がする。 現状のテーブル幅のままでいくなら、空いてるお皿をすぐに下げられる体制に整えておくべき。

- Ümran (10/5): - Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet und überzeugt mit einer sehr modernen und stilvollen Einrichtung. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit für uns da war. Unser Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal direkt an der Metrostation Ōimachi gelegen, sodass man schnell und bequem alle wichtigen Orte erreichen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie viele gute Restaurants, sodass für alles gesorgt ist. Auch die Gegend selbst ist sehr angenehm und sicher. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

- MCAUSLAND (10/5): Metropolitan- worth a visit - Hotel is new and immaculate. Very Zen vibes, 2 restaurants in the hotel and loads in the mall attached. The train line is underneath the hotel so Tokyo is there waiting to be explored.

- Yukihiro (5/5): イマイチ - 新規ホテルで綺麗で清潔だった。 部屋はコンパクトだが、機能的だった。 不慣れなのか、スタッフの対応が今ひとつ。 朝食会場のスタッフはさらにイマイチ。 動きは事務的だし、オーダーした時も他人事感。 ビュッフェの料理を取りに行って、自分の席に戻ったら、私の食べ終わった皿を見ながら、スタッフ同士でヒソヒソ話。私への何かネガティブな話でもしてたんですかって感じ。私の存在に気づいたら、 スッと何も言わずに立ち去って。いったいなんなの。 業務の話なのか私語なのか知らないが、誤解を招くような態度は慎むべきだし、サービス業としてはどうなんでしょうか。 新しいホテルだから、不慣れなのは理解できる。 それに甘んじて中途半端な雰囲気を作りだしている。 もう泊まる事はない。
