- Valeria (10/5): Un gioiello a due passi dalla Torre Eiffel - Tutto: la posizione (in cinque minuti sei sul piazzale del Trocadero di fronte alla Torre Eiffel), la camera (pulita, luminosa, arredata con gusto come il resto dell'appartamento), l'ottima colazione, la gentilezza e l'ospitalità dell'host. Niente. Era tutto perfetto.

- Olga (10/5): Gemütlich und stilvoll - Leckeres Frühstück, ausgezeichnetes Personal, wunderbare Lage – nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Sauberes und frisches Zimmer, klassisches Interieur, gemütlich und stilvoll. Anfangs konnten wir die Apartments nicht sofort finden – die Beschriftung an der Eingangstür ist in sehr kleinen Buchstaben geschrieben. Außerdem haben wir nicht gleich verstanden, wie die Schlösser an allen Türen funktionieren, da es ziemlich viele davon gibt. Die Schalldämmung der Fenster war nicht perfekt, aber an den leichten Lärm kann man sich gewöhnen. Für eine so zentrale Lage kann man sagen, dass es fast perfekte Apartments sind.

Gün içerisinde ücretsiz çay ve kahve içme imkanı var. Temiz ve sakin bir mekan. Eyfel yürüme ile 15-20 dk. Pahalı. Odada bavullar için yeterli alan yok.

We also loved the warm welcome, hospitality and the hosts being available for questions and to restock items when needed. The apartment was spotless and the mattress was comfortable.

The building and apartment felt very secure and private, and we were provided with our own keys, which made accessing both the building and the apartment easy and convenient. The location is also a big advantage. It is well situated for exploring Paris, with easy access to major attractions. The Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées are both nearby, making it a great base for sightseeing without feeling far from the city’s main areas. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, private, and well-located place to stay in Paris.
- Christelle (6/5): . - L’emplacement et la décoration Personnel inexistant (à part Christina qui est très gentille), et sinon on est livrés à nous-même. Le petit déjeuner est très léger. Et il y a une pancarte dans l’entrée disant que les locations hôtelières et saisonnières sont interdites et qu’une action en justice des copropriétaires est en cours afin de mettre un terme immédiat et définitif au passage de toute personne extérieure à l'immeuble ayant effectué une réservation sur des sites de type Booking, Agoda, Bluemoon, etc.

- Liad (10/5): - המלון מתפרס על פני קומה אחת בבניין דירות מהמם, בעל המלון מקסימה!! הצוות נפלא, העיצוב וואו!! מעורר השראה! מלא אור ויופי! לקחנו את החדר הגדול שכלל מיטה זוגית ועוד ספה נפתחת למיטה זוגית. נוח מאוד ומרווח. ארוחת הבוקר נפלאה. הטרקלין נותן אווירה ביתית. המיקום כמה דקות הליכה למגדל האייפל או לתחנת מטרו. סופר!! השכונה נטולת בתי קפה, ירקניה אבל זה גם יתרון... מאוד שקטה
