• Diane (5/5): Not ideal for our 9 person family - Location was great. Rooms were a nice size. Overall, was not a luxury apartment. The placed needed a lot of upkeep and that affected our stay. The management addressed our concerns, but the technician never came back to fix them. Rooms are nice and spacious for our family group of 9. The location was fantastic. Close to shopping, restaurants, and train stations. About 30 mins walk to other sightseeing places. We got the place hoping to prepare some meals so that we didn't have to eat out, however, it's not an ideal kitchen for meals.  Just for small prep and warming up food.  The 2 bathrooms should of been ideal for 9 people, however the one bathroom had a broken toilet seat.  Both showers had did not have seals under the doors so there were massive leaks.. which was fine because we just wiped it up, but we had limited towels so that was difficult. When I called to address with the management team, the response was quick, and they sent over a tech but the tech took the broken toilet seat off and said he would be back to fix the rest. It never happened during our stay.  So one toilet was basically out of service for females to use.  The floors were very, very squeaky, with nails sticking 1/2 inch up! If you did not know or forgot where they were, it would be very painful. The washing machine/dryer combo was not the best.  We can wash two towels max for a 40 min cycle. So washing clothes was not ideal.  Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were way too soft.  Street noise was very loud.  Since you are surrounded by businesses, you heard the bakery start at 3-4am and others by 6-630. Overall, I would never book this "luxury" apartment again. It has the potential to be a beautiful space, but is just not cared for or loved. It doesn't have an owner, just a management team. 
• Peter (6/5): Great location and restaurants close by. Metro station and shopping just around the corner. - Great location. Downside was the facilities and it needs a bit of up-keeping. Maybe a better table in the kitchen will help if you want to use the kitchen facilities. Not enough shower and toilet facilities. You cannot advertise a 14 bedroom place with only 2 working toilets and 2 showers.
• Webster (7/5): An attractive place, that could be improved, in a fantastic location. - The location of the property was wonderful. Lovely area with lots of great cafes and restaurants. Easy access to public transport. The living area was spacious and nice. Two of the 6 bedrooms were large and had substantial shelving. The place had 'old world charm' in the living area. We didn't like having to send personal verification through the internet before we could get access to the apartment. There are many websites warning people not to do this due to phishing and identify theft. When there were issues that needed immediate attention - like a heavy bathroom door that jammed shut and could only be pushed open from inside the bathroom making it a potential problem if a child shut herself in there - I could not get someone to attend to it during the 6 nights we were there with 5 young grandchildren. We were charged tourist tax for the children under 14. We took out insurance offered to cover the Damage Deposit only to find we had to send photos of all the problems we could find as soon as we got there. The place is advertised as 'luxury' but it is an old apartment that needs attention - like uneven floorboards that you can trip on - and windows that can't be opened properly. I also felt flat-pack single cupboard wardrobes in the bedrooms didn't suit the 'luxury' claim and were inadequate for hanging clothes. There is only one fully equipped bathroom with toilet and shower together. Then there is 1 small toilet room, 1 narrow shower room (which needs the safety rail re-installed ) and 1 bathroom with only a small bath and basin.
