• Sara (10/5): Great location and property - The apartment has a large room with bathroom and there is also a coffee machine. The owner was really helpful and gave great recommendations. Teatro Massimo is just one street away, and there are also some great coffee places around. The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom was freshly renovated and some hooks for towels missing, but it is an easy fix.

• Elena (9/5): - Очень комфортные апартаменты в самом центре Палермо. Хозяин все время на связи. Паркова в 3х минут пешком. Кафе для завтрака у входа. На 6м этаже, лифт есть. Но обязательно нужно заранее зарегистрироваться. Без регистрации не попасть.

• OF (9/5): Bien ubicado y moderno. - Cama muy cómoda. Apartamento y baño moderno y reformado. Numeroros amenities y de calidad. Buena ubicación, cerca de las calles principales pero en una zona tranquila. Aire acondicionado. Cafetera y tetera con café y té a disposición. Nevera en la habitación (y además silenciosa). Checkin a distancia que se puede realizar con mucha amplitud horaria. Le falta una evacuación de aire en el baño para retirar la humedad del baño después de una ducha y de la ciudad (zona de costa). Balcón curioso pero con olores de restaurantes o comercios que tienen la chimenea al lado. Luz del router del wifi que parpadea toda la noche.
• Bianka (9/5): Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. Máskor is visszajönnénk és ajánlanám barátoknak. - Szuper elhelyezkedés, nagyon közel a belvároshoz, mégis csendes. A bejutás az épületbe könnyű, kártya segítségével nagyon modern megoldás. Lifttel tudsz eljutni a 6. emeletre, ami kicsit szűkös, de a célnak megfelel. Az emeleten találhatóak a közös folyosóval ellátott lakások. A miénk a 406-os szoba volt. A terasz tökéletes, székkel ellátott. A fürdőszoba tágas, hatalmas ablakkal, mely nagyon praktikus. 10 pontos tisztaság és pipere termékekkel felszerelt, melyek mennyisége is bőven elégséges, tovább törölközöből is kaptunk kicsit-közepeset-nagyot. A szoba nagyon esztétikus, az ágy kényelmes és tiszta, sötétítő fügönnyel ellátott minden ablak, ami nagyon jól jön a reggeli pihenéskor. A szobában van tea- és kávéfőző filterrel és kapszulával, cukorral és meglepetés csokival. Nagyon kedves figyelmesség. A táskák és a használati dolgoknak is elegendő a pakolós hely és a ruhafogas. A minibárban 4 db behűtött víz is várt minket. Ezek annyira jó figyelmességek, hogy erről minden szállásadó példát vehetne. A szállásadó über kedves volt azzal kapcsolatban, hogy a távozás napján a repülőnk csak este 8-kor indult, a bőröndöket a folyosón hagyhattuk. Kaptunk egy másik kártyát, mellyel bármikor felvehettük a csomagokat. 10* Nagyon hálásak vagyunk a férjemmel, hogy ezt a szállást foglaltuk, élmény volt esténként megpihenni a hatalmas városi séták és kirándulások után. Sokat számít a szállás, ezen nem szabad spórolni. Ez a szállás még árban is remek! Semmi olyan dolgot nem tudok felsorolni, ami miatt ne jönnék ide vissza.

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom is huge. Everything was nice and tidy. Bonus - we had a nice view. Could use a bit more space for storing your clothes, but we managed.

• Antònia (7/5): Decepció - La situació a prop del centre històric. Aparcament al costat de l'allotjament. El tracte correcte, però en tot moment on line. Control remot de l'apertura de l'habitació, que no es pot tancar per dintre amb cap clau. El balcó no serveix de gran cosa en un carrer força transitat i amb vistes als edificis. Vàrem trobar un got ple de burilles de cigarretes.
• Fabio (10/5): Prima volta a Palermo, bella ma lo potrebbe essere molto di più. - Tutto perfetto, dal check-in fatto tutto on-line alla stanza spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario, anche silenziosa. Non c'è la colazione ma il locale appena usciti dal portone è ottimo. La posizione è comodissima al centro e in una zona tranquilla.

• Tomáš (9/5): - Jednoduše ale pěkně zařízený apartmán, nové a čisté. Jasné instrukce k ubytování, velmi příjemná komunikace na dálku. Základní potřeby, káva čaj k dispozici.

• Martin (7/5): - Lage ist super, das Zimmer und Badezimmer schön eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Man hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. Check In per Telefon und sonstige Kommunikation war problemlos und freundlich. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr feucht, was man auch riecht. Zu erwähnen ist, dass das Zimmer im 6. Stockwerk liegt und es lediglich einen sehr kleinen und abenteuerlichen Lift gibt.

Professionalità, cortesia, gentilezza sono i valori fondamentali di chi gestisce questa struttura. La nostra camera era pulitissima, curata nello stile, funzionale e dotata di ogni confort e comodità. Silenziosissima, nonostante la posizione centrale in una delle vie più servite della città. Grazie per aver reso ancora più incantevole la nostra esperienza palermitana!

• Nancy (10/5): Struttura super accogliente! - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura lo scorso fine settimana ed è stato tutto perfetto. Struttura super accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio e soprattutto in un posizione più che centrale (questo permette di muoversi tranquillamente a piedi in tutto il centro di Palermo trovandosi a metà tra il teatro Massimo e il teatro politeama). Inoltre, c’è anche la possibilità di posteggiare vicino alla struttura, se si dovesse arrivare in macchina, perché proprio di fronte c’è il parcheggio di piazzale Ungheria e, in ogni caso, tutto il quartiere è pieno di strade dove potere posteggiare. Importante nota positiva aggiuntiva é Marco, l’host della struttura, super disponibile, sempre reperibile e pronto a darti una mano per risolvere qualunque problema. É stato un piacere soggiornare presso questa struttura, la consiglio vivamente!

Se dobbiamo proprio dire qualcosa è che si dovrebbero dare qualche informazioni in più... magari anche in anticipo... come sarà il check-in,. dove fare eventualmente colazione, qualche consiglio sui ristoranti, capisco che ormai è fatto tutto automatizzato, ma bastava anche delle info scritte in camera... solo un consiglio costruttivo...

La camera era pulita, accogliente e perfettamente conforme alle foto presenti sul sito. La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della zona. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Check-in e check-out veloci e senza intoppi. Anche la qualità dei servizi offerti (Wi-Fi, comfort della stanza, bagnoschiuma) è stata superiore alle aspettative. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura: un’esperienza piacevole e senza sorprese, ci tornerei volentieri!
