There are bakeries, coffee shops and minimarts on every street - Great apartment with four bedrooms and a spacious dining room/ lounge area. The bedrooms are small, but very comfortable. The kitchen has limited items for food preparation and cooking.

• Mariah (10/5): Spacious, beautifully located apartment with a gracious host and kind staff—perfect for groups! - We stayed here as a group of five adults, and the apartment was ideal—it allowed everyone to have their own bed, with two of us enjoying private bathrooms. One bathroom (in the green-decorated room) had only a bathtub with a handheld shower rather than a full shower, which is worth noting. Our train arrived early, and the host kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. This was greatly appreciated, as it saved us from carrying our bags around during our excursions. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind—they let us connect to the Wi-Fi and rest briefly before heading out, which my family truly appreciated. Pros: Spacious and beautiful apartment, excellent location near two metro stations and the Marais shopping area, and the convenience of an in-unit washer (which we didn’t use but loved having available). Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again. Cons: One bathroom has only a bathtub with a handheld shower.

• Michele (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.. wanted to stay longer! - We thought this was a beautiful apartment in a great location in Paris within walking distance of wonderful patisseries and take out eateries. We had no problem getting taxi pick up service at this location and the hosts were very responsive via chat and e-mail. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to many of the big tourist attractions in Paris, depending on the time of day. The building the apartment is in needs better indoor lighting. You turn it on, but it only stays on for a short time and the steps are quite steep/small, so you do need the lights. We usually had our flashlights from our phones on and tried to keep turning the lights back on, but you need to be careful not to ring someone's doorbell instead. Once you know what to expect, it is okay.

Minor feedback - There was a smell of urine near the front door. Pillows could also be updated - one had marks on it and all were quite lumpy.

Helpful hosts who provided helpful information and quickly No lift. We were ok as only staying for one night so we left our big suitcase in the boot of the car. We wouldn't have been able to drag it up two floors. No air conditioning although a number of fans had been provided. No parking facilities- there is a near car park but it was really expensive after 24 hrs. Luckily, we were there for just over 24 hrs so cost us about 60 euros in total.

• Paola (8/5): Great value for money modern apartment - Really colourful and well decorated. Was clearner than most apartments in paris. The water pressure and hot water was good. The kitchen and living room area were the most beautiful and spacious area to be in. The kitchen appliances are modern and worked really well. I found check-in easy and the staff at the nearby hotel to collect the keys were friendly. The apartment is good value for money and close to gare du nord which made it extremely convenient. I like the additional safety that has been thought of with access codes and even having to go and retrieve the keys yourself. I would recommend this apartment for a group of friends on a short stay. The hallway leading to the apartment needs renovation. It's dated and gives off a run down area vibe which I didn't like. The wooden staircase actually broke my suitcase as there is no lift and it was much harder than expected to bring luggage up and down with the hard flooring. I also felt the room sizes were a bit small in comparison to pictures. The fact we could not open a medium or large suitcase on the floor meant I did feel the rooms were in fact smaller than I would have liked. There isn't much storage in the rooms either (hanged items yes but shelves to stack clothes were limited) so we lived out of our suitcases and opened them up in the hallways of the apartment to retrieve our things. Some of the instructions for check-in were confusing and contradictory.

• Sergej (7/5): Okay - The apartment was very clean and there were some treats. Area is okay, the apartment looks like on pictures, multiple bathrooms are very useful. The management was responding to questions fairly quickly. The apartment in a bad mechanical shape. Doors are creaking, outlets are broken, drains are clogged, faucets are not fixed. The fridge's door doesn't close so the fridge doesn't' work properly. The sofa seems to be not assembled properly and so on. One key for 8-10 persons is not respectable.

Is a great location in Paris with close access to louvre and restaurants. Having not stayed in this area before I highly recommend it as it’s very local vs touristy An extra key would be very valuable

• Jm (8/5): Would book this place or with this company again, but would plan more ahead. - The place was great and clean. 2 of the bedrooms were on the small side with a window looking out on an internal court or other window. Although my daughter referred to it as a “Harry Potter room” it was comfy and clean. The living spaces were great with a nice kitchen and dinning area with all the basic amenities. You get a 110/220v outlet in the master bedroom. A lot of USB-A outlets in the all the rooms. You are within 5 minutes from a Shopping area with tons of restaurants, bakeries and several small convenience store (U express) with everything you need. Encountered several issues with the process to provide additional details to secure the room and pay an additional deposit. You are also required to provide copy of passports for adults prior to arrival. Encountered issues with URLs being blocked by booking, not getting the info before the last minutes, etc. Make sure you plan ahead and if you have any issues, just call them up. The people were very friendly and very helpful. The manner to secure/return the keys is a bit convoluted. Note: the apartment is located on a 2nd floor with no elevator access. Anyone with mobility issues or large suicases may find it challenging.

