Michel (9/5): Superb - Location very good, apartment very very good, close to the beach and many restaurants are close. Communication very very bad, Apartment was free at 9 am but no reaction for early checkin even when I want to pay a fine. There was no answer for my question, so we got the apartment at 2:45 pm, this should not happen. One Bed was very loud when you turn your body, but it was conftable
Nofar (1/5): Bad - Only the location ‏1. Less than 24 hours before check-in, I was informed of an additional cash fee of 130 BRL for late check-in after 10:00 PM, which was not mentioned before. ‏ 2. Two hours before check-in, I was notified that one of the air conditioners was broken. Given the hot weather in Rio, this was a major inconvenience. ‏ 3. The next morning, a technician arrived to replace the AC. However, he drilled directly over the bed, leaving dust and debris everywhere. The second room was also affected as they had to access the unit from there. ‏ 4. At 11:00 AM, we informed the host of the situation and requested cleaning and fresh sheets. They confirmed they would send someone as soon as the work was completed. ‏ 5. At 2:00 PM, we updated them that the work was done. However, since then, 24 hours have passed, and they have not responded or sent anyone to clean. ‏This level of service is completely unacceptable. ‏This situation has significantly affected my stay.
