• George (7/5): Overall was great but please get wifi and hot water - Location perfect Everything is around you amazing food and bars It’s quiet It’s comfy They clean when you want Staff were good No wifi No hot water They tried moving me rooms which although was kind and actually the room was loads better, still had no hot water or wifi two massively basic necessities for a hotel in this day and age.

• Randi (7/5): Ok for a night - There were 2 chairs, good AC, clean toilet/shower room, many restaurants nearby, quiet street, hooks in the shower, ceiling fan The entire room could be cleaner overall, the chair fabric was flaking off, wifi could be slow sometimes, construction next door starting 8am, fridge turned on but whatever we placed inside of it just got WARMER, toilet/shower room very small

• Lars (7/5): Nice and comfortable stay. - Room was nice and clean. It was also very easy to extend our stay. Location was good for us. Just a little walk to old town. Very nice family who run the hotel. We had some issues with check in. The reservation said check in was until 21:00. We arrived slightly before 20:00 and there was no way to enter the hotel since the reception was already closed. However after a call the issues were sorted.

Friendly/helpful staff Difficult to get the room cleaned every day. Sometimes it wasn't attempted to clean the room until very late in the day once we have already returned to a dirty room.

• Ellen (10/5): A super great location in Chiang Mai, and the price is right! - Right within walking distance to a lot of the action in Chiang Mai. The hosts were great and we were very comfortable in our room while we were there. I almost got locked in the bathroom, which was scary. The host came to check it out and it wouldn’t do it the same way when he was there so he kinda shrugged it off. Maybe he ended up getting it replaced after we left, but who knows! Also, the only window we had for natural lighting faced directly into another apartment. You’re definitely not getting any privacy, and you’re right in the middle of the city, which is what we were looking for.

• Nagy (4/5): Location and rooms are wonderful but housekeeping was horrible. - Great location, close to restaurants, bars, 7-11 and a short walk to Old Town. Rooms were nice. Good wifi, fridge and kettle. First 2 days were amazing, but then we received no housekeeping services, no clean towels, no toilet paper or bottled water and garbages were not emptied the entire time. Approached staff on day 4, in the lobby, with many other people there. I mentioned the cleaning and asked for toilet paper and water, she said “you wait”, I thought because she was busy, but nothing ever came of it. Bought out own toilet paper and water.
