• John (5/5): Lovely property, but neglected - Could be a lovely place with a little TLC. Bare bones unit in a great location, but sadly neglected in terms of guest experience. (see below) This was the worst key collection ballsup I've ever experienced. The integration of the CozyComfort messaging with booking.com was terrible. Booking.com removes the links to the directions making it nearly impossible to communicate with the property. Then it requires a special "code" which never came through. It added an hour of phone calling and walking with baggage to the check-in process. "Panoramic Views" is complete fantasy. The views were of the nearby high rises. You need to change the description. The terrace area was filthy - covered in cigarette butts, discarded bits of carpet, clumps of dust. It clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The coffee maker was inoperable - I descaled it but it was still not working property. The air conditioning controller had a dead battery - I had to go out and purchase a replacement. The two clocks (battery operated) were both dead. I have been an AirBNB host and involved in hotel housekeeping. This property fails any sort of test for guest satisfaction.

• Catherine (3/5): Poor customer service but beautiful apartment - The location and the apartment itself was great The balcony had cigarette butts on it and not enough towels. We begged for more but no one came with any. 4 people had to share two towels for three days.
• Haini Rahmat (8/5): Worth the stay and experience. - Perfect location, within reach to supermarket, tram stops, (halal) food. Nice size for family of 4 and comfortable. Complete amenities provided. Couldn't figure out how to work the heater if there was 1. The lock on the door was also basic.

• Sue (7/5): Enjoyable with a lot of inital stress - The property was well located and catered for 2 couples It had not been cleaned or serviced on arrival for checking at 3 pm. Once a cleaner had been organised we had to walk around the streets at night for 2 hours whilst it was cleaned. We were not ever given the remote for parking even after many prior requests. You dealt with a call centre and picked the keys up from a deli making the whole process impersonal.

• Keen (10/5): The apartment absolutely beautiful we loved it - Unfortunately I didn't have right code. We did find it on Mycomfy but was little stressful . Would definitely stay again just double check codes. People in store picked up key from not helpful almost rude.

Food options were endless, so many restaurants and cafes and bars within 2 mins walk in all directions. We'll stay again, Thank you! No issues with anything

• Amanda (10/5): Wonderful! Great location, nice and clean apartment. - We had a comfortable stay here, the apartment is modern, clean and cosy. There's dishwasher, washing machine & dryer too so we can do all our washing too.
• Clinton (10/5): Perfect location and a well appointed apartment. - The apartment had all the facilities required to make it a great and easy stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect to get to all the events we had planned, restaurants and pubs are all close and there is a Coles supermarket within a short walking distance to purchase supplies. The apartment is very clean and tidy and we would definitely stay again. No complaints from us, the stay was perfect.

Amazing balcony and comfortable beds Very minor thing and didn't prevent our enjoyment but there was only one set of keys to get into the building and apartment which was a bit restrictive for days where we wanted to do different activities

• Tricia (8/5): Overall good. Good location, quiet. I would stay here again - Good central location. Close walking distance to Supermarket, tram, and shops and Southern Cross Station. Concierge very polite. Cigarette butts outside on balcony, Coffee pods provided, but no pod machine in the room, only ground coffee machine. Furnishings were a little dusty, and coffee mugs in cupboard were dirty, and not cleaned from previous guests.
• Monina (8/5): Excellent location in comfortable self-service apartment - The location was very central to free city trams, landmarks, good food and shops. Excellent! The fact that there was also free parking was useful. The facilities were good with a pool and gym. The apartment itself was comfortable and although the outside balcony was good, they weren’t panoramic views. Although there was no one onsite we could speak with, we called the customer service number a couple times and they were able to help. There was only one key allocated which made it tricky at times. Also note you might want to bring your own towels as there were inly 1.5 towels per person. We did end up washing them regularly as there was a washing machine and dryer.

• Libby (7/5): Great, apart from the things mentioned above. - Great location, easy to access key pick up. Within walking distance to the tram stop on the free city line. The apartment could of been a little cleaner. It needs a deep clean done, instead of just an in between stay clean. There was rubbish left in the bin from previous people in the apartment with no rubbish bag liner in the bin. Dirty plates in the cupboard, had to wash prior to been able to use. The balcony door had been key locked to open so we were never comfortable with leaving the apartment open, but had no choice as the key lock on the keys received was unable to be used.

• Kim (7/5): Great Room, everything you need for short or long term stay. - Once i worked out which way to go to find CT Mart, key pickup was easy. Plenty of food outlets to grab breakfast and supplies from Coles just down the street. Great access to train station and airport transfer. The heating, only just took chill out of room, luckily spare blankets and we wore jumpers inside. The lift maintenance/repair was slow and sometime took half an hour to get make to our room due to 1 lift being out of service the entire trip.

Could be an Australian thing but the apartment number was in front of the street number ie the apartment was for example 204 and street number was 500 we were walking around at 1am looking for 204 instead of 500.

There were coffee pods in the room but no coffee machine for the pods. The kitchen had a big coffee machine requiring beans. A little confusing
• Stephen (7/5): There were lots of good things about the accommodation marred by the details mentioned above. - It’s proximity to southern cross railway and the cbd Not having a second set of keys. No front desk staff to help when we accidentally left a coat in the room when we were leaving. No one could help us to unlock the room to retrieve the coat so we had to return inconveniently later. No extra clean towels despite our 4 night stay. Broken dish washer.

• Pip (9/5): Perfect for a weeekend to see the sights of Melbourne. - This new apartment is well situated near the city, Docklands, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and public transport. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with 2 bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, though pillows are a bit firm and high. The building was quiet with never seeing or hearing the neighbours. The kitchen is really well stocked with many utensils, plenty of crockery. glassware, a great coffee machine and even a Nutri Bullet. There is a SONOS sound system, but we couldn’t get it to work with Spotify. There is a great spaciuos balcony which is rare for apartments, and if the weather had been better could have spent much more time out there. Entry is via a key collect at a nearby Convenience Store which surprisingly worked with no issues! The view is not so spectacular, our apartment was on the 8th floor with views over other apartment's balconies and roof tops of smaller buildings, not necessarily “Panoramic”.