• Esti (8/5): All in all it was very comfortable apartment in great location. Check in process needs to change. - Well equipped. comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Good showers. great WiFi. Great location. Quick response to messages through Booking. Price was excellent for what we got. The self check in process was uncomfortable and very stressful. As clear as they try to make it, it is complicated. There were no instructions to how to use appliances. We struggled for two days with no refrigerator as it was turned off (I never had to turn a fridge on!) We thought it was broken. Had to throw groceries out. Did not know how to use the stove for a day until they send us instructions. There are no dish towels and there was only half a paper towel roll that last two days ( I believe it was left from previous guests. No hand or wash towels just bath towels There are three showers and two toilets only one shower room has the toilet the other toilet is separated. The property is really nice but not luxurious as the picture make it look. No elevator so drag your heavy travel suitcases two flight up.

The location was fantastic and the communication via booking.com message service really easy. It would have been useful to have had two key fobs for the apartment but generally nothing negative.
• Fleur (8/5): Very good - Beds are good, as are location and hygiene . There is a kitchen, but too little equipment to really cook, but….you’re in Paris, why would you? It was extremely hot, then it is hard to see actual airconditioning in every room, but it can not be used. That said: every room had a fan and the mobile airconditioning unit in the living room was quite powerful.

Apartment was clean and the hosts were very responsive to questions. it was hot while we were there but air-conditioners did not work in bedrooms or living room. There were fans which we used instead on 3 of the rooms and a portable aircon in the living room that we only realised what it was on our last night.

• Christine (5/5): The group thought it very expensive, and most were unhappy with the air con and wifi issues. - Very clean, modern and great location Had to collect a fob if went out after 6pm as the door code didn’t work. Fob was in a lockbox attached to a bench seat in a park a few minutes walk away, fine if a homeless person wasn’t sleeping on it - not great in the dark either so very unsafe for us. I suggested it should be permanently attached to the key but was told to return it, there was another set of keys there too. Also the aircon was not working, so only had a portable cooler that didn’t work well. And free wifi wasn’t working either, but was fixed the next day. Also not told when we booked that there was a 2000 euro security put on our credit card! Hard to get luggage up 2 flights of uneven wooden stairs too.
• Ewa (9/5): Great location for a larger group - The apartment had 4 bedrooms, which is rare for Paris. Two bedrooms had en-suite showers and there were two toilets (luxury in Paris). The place was well laid out and had everything we needed. Location is perfect. The building entry is a bit intimidating. It is dark and a bit off putting with trash bins as the first thing to see. But it was clean and well kept, which is nice. I wouldn’t call this a luxury place. It is a solid and clean apartment as advertised. I missed a bit of a personal contact with the hosting company. It was so depersonalized that at first it seemed like a scam. Luckily it wasn’t. The company should update their website.
• Tpg (9/5): It was well worth the money (will definitely book earlier next time), the staff were super helpful and very responsive. - Once you walk into the place you can’t help but fall in love with the cute decor and the bright colours. The property was very spacious (I was worried we’d be on top of each other in true European fashion). it is well maintained, with a few things needing fixing (but mainly wear and tear). The rooms were comfortable and I think you’d be fine for a few days especially if you are in Paris to explore. There was enough space to sit and enjoy each others company for breakfast and tea. Location was great - just do a bit of research before setting out, there are a lot of gems in the area even if it doesn’t look that way when you first step out. I don’t think we had things we didn’t like, we just had few areas to improve on, we didn’t have enough “big” towels for everyone and I think some of the towels can be replaced. having one set of keys was not a problem as you could always leave the keys locked up, however, access was restricted as one needed a key fob to access the building after 6pm which made it a little difficult to coordinate and just do your own thing.

• Sha (8/5): Perfect location. Fits 4 adults comfortably. It will be too crowded if there are 9 people. - The location is very central, and walkable to good restaurants, grocery stores, and museums. The communication of the management team is prompt. The check-in process instructions are very detailed. Read it and watch the video. They didn't provide the wife-code before we checked in. There was no Wifi instruction printed inside the apartment either. This caused us some trouble since we didn't have a local data plan. One room was really small and the lights on the wall didn't work. I wrote an email to report the issue right away.
