Nous y avons logé 2 fois en moins d’une semaine. Vraiment je reviendrai sans hésiter !! Il a fallu demander pour avoir de l’eau chaude dans la chambre. Toutefois c’était disponible immédiatement dès la demande, sûrement une petite erreur mais dans le aucune conséquence

The location is perfect. Inside the riad, it is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully calm, yet just around the corner you can step straight into the energy of the medina and the nearby historical sites. Everything is within easy walking distance, which makes exploring Marrakech effortless and enjoyable.
- Marije (9/5): Goed - De ligging was goed. Het is 5 minuten lopen van de riad naar het pleintje. Je hoort bijna geen geluid van buiten af. Het eten smaakte goed. Het is erg hygiënisch en iedere dag werd er goed schoongemaakt. Het personeel (vooral yassin/hassin? Was erg aardig tegen ons) niet ten nadele van het andere personeel hoor! Mijn broek was ook vies na het quad rijden en toen vroeg ik of ze die voor mij konden wassen, en dat kon, volgende dag netjes terug gekregen! Wij hadden ontbijt bij de boeking inbegrepen, deze was goed maar wel iedere dag hetzelfde. (Zoet beleg) voor 8 dagen is dat toch wel veel. Daarnaast zijn ze op het dak bezig met een project dat maakte toch wel veel geluid in de ochtend (vooral de trap)

- norman (10/5): The Most Beautiful and Cleanest Riad in Marrakech - The Most Beautiful and Cleanest Riad in Marrakech* From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace. The place was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. We were welcomed with Moroccan tea and traditional sweets, and they provided us with all the information and advice we needed, plus recommendations for must-visit places. We felt completely safe — so much so that they gave us their personal phone numbers to help us anytime, even outside the riad. They also assisted us with booking restaurants and tourist activities, like dinner in the desert and a trip to the waterfalls, and everything went perfectly. Dinner at the riad was, without question, the best meal we had in Marrakech. They have a special touch in their cooking, a secret that makes their traditional dishes incredibly delicious. As for the hammam and massage, it was a truly unique experience. It was our first time trying a Moroccan hammam, and we absolutely loved it. I thank the entire team, one by one, and I highly recommend everyone experience this riad because it’s the best by all standards. Thank you. All was good

- Thierry (8/5): SEJOUR DEPAYSANT ET REPOSANT DANS UNE VILLE BOUILLONNANTE - emplacement permettant de se déplacer à pied, surtout la gentillesse du personnel ( dont mohamed) et la disponibilité de la responsable ROBERTA , le petit déjeuner copieux et à base de produits frais , la qualité de la literie , notre suite (spacieuse) en terrasse ,le massage au SPA est à faire , les repas réservables sur commande sont bons et copieux l avantage d être en terrasse a son revers : proche de l aéroport (4Km) ( comme tous les riads et hôtels du secteur on entend les avions décoller et atterrir mais ce n est pas très gênant , c est inhérent à la position ( quartier MELLAH). PS: attention aux motos , scooters ,vélos et voitures: le piéton est juste toléré ......cela stimule les reflexes d évitement

We arrived and got greeted with tea and biscuits alongside an overview of Marrakech activities and dinning spots. Great location right by the medina. Close enough for a quick visit and in the Jewish quarter too. We also did a great Hammam at the riad and cozy dinner there. The traditional soup was a highlight for us! Highly recommend Nothing to comment on here

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and greeted us with tea and sweets, even though we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh products. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of most of the main attractions and the center of Marrakech, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended for a pleasant and authentic stay!

Never loved staying somewhere more - This was mine and my boyfriends first time in Morocco and our experience was truly made by the amazing staff at this Riad. When we arrived, the host warmly welcomed us in and brought us tea with snacks. He then showed us all of the best places to visit, including booking us a restaurant for dinner that night which was incredible! Our room was cleaned and fresh towels were supplied every day. Mohammed, was the most amazing member of staff, he cooked us breakfast every morning and made sure that we were enjoying our time in Marrakesh. He was so kind to us, there are no bad things I could say against him, he really was the best!! We also enjoyed the Hammam spa and a dinner cooked for us at the Riad on our last night, which was a highlight for us. The only thing I could say is that the pool wasn’t heated - this wouldn’t be a problem if we came in the summer - so maybe this was our fault:)

Everything was perfect, and I was impressed by the beautiful facilities and the warm hospitality. I had read some previous reviews mentioning issues with the water supply, but I'm happy to say that wasn't the case during our stay - the water was hot and strong, and we had no problems at all! The room we had was excellent, with everything we needed. The staff were always attentive, listening to my needs and providing valuable advice on where to go and what to see in Marrakech. They even took the time to explain the map and recommend great restaurants, transportation options, and local prices. The dinner I had was delicious, and I appreciated the ease of access with the elevator, making it perfect for guests with mobility issues. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!"

La mancanza di acqua in camera è stato davvero un disservizio. Per tutto il periodo abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia con un minimo di acqua che usciva...e poi, come rilassarsi e fare un hamman in una struttura senz'acqua? Il proprietario non è stato disponibile di SUA PROPRIA volontà in venirci incontro...gli ho chiesto io di darci almeno qualche servizio in cambio per rimediare questo problema, e fino all'ultimo ho dovuto trattare su cosa omaggiarci...molto umiliante! parlava del suo Riad con tanto orgoglio, ma l'acqua che scarseggia non è accettabile!...alla fine ci ha lasciato una bruttissima impressione e sicuramente non ci torneremo e nemmeno lo consiglieremo ad altre persone. Troppe incomprensioni e poca premura. Se voleva davvero farci stare bene non avrebbe dovuto comportarsi in quel modo.

Fin takterrasse hvor du kan nyte solnedgangen. Vi tok og også råd til hammam og massasje på hotellet. Det koster litt, men vi angret ikke på valget, Et skilt som viser vei inn fra gaten hadde gjort seg, for hotellet og inngangen ligger skikkelig bortgjemt inne i riaden, så vi måtte lete i over et kvarter, samt ringe etter vertskapet for å finne fram. Logistikken rundt serveringen av frokosten kan forbedres, for her kom maten (som er god marokkansk frokost) stykkevis og delt i litt tilfeldig orden.

The riad itself has a very high potential, unfortunately not very much unleashed. Missing the presence of a manager welcoming and hosting the guests, and making the atmosphere warmer (it felt like having rented a room with cleaning and breakfast service). No dedicated hair dryer in the room, had to ask for it every single time I needed. Location on Google Maps is wrong, it was a mission to find the place at our arrival in the night. It's a wonderful place, with low value for money at the moment...it requires much more attention and higher service level to justify the price paid.
