Franklin (4/5): Great location and clean unit. Recommend better communication on where to pick up keys, fix the fireplace and install be - Location was great for skiing both A-Basin and Copper. Quiet. Access the the pool, sauna and steam was definitely a perk. Lack of communication beforehand about how and where to pick up keys. Went to the office where I picked up keys earlier assuming it was the same location. It was there they informed me where the other management company office was located. It was in a shopping center and had to ask someone on the street if they knew where the office was located. I did get a text with a code but much more information. Saw a clear box with envelopes in them. So assumed this code was to open that. It worked and found keys inside. The instructions in the envelope was to us the QR code to get info about where to pick up keys and information about my lodging. However, there was no QR code on the instructions. Luckily there was a unit number on envelope. Since staying int at the same building before I luckily knew the address. Turns out the QR code was in the apartment. Would have been nice to get the QR code in an email or text as to key pick up instructions vs. only seeing the QR once in the unit. Fireplace didn’t work, cold draft coming in from the windows which made it cold at night given the bed is right next to the window and the cold draft was coming in.
