• Melissa (10/5): Stayed here after watching a concert at the pavilion and it was perfect and just what we were looking for in our stay! - Cleanliness, hospitality, and breakfast was superb. All hotels could use a heated pool and jacuzzi, but seems far and between now.

Salida rápida hacia carretera. El personal amabilísimo y bien presentado. Habitación amplia, limpia y aislada de ruido. El agua de la regadera salía casi fría. Sin embargo, en el lavabo salía caliente. Detalle mínimo.

• Tamaya (9/5): Will visit again.. - My stay had a mix of great moments and a few frustrations, but overall it was a positive experience. Check-in & Service: Check-in was excellent. Ganga was incredibly accommodating and hospitable, especially when I requested to be placed next door to my sister and her family. She made that happen without any issues. Throughout our stay, she consistently greeted us and checked in to make sure everything was going well, reminding us that she was just a phone call away if we needed anything. That level of attentiveness really stood out. Housekeeping: This was probably the weakest part of the stay. We requested washcloths several times but never received them and had to make do with hand towels. I also noticed a housekeeping staff member cleaning our floors using what looked like a dirty towel and a broom handle, which wasn’t very reassuring. We weren’t expected to be back so soon, but I left something in the room. Breakfast: Breakfast was amazing…truly a highlight. The pancakes were a solid 10/10, and the selection left nothing to be desired. Even though it was buffet-style, Leah made it feel like a full-service restaurant by walking around and checking on guests, which added a really nice touch. Room & Comfort: The room itself was clean (though I still did my usual wipe down upon arrival). At first, it seemed soundproof, but that changed when I tried to nap and it sounded like a marching band parade was happening overhead. I didn’t complain at first since it was daytime, but when the noise continued at 10:30 PM, I called the front desk. They responded quickly, contacted the guests upstairs, and within 15 minutes the noise stopped. After that, I was finally able to get some rest. The beds were very comfortable. Location: The location was a 10/10…super convenient and definitely a major plus.

• SHERQUANNA (10/5): The Best Place in Town - This place was absolutely amazing from the check-in process to checking out. The room, the bathroom, the view, the breakfast, and the overall experience was well worth the stay. I always take my own cleaning products to clean and wipe down wherever I'm staying. This place was spotless. OMG I was so satisfied with my room. I love how comforting the environment was as well. I'll definitely be back soon. The water was already hot but I'm one of those people who wouldn't mind if there was a hotter option lol.

The only thing I could think of is the pillows I wish they were a little more plump.

• Tina Hills (10/5): So comfortable - Everything The bathroom shower provide the bodywash,which is okay ,but everyone can not use what's provided,also there should be a place bigger enough to hold your own bodywash.Also beside the complaint I had to make about the noise in the room above me.Other than that everything was excellent.

• John (1/5): Do not stay here or the adjacent home 2 suites. - I enjoyed not being able to check in on time because rooms weren't clean from the previous occupants. Being falsely accused of smoking weed in the room and being charged $250 for that and occupancy charge for another $50. While I agreed to pay booking.com $179, my card was charged for $443. Then when I called to talk to the assistant Gmail Jordan, I explained to him that I did not smoke weed in his room or hotel or anywhere during my stay. He left me on hold for more than 30 minutes, and im still on hold while waiting for him to return to my call with a resolution.
