• Peake (1/5): they cancelled my booking on the day I was in Vietnam - I didn't stay there due they suddenly cancelled my booking on the day. I booked this place for 10 days since January, I even confirmed with them already via whatsapp and then on the day I was in Vietnam, I just received message my booking getting cancelled due they double booked with other person on the same days. Very disappointed.

• Janos (9/5): Goede prijs kwaliteit - Mooi, schoon verblijf nu voor een goede prijs. Hotel ligt ook erg centraal. Wel lastig goed ontbijt te vinden, wij zijn uiteindelijk goed gaan ontbijten bij chez minosa breakfast. Ook goed contact met manager!
• Ruby (1/5): Poor communication - N/A When we arrived there was loads of work men in my room. I then got a text from the owner asking me to leave as the air con was broken. I understand things can break and need fixing but the communication from the owner was very poor. We were waiting outside for 2+ hours with no updates and in the end we found another place to stay. It looked like a nice place but very poor communication.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Excellent option in HCMC with great hosts - Great host, Robert, and staff. Excellent location close to major sights (15-30 mins walk) and food and drink options on walking street. Accommodation was smart, very clean and had good air con, little balcony fridge etc. Washing machine and dryer, iron etc were also really good. Very quiet and a 7 Eleven at the end of the street. Really minor points - a few tea bags in the room would be good; roof garden needed a clean up.

Selbst die Abrechnung haben die Leute aus dem Café im EG übernommen. Zahlung ging nur mit Bargeld keine Kreditkarte. Wir - zwei Frauen - mussten auch schon selbst einchecken und man hatten uns aber die falsche Zimmernummer übermittelt was dazu führte dass wir einen fremden Mann in "unserem" Zimmer vorgefunden haben. Eine sehr unangenehme Situation. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft in einer kleinen dunklen Seitengasse was nachts unheimlich ist. Wir haben die nächste Buchung sofort storniert. Nie wieder.
• KDesmet (10/5): Great place in prime location - Easy checkin. Excellent location. Free use of washing machine. Right next to many restaurants. Street packed with bars are a 5min walk away. Quiet and calm We arrived on a Sunday evening, so followed the instructions to do our own check in. Easy and straight forward. Host is very responsibe through booking app. AC blows directly onto the bed, but turning the fan on helps circulate the cold air.

Absolutely would recommend! - Very clean, modern and fresh bedrooms with great utilities and TV with Netflix. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They allowed early/late check in and luggage storage. The location is fantastic, only 10 min walk to walking street etc but the alleyway doesn’t allow cars down it so it’s very quiet at night despite being in the centre of the city. There is a 7/11 right outside and lots of nice restaurants and massage places on the alley. We had a room with a balcony and the room was very clean and fresh, especially with the air coming in. The air con worked perfectly and the room was always cool. You have to request housekeeping a day in advance but there is no limit so it’s no bother. The shower always has hot/cold water and the pressure is good. The bathroom can flood at times but it’s not bad and is gone quickly and only floods if you take a long shower or have multiple people shower in a row. The elevator is also very small, we had to go one by one when we had all our bags with us, but it is quick and safe so it was no bother to us. All in all we have no complaints it was amazing!

Мой номер был на последнем этаже, так что было довольно тихо, но слышимость хорошая (если кто-то был в коридоре, было очень хорошо слышно). Отзывчивый персонал, бесконтактное заселение. Но это не отель в привычном смысле, скорее это апартаменты. Можно пользоваться стиральной машиной и сушилкой, на крыше есть небольшое пространство, где можно посидеть. Мой номер не был убран перед моим заселением, но это быстро решилось. Хаускипинг по требованию. Не хватает крючков для полотенец.

• Stephan (6/5): - Convenient location, overall clean and modern rooms. While the manager is, overall, very nice and tries to help, he's also a bit unorganized. He confirmed to me that I could do an early check-in which was very important for a business meeting but later the room was not ready. Furthermore, the cafe area and rooms are not separated, so you have quite some noise during the cafe operating hours.

Tienes lavandería incluida, lo cual es fantástico y ayuda muchísimo si andas viajando con un par de ropas, el dueño nos ayudó incluso con el pago del hotel, y debajo comparten con una cafetería, que es buenisima! Así que es perfecto, despertar y poder tomar café vietnamita local a buen precio, es impagable. Si volviera a saigón me quedaría ahí nuevamente sin pensarlo 2 veces
• Maureen (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours à Cubicity Ton That Tung. L’hôtel est vraiment super bien placé et proche de tout (restaurants, salon de coiffure, massage, supermarché,etc..) Au Rez de chaussé de l’immeuble , ils ont un café où ils font des boissons à tomber par terre (tout est excellent..thé, café, matcha..) La chambre est très bien équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien proche de la ville. La literie et le lit étaient très confortables. Il y a une petite chaise d’intérieure pour pouvoir s’allonger. Elle est très confortable également. La chambre dispose d’un petit balcon. La salle de bain n’est pas très grande mais fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le nécessaire de toilette. À notre arrivée ils nous ont à disposition des bouteilles d’eau, du café et du thé. Il y a également une bouilloire et un petit frigo si vous souhaitez stocker du frais. L’équipe est très sympathique et se rend disponible par message si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit. Vous pouvez également leur demander un service ménage si vous le souhaitez. Enfin il y a également une machine à laver et un sèche linge à l’étage mis à disposition gratuitement avec du produit pour nettoyer vos vêtements. Tout ça compris dans le prix de la chambre! On a trouvé vraiment ça super! Il y a également une petite terrasse sur le rooftop qui vous permet de profiter d’une jolie vue sur Ho Chi Minh! Le rapport qualité prix était super intéressant! Nous recommandons ++ Malheureusement il n’y avait rien pour suspendre les serviettes de toilettes mouillés après la douche. Cela n’était pas très pratique. De plus l’hôtel est moyennement insonorisée donc assez bruyant néanmoins c’est normal car il se situe proche des rues commerçantes. Enfin nous n’avons pas pu payer par carte, nous nous sommes arrangées mais ça n’était pas super pratique pour nous car nous avons des frais bancaires à force de retirer de l’argent pour tout.. c’est dommage. Néanmoins vous pouvez toutefois voir pour des paiements par virement bancaire.. via WISE (frais généralement aussi..).

Была возможность выбрать комнату с более подходящим мне видом. Просторная терраса — один из главных плюсов! Отличный вариант как для путешествия, так и для удалённой работы.

В комнате было абсолютно всё необходимое, включая бытовую технику и даже сушилку. Тихо, уютно, с хорошей террасой для отдыха. Район очень удобный, с множеством кафе и зеленью рядом. Очень довольна! Все понравилось

I do like the vibes of my room alot, great organised rooms, a quite interesting elevator that fits only 1-2 people that Ive never experienced before. The room shows exactly the same like the photos on the website. No parking

Получила сразу два комплекта ключей, всё продумано. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — мгновенно отвечают, очень вежливы. По моей просьбе меня переселили в номер с другим видом — быстро и без проблем. Терраса с видом на закат — настоящее место силы. Обязательно вернусь!
