- Brad (8/5): Location was great but there were a lot of things that could have been better. - Location is fantastic I didn't like that we only got one key. Two would have made it easier when we had different events on coming back at different times. There was a cap left from previous guests on the table. There were no tissues or paper towel and a roll of toilet paper that was in the cupboard had stains on it.

Information on disposal of garbage isn’t very clear as to location of bins ( no direct access from ground floor) Instructions to access the lobby after hours needs to be included in the house manual.
- Anthea (4/5): Unreliable and disappointing - Great location. a) having to collect and return keys from nearby convenience store (400 metres away) b) arriving to find the room hadn't been cleaned. c) having to wait 80 minutes for the cleaner to arrive and another 30 minutes while she cleaned the facility d) being told that we might receive a rebate for our inconvenience and hearing nothing back, even after a prompt.

- MICP (6/5): - Location is unbeatable - everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious and having the living area/kitchen separate was great. The apartment is in dire need of a proper deep clean (especially the bathroom), and likely some TLC to bring it up to scratch a little. The space and location is great but does need some love.

- Melanie (10/5): Perfect location for a stay in the city - Located on the Golden Mile, this quiet, comfortable apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Melbourne. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower, with a well-equipped kitchen. Surrounded by high-end shops, theatres, and close to Bourke Street mall, Flinders Square, and trams to access all areas of the city, it makes for the perfect spot. While not ideal, having to collect keys from the Ezy Mart, the process was simple. Just make sure you jave internet access to be able to download the codes sent on the day.
